Brian is amazing! I came in after having bad experiences at other salons where my acrylics would break within a week. I explained my concerns to him, and he truly listened. I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My nail technicians (Lisa - Lam ) was detail oriented and made sure i was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The salon was spotless, relaxing, and beautifully decorated. My manicure and pedicure turned out absolutely perfect and lasted weeks without chipping. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Got my nails done here and I'm honestly obsessed! The staff were super friendly and made the whole experience relaxing from start to finish. My nail tech paid so much attention to detail and made sure the shape and color were exactly what I wanted. The salon was clean, the service was quick but not rushed, and my nails turned out beautiful. I've already gotten so many compliments! Definitely coming back again.

Love logo and highly recommend Brian!! He always does an amazing job at designs, shape and durability of the nail. worst experience ever. a waste of 70$ it took 3 hours to do a short full set. the man doing my nails was extremely rough. he didn't prep my nail beds or cuticles before applying acrylic. then it took two people to finish my nails and they didn't clean the glue off my skin. they applied oil and sent me on my way. read more

WOW!! I am VERY picky about my nails. I am fed up with being rushed/not listened to & getting nails I am unhappy with (I end up taking them off within days). They live on my fingers after all ... I need to like them! I drove by the other day & noticed a nail salon I didn't know was there. After reading the great reviews on Yelp, I thought I'd give Logo Nails a shot. Sara did my nails & she was absolutely amazing with her attention to detail!! They are all even, consistent, & smooth. I'm hopeful I finally found a great nail home! My go to place. I always get the best pedis here but the place is not clean. Stains every where, the buttons on the remote for the massaging chair are often broken, and the floors are often filthy. But I still go because the price is good, service is great, and the quality of pedicure is suburb. As long as I wear mostly open toed shoes, the pedi lasts at least 2 weeks. I do bring my own nail polish, though, because I use non-toxic brands. If it was clean, I'd give 4 stars. 5 stars would need to be all that plus posh and non-toxic brands. read more

I hardly ever get my nails done mainly because I have trust issues with salons since I never get the design I ask for but this is the first Time I show a design and it actually comes out the same. I have been going to logo nails for years now and every nail tech is amazing there. They pay such great attention to detail and make sure you get exactly what you want. They do amazing art work and spend lots of time shaping the nail. They have super reasonable prices and overall a relaxing atmosphere. This is the only place I trust to do my nails i love them. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could! I called in to make an appointment with Sara for my nails. I wanted them to be done at the same time but was told it was not possible but I can come in at 12 to have my pedicure and Sara would take me at 1. I walked in at 11:50 and was told we can't take you. Umm why?! Oh because your appointment was at 11:30. I'm 100% sure I was told at 12! All she kept repeating was that that's what it shows in her book. Once again I'm 100% sure it was at 12! Also my nails were supposed to be at 1. There's still 1 hour til my nails. I asked if they could do something about it and they refused stating they called another customer to come in at 1! I put my kids in daycare to come in and get my nails done! This was horrible customer service. Did not even offer to fix the situation. read more

My appt was on time. I had the basic pedicure which was still just as good as the other pedi options, had a foot/calve massage then with hot stones and warm towel to wipe off legs and feet from the oil of the massage. Then Jenny did a full set of nails and I absolutely love her work. read more

Obsessed with this place. I moved from the Bay Area and finding a nail salon was one of the most daunting tasks ever because once you find your favorite nail salon.. you tend to stick with them. I'm VERY particular about my nails and I get nail designs/art with every single session. It probably didn't help that I was on Yelp and saw a lot of disaster 'expectation vs. reality' pictures from other salons. However, the owner posts her IG information on the Yelp link so I was able to do further cyber stalking of their nail work which gave me a ton of confidence. This place gets booked super fast so I highly recommend calling and getting your appointment as soon as you know. I did not get to have my appointment with Jenny (owner) but I had my nail appt with her sister who did a fantastic job on my nails with dip powder, shaping them, plus the art. I gave her a picture of my inspiration and it was dead on. Worth every $! I also booked all my appointments for the next 3 months because I know Hot Girl Summer is coming in hot and they were already booked 3 to 4 weeks out. read more

LoGo Nails is one of my go to nail salons whenever I'm in the area! I live in Elk Grove but whenever I'm in the area and I need my nails done, you already know where I'm going! Jenny and her staff are incredibly sweet and a lot of the ladies really know how to do a lot of creative art work that not a lot of other nail techs do!!! Just show them a picture and they'll make it happen. :) read more

