Replace the first floor baseboard with high output baseboard. Peter measured the job up and returned with Christian another day to complete the work. I admit I was impressed with the concern that was paid to how each peice was installed. A level and tape measure was used on each peice of baseboard to insure that when completed the entire run was the same height and on the same plain. Each cover was trimmed if needed so it fit together properly. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and even helped me put my things back, which they didn't have to do. I could say I'm happy with the work they did and leave it there. The truth is I'm really impressed with the work did, it came out more beautiful than I hoped. They showed more attention to detail than they had to, and the price was very competitive. Its been 7 years and Pete is still doing really prideful work. Also, the cold water stopped working in my shower, making the shower unusable. I lost my husband this year and am never sure about what to do when things go wrong in the house, since I never had to address those problems in the past. I was told that they stood behind all their work and they would make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Before Alex came to my home, I received a photo of him. He was confident and friendly and I immediately felt I was in good hands. Originally it looked like it was going to be a bad situation with the toilet and that the floor might have to be torn up. The company was really great, they sent me a bio and photo of the person who would be coming (which I appreciated for safety and professionalism), and the man who came was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He also had some great suggestions and input on the project and location in the house, in terms of what's best to save money and simplify all the moving parts--which I really appreciated. Our usual plumber was away and the first plumber I had called showed up for 10 minutes guessed a range of issues, he got our boiler working for 5 minutes and then ran off. I asked if he could wait to make sure we were good to go and he still rushed out. Then I spent 4 days trying to get this person to come back with parts. I even ordered the parts myself. Then still no proper response. I reached out to AquaPro on Yelp and got a response within minutes. The next day Jose came over and was clearly very knowledgeable. He tried one thing it did fix our issue. However, we started having issues again the next day. I called Jose on Saturday morning and he promised to stop by. Which he did! He stopped by in between and replaced the thermistor on our gas boiler (we had the part after the other plumber refused to order the part himself and I ended up ordering it).
