I always order brisket when trying a new spot out as I believe it's a good gauge to the quality of the cook. My pic doesn't do it justice honestly. It was juicy, tender, and fell apart off the fork. Heard great things about this place online and decided to come give it a try…read more Overall, I was expecting higher quality of meats and more traditional KBBQ, but everything we ordered was way too seasoned /salty which makes it hard to taste the flavors of the meats. For me, part of the fun of KBBQ is also eating the meats with the sauces and fresh vegetables, making little bites. However, when the meats are heavily seasoned, the salad came pre-dressed, and the grilled vegetables came pre-salted...that's just too much. we didn't end up using any of the dipping sauces+salt provided and had to drink so much water and ended up ordering some white rice to balance all the salt. I did really like some of the sides we ordered! Highlights were the beef soup+glass noodles, kimchi, and steamed egg. I also didn't love provided with disposable utensils and paper cups. Not only does it downgrades the experience, for a setting that using such high heat... having plastic spoons laying around just doesn't make sense. The servers were all very attentive, nice, and fast. We got there a bit early for dinner and by the time we headed out the place was packed. Seems like a great place for the area but we probably won't be back :/