After a long time of not being pampered due to covid I was finally able to get my nails done! Two weeks after reopening the staff has provided such great service. I chose a nude color and even with a simple style they feel and look fresh. The girl who did my nails did an amazing job! Love this place and definitely recommend! read more

I came to this nail salon because I stayed at thunder valley for a night and reallly wanted to get a pedicure. I decided to get my nails done as well and I wish I didn't cheat on my nail tech lol the set looked really nice but were way too thick for my liking. The pedicure on the other hand was amaazzinng. I loved that you could pick your scrub scent, I got guava. Looking forward to maybe trying their jelly pedicure in the future read more

I had an older male nail technician service my pedicure and he was not only incompetent but argumentative when I told Him he was not dipping the brush far enough into the bottle as it was not touching the product to pick it up, in fact all of the bottles were halfway full so you would need to tip the bottle or place the brush more inside to reach the product. He didn't pay any mind where the brush hit. He also used the most sparingly of products! One drop of this and that, whether it was cheap cuticle remover lotion, polish, oil or lotion, you would think he was McScrooge and it somehow affected his bottom line. Everything he did was subpar, trying to up sell me callous remover for $5 more when he is more than capable of using the plain cuticle remover and manual scrubbing to do the job. Massage was weak and too little time. Polish was awfully done with a shaky hand and too little polish that the color streaked. Fortunately and unfortunately another tech knew my dissatisfaction after he stormed out of the salon and she attempted to apply another two coats to mend his mistake but instead of redoing the polish she applied over it, making for polish that did not dry even two hours later. While I appreciate her attempt, which saves this review from one to two stars, it also created a complete smearing of my polish when I attempted to put on closed toe shoes two hours later. I had to go to another nail salon and pay to repolish everything. Waste of my time and money to fix this salon's mistake. read more

I've been trying to find a place to go for mani/pedi. I saw someone else's nails and asked where she got her nails done and Ta-Dah! I found my place! Pedicure was over and hour for the upgraded $25 plus added for calluses and French manicure so the price went up but Nancy did an amazing job! Then got a full set dipping set with Taylor. I showed what I wanted which was an Ombré and that I wanted short. She was very attentive and took her time. My nails look amazing. She even did two nails different to show me examples of different ways to do the Ombré. Love that! Will go back. Be prepared to spend time there but we'll worth it! And they give you a stamp card so after so many visits you get $10 off! read more

The salon wasn't the greatest, nor the cleanest. The girl that was doing my nails filed some of it down before removing the old set and used tools that were not sterilized and did not use clean pieces for them either! Especially the ones that were disposable. The process of getting my old set removed was God awful and painful!! The girl CUT into my nail bed causing it to bleed. She held my hand tightly when it bled which did not help. She put nail glue over it which made it sting like hell. If you go to anyone in that shop, please just go to Jenny. I will at least give this place to stars for the fact that another girl came in to finish the job and correct the other girls mistakes but even then I am not happy with the shop at all I hear so much about it that sounds like good things and then I see this and experience it? This is not a good way to run things. The one thing that finally did it for me was that when I went by the and trance I noticed that a had not been swept or mopped. I'll change my rating if I can ever get an appointment with Jenny when she comes back from vacation and that will be the final decision until then I'm not happy with this salon at all. Also the customer service with the other clientele there was terrible and the fact that they had to wait so long when there was availability was even more disturbing. Small update: starting at approx. 4:40 p.m. I began feeling immense pain in my nails from the work done. I've never had this happen before and it dropped my rating to a one. This is extremely painful, even to write this out. Whatever your do, best bet is to go somewhere else. read more

i have never gotten acrylics before and decided to book an application with logo bc i've heard good things about their acrylics though word of mouth from multiple friends. i got seated right away and the lady that did my nails was so attentive to detail. every step of the way, she asked me if i was happy with the shape, color, length, etc. she would double sometimes even triple check her work to make sure all nails were identical, which i really appreciated. as a first time acrylics user, i love how my nails turned out! thank you logo! read more

Went in for a pedi and Dip Powder on natural nails today. They were busy when I went in, but had made an appointment so I waited only about 10 mins. before I was seated for my pedi. The shop is clean and the temperature was nice compared to the the afternoon heat. While I like my pedi, I really like my Dipping Powder nails which were cured the right way, without a Led or UV light! I'm so excited about this. My nails look great, and I will be back. read more

