i was heading to work & wanted a matcha so i thought i'd give this place another try. i ordered a regular matcha & i also tried their Japanese hot dog bun that was $6. i enjoyed my matcha but the reason for the 2 stars is for the hot dog bun. i started eating it on my drive to work & when i got to the middle, it was cold! i felt the bottom & you could tell these pastries were frozen. the whole top of the bun was warm, but the bottom half was not. very disappointing that they are handing out their food still cold. this may be my last time here, which is unfortunate because they have friendly workers. read more

This hidden little coffee spot is hidden in the middle of Waipahu in the same lot as Arby's, Elena's, and Little Caesars. I happened to drive thru the area and saw a bunch of food trucks clustered next ti Arby's and that's when I stumbled upon this gem. Super sweet lady working. Absolutely love this place. As a first timer, the guy as well as the lady who was working the stand were super friendly and recommended us to get their new butter mochi acai bowl. They said it was a brand new item they're trying out as of 7/9/24. Sooo good, the acai is the perfect sweetness and you can tell the fruits they use are fresh. They also offered a free pup cup for our puppy who tagged along with us! Overall, probably one of if not the best acai bowl me and my girlfriend tried. So glad there's finally a coffee cart near my place/Waipahu. There are days I just want a well prepared and brewed coffee that's not starbucks or Coffee bean and this is it! I ordered the Loke Latte (hot latte for the cold weather) and it was a perfect balance between bitter and sweetness. I'm not much of a fan for super sweet coffee but she does provide options for the sweet tooth folks. The ham & cheese japanese bun was delicious as well! I'll pretty much be a regular from here on out for a good cup of joe. Sad that the hours is a bit restricted on when the cart is open but when it is open, I'll be there to order haha I totally recommend giving this place a try. read more

MORE THAN JUST COFFEE!! I heard about this business from a friend who had seen a post about it on social media. They are located in the green shopping center right across Tanioka's. The lot is always very busy but finding parking has never been a problem. They operate out of a tiny trailer surrounded by other local food vendors. Matcha Strawberry - WOW! Best matcha strawberry. They might've use oat milk, which I don't usually like because I prefer soy, but it was a great compliment to the matcha and fresh strawberries. Had many matcha strawberry drinks but nothing compare to this one. Iced coffee + scone - They offer an iced coffee and a scone together for $6 which was a deal! Coffee was good and the scone was the cherry on top. We went for their lavender scone that was on special this month, however, they had sold out the day before. We got our second pick, lilikoi, which we were also excited to try and did not disappoint. Though they did take a little longer to complete orders, everything was made fresh, tasted great, and the owner had great customer service. read more

The croffles were amazing! I love the stuffed cookie dough one. The matcha latte was decent as well but after an awhile it was a bit sweet for me. The native acai bowl was really good with the acai having a good amount of sweetness and lots of fruits topped on top. My only gripe with this place is the location and wait time. I went on a Saturday afternoon and there were so many other food trucks and shops in the shopping area that parking was a hassle. Lots of cars would park on the side and block the lane to grab their food orders at the shops. But yeah overall wait time was a bit much so if you're in a hurry I wouldn't recommend trying to get a croffle in time. The staff is nice but yes the space only has a cashier and one food prepper so if there's a long line of orders, it may be awhile. The other thing too was one of the nearby food trucks was bbqing outside and the smoke was just wafting through burning my eyes. Be prepared to smell like smoked meat if you stay there. read more

This minuscule food trailer - looks like there's barely room for a barista, espresso machine, and a fridge - served me an excellent espresso con panna (espresso with whipped cream). It was off menu and I had to explain what I wanted but the barista got it and did it well- a great pulled double shot with nice crema and a dollop of whipped cream. I love trying new coffee shops and this place has become one of my go-to spots. The owner is friendly, prices are right and Sis always makes my coffee perfect. There's a stamp card system as well which will get you a free cup of coffee. Pastries are really good, never burnt, under toasted or old. Absolutely love that. The drink menu is also pretty extensive. So far I've tried I think all the lattes, the Japanese ham & cheese bun, and the lilikoi scone. My bf really loved the lilikoi scone. There's a pretty large seating area that's shaded where you can sit and wait for your order which I really appreciate!
