As someone who hates clams, muscles-- anything of the sort I was worried about not liking it after my husband told me to expect it to taste like that. THE ESCARGOT IS DELICIOUS. It's like the most balanced butter, herb flavor alongside a mushroom like taste and texture. I wish I would have ordered a second round to devour alone. The portions were actually very filling none of us could finish our entres. Wagyu steak was cooked to perfection the way my husband likes it.