Came in without an appointment for an adult gel mani/pedi and 2 kids mani/pedis. They were able to accommodate us with only about a 5 minute wait (mind you it was a Friday around noon). The kids absolutely loved their mani/pedis and felt so spoiled. My mani/pedi was equally amazing. Great massage with hot stones and so relaxing. My first experience here was really great but every time since has been a disappointment. During my last experience, I made an appointment for a dip manicure and a gel pedicure but I realized too late that I was actually being given an acrylic manicure and a regular pedicure. The nail tech was rushing so most of my nails ended up being crooked- 2 of which broke off only 5 days later. This is a great place for a quick pedicure but I wouldn't suggest it otherwise. read more

I am so glad I found LoGo Nails! I've had some bad experiences at other nail shops & I just moved to the area. I'm happy to say that I've found my new spot! This is a family owned business that really feels like they care about their customers. All of the girls are kind & welcoming. Cho gave me one of the best mani pedis of my life. My gel over naturals look great, paint is very even, cuticles pushed back & clipped well, shape is perfect. She was gentle, thourough, & gave me exactly what I asked for. It's a small shop but they seated me within 5 minutes of walking in. In the future I am going to call ahead for an appointment because I think they can get pretty busy, with only 3 women working. read more

AND THERE IS LITTLE BLACK HAIRS AND DOTS ON MY MIDDLE TOE AND THE BIG TOES LOOK SO BAD AND SLOPPY I got a pedicure here and the technician flooded the polish into my cuticles and sidewalls. Within days, the skin around the sides of my toes became red, swollen, and painfully inflamed. When I reached out privately on Facebook with photos of the swelling, they read my messages and completely ignored me left me on Seen. When I called to speak to the manager about a refund, she was incredibly toxic. Instead of taking accountability, she tried to blame my swollen toes on 'pregnancy or medication.' This is a blatant lie--I regularly get pedicures at Blue Sky Nails and have NEVER had a reaction or pain like this. Furthermore, their own security cameras will show the technician repeatedly trying to wipe flooded gel polish off my raw skin before curing it, which is exactly what caused this chemical irritation. When I refused to let her gaslight me, the manager insulted me, told me I 'complain too much,' claimed I just hated the color (which makes no sense, I chose the color--I care about the swelling!), and then literally HUNG UP on me. They completely refused a refund. Unprofessional, unsafe, and defensive. Avoid this place at all costs.

Fast forward to today, I have been a loyal customer. Kimmie and Lily are the only ones that have done my nails (both absolutely amazing and sweet) and i've NEVER had any issues with my nails. I'm particular about how I like my shapes, never too sharp and never too long and they always get it just right. I swear, having an amazing nail tech is part of the self care experience. Amazing!!! Love this place and for Rhiannon L. It's a small world I was the lady in front of you and witnessed the whole thing. First of all Tonia doesn't speak English very well and she suggested to your daughter to pick another color because the one she picked out was dry (she wasn't rude or disrespectful) and the baby who was walking around is only two year old!!! Maybe some patients would help considering you are a parent yourself . And as for nails turning yellow, never happened to me in all the time I've been going here. Danny is a really hardworking man and awesome at what he does . If I had a problem with my nails I always talk to Danny and he goes out of his way to make sure I walk out of there satisfied , even if he has to start all over again. Communication is the key, they can't read your mind but if they know your not happy they will fix it for sure. I have never seen lack of customer service THEY ARE WONDERFUL!!! No where better to go to in Rocklin. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!? read more

I love LoGo Nails! I've been going for nearly a year now, and Brian as well as the rest of the staff are always super nice and makes you feel comfortable right away. My experience was amazing. Sometimes I am skeptical about the duration for each service. Lam goes above and beyond to make sure she provides the service customers are paying for. She gives quality massages during the pedicure and manicure. The salon is very clean and the fragrances and lotions they use work well for people who have sensitive skin. i've been going here for a couple months now and it's been such a pleasant experience every time. usually nail salons are either too expensive or rude in my experience, but they are very sweet and have reasonable prices. Lisa, Brian, and Miu have been so amazing, always ensuring that we're satisfied with the end result. and not to mention, they're pretty fast which i love since i cant sit still for long periods of time. this is hands down my favorite nail salon in the area!! read more

