A live voice answered the phone, got us someone to come out during the week within 1hr. We live about 35min west of Austin in the hill country. Its mid June so we all know how hot central TX gets and how much we rely on ac to keep us safe during the summers. Ryan H was very professional, friendly, trustworthy and found the issue within the first 10min. Clogging hvac drain. He went into our attic, did his hvac magic.. got the system working again, told us how to maintain it and cleaned up as we worked. He was very respectful of our home. Process: very Goldilocks-esque. First contractor seemed very smart and competent, but never delivered a quote or returned our calls. Second contractor was very slimy, and the price seemed rather steep. The third, Josh here at Comfort Control, was just right. Smart, competent, super professional, and very competitive in the price point. The Experience: excellent from start to finish. Both appointments (initial consultation and then the install itself) started exactly on time. Josh and his employees were super efficient (about four hours start to finish) and respectful in our house, which was much appreciated as I was on a few important conference calls while they were working. The install - inside and outside - looks great and functions great. These folks deserve your business. I scheduled an appointment with Greg's heating and air and their technician came out. Charged me…read morethe fee to come out and another fee to clean the coils of my a/c to check pressure of my refrigerant. Told me everything was fine and fed me a line that they changed a setting to make the A/C pull air less often outside the system which I googled later couldn't find anything on. Tinkered around for a while then left saying system would cool off in a couple hours. It's morning and the a/c is hotter inside than it is outside. Waste of money.
