Two people in our group ordered the white fish blackened, but only one plate came out as requested--the other was pretty bland. His response was pretty casual, something along the lines of there just being less spice, and he didn't offer to fix it or have it remade. We ended up just swapping a fillet between the two plates so each person had one blackened and one not. It worked, but it felt like something that should have been handled differently. There were also a few moments where drinks went empty for a while, and our server wasn't around much. At one point, a manager actually stepped in and refilled waters for the table, which we appreciated.