Brian is awesome! The quality and attention to detail is next level. Perfect shape, polish, design -every single time. He is personable, funny and works fairly quickly. The nail salon doesn't smell like acrylic or other nail products. I had a pedicure and fill the last time I was there and both services were done at the same time and it was great. Lam, Lisa, and Miu have all done our nails (mine, my Mom's, and sister's). These ladies are fantastic. LoGo Nail Salon is definitely the place to go in Roseville/Rocklin!! New owners have completely rejuvenated LoGo Nails! This salon is updated and very clean. I go to Miu for my nails and Nancy for my pedicures and cannot say enough good things about them. Service is amazing . When we sat down right away we didn't have to wait, I've told the lady I wanted an acrylic fill and nail shape change to almond, lady responded "okay but it's $10 extra charge." And I agreed with that, then I wanted chrome I wanted a green chrome color. I think she found what she looking for the nail last responded with"it $5 extra charge you want!? " I said no. Then she's started cleaning hear station and while filing my nails she started talking to her colleagues in their language I couldn't understand of what was being said but very unprofessional. While she was filing my nail; the nail lady filed down my nails a lot harder than before. And when she was filing my shapes to create the shape that I chose; I looked at my nails I didn't say anything yet. The nail lady said" what's wrong with nail?" I answered my left thumb and ring finger is crooked." Then she said " I know I'm not done." I sense attitude from her and kept her to her colleagues in their language. (She kept on talking to her colleagues in the entire appointment and spoke to me and husband in English). Over all experience was fine not the best, I like the overall shape of my nails but the quality wasn't best. There are some spots that are properly filled down and uneven buffing, the acrylic application was not properly it's uneven and she's the wrong tools for filing and buffing my nails. I never once was used a proper tool or even sterilized her after she used them. All of tool were dirty. (She use the same brush to wipe dust on my nails and use the same brush to dust off dirt/dust on the counter and used it again on my nails. VERY unhygienic!! )) We won't be coming because my nail lady gave me attitude and I didn't feel comfortable when everyone was speaking in their language and I don't know any what they are talking about, not professional. Lastly to end with this she didn't sterilize her tools and equipment.

He gave me one of the best massages I've ever had at a nail salon, and then Anna settled in to do my gel polish. With the fastest application I have ever seen, my nails came out flawlessly. I walked in later in the evening and asked if they were still accepting walk-ins. I completely understood that it was late and honestly expected them to tell me no. Instead, May immediately told me to sit in chair three and agreed to do my nails. Shortly after she started, the salon lights automatically shut off because it was after hours. At that point, we discussed finishing them another day. May asked me to come back two days later, but I explained that I was leaving town that morning and could only come back the following day. She told me she wouldn't be working that day and insisted on continuing that night instead. We ended up sitting there for around two hours in the dark, using our phone flashlights so she could see my nails. Multiple times throughout the appointment, I could tell the quality wasn't what I wanted, and I asked if I could just come back the next day and have someone else finish them. I was repeatedly encouraged to let her continue. Once the nails were finished, I still wasn't happy with the designs and again asked to return the following day to have them corrected by someone else. The designs were removed, so I ultimately left that night with my nails unfinished but still paying. I then had to drive back to the salon (very far out of my way) the next day specifically to have them completed. While the second result was better than what I had received the night before, the entire experience was frustrating and not what I would expect after spending that much time and money. There also seemed to be a significant miscommunication regarding the price. I paid the first night and was under the impression that this covered the service. When I returned the next day to have my nails finished, I was charged again. When I questioned this, I was spoken to very aggressively by someone who hadn't even been present for the original conversation between May and me, and I was told a version of what happened that was just simply incorrect. Even after saying I'll pay, this woman still insisted on being aggressive and speaking on something she had no knowledge in. I understand that I came in late, but I specifically asked whether they could accommodate a walk-in and would have completely understood being turned away. Once the salon accepted the appointment, however, I don't think a customer should be expected to sit for two hours while their nails are done in the dark with phone flashlights, leave with unfinished nails, return the next day, and then pay additional money to have the service completed. I understand there could be a language barrier issue as well but if I had known I was going to be paying I would have just gone to my normal salon that I know is capable of solid work and good customer service instead of driving over an hour in total out of my way to ultimately be yelled at by a woman who had no idea what she was talking about. Making two trips to the salon, and spending hours dealing with something that should have been a straightforward nail appointment. I don't feel that I should have been charged the full amount given the circumstances, and the way the situation was handled when I returned made an already disappointing experience much worse. I understand things happen and May did the best she could under the circumstances but the price I paid did not reflect the service I received in the slightest.
