Guys! If you can avoid this please DO! The ladies taking our order tried everything to discourage us from ordering because they wanted to make sure they would clock out on time. We got there an hour before close and they were insisting we were could only stay for 20 min. Once we decided to leave, the girls were laughing and cheering cause they did not want to serve us. Well we have been going to Long Wongs for years at the old Scottsdale location and were happy to see this location as well when we moved. We love all of their wings and the pizza is pretty good as well. The only thing lately is with Covid. The staff isn't distancing or wearing masks. read more

i Ordered a pepperoni pizza and the food was okay but the girl at the front with dark brown hair was extremely rude to not only me but to her fellow co workers. She barked at me when I asked if I could have a packet of cheese for my pizza and told me to use my eyes. Wings were solid, blue cheese on the side was very good. Ordered a Roast Beef Sandwich and it was the grossest thing Ive ever seen. Meat was hard and dry like a jerky. Beware of the roast beef sandwich but the wings are worth it. Wish they'd ditch the styrofoam to avoid the sweat from the wings on to go orders. Cardboard absorbs it and makes the food less soggy. read more

From the first time I am hooked on the wings. Really good flavor crunchy on the outside moist in the inside. Very satisfied.

This location used to be my favorite, however the girls working the front are extremely rude to not only myself but everyone that walks through that door. Always giving dirty looks, talking bad about customers, and they're always making it seem like we're the problem. WE'RE NOT!! When I first started going to this location, I would order the number one with no drink ( and extra fries to sub the drink ), the lady working the front would always allow me to do that for months ahead. Until I started going more and more the other girls would never offer that same substitution , instead they would roll their eyes, and mention "she wasn't supposed to be doing that" instead of doing that they might want to learn some respect for their loyal customers. Terrible customer service from the teenage chicks at the counter. They forgot half of our order and then almost gave it to someone else right in front of me. After trying to help them figure out where my order was one of the chicks got tude with me and I was done. I'll make the extra drive to the chandler location next time. read more

Love their food especially their boneless wings but beware!!! EVERY time I have a discount offered, they overcharge me, the cashier gives me attitude when I question the amount, and then they give me money back when they realize they have made an error. If you go and have a discount, add your stuff up yourself, take the discount off the total and then add 9.5% for the sales tax here. This will allow you to have the correct amount before you are overcharged s and avoid the nasty attitude. read more

We have been coming here since they opened & stopped going because of covid & we went in today because I had a 25% off my order & they were handing out these "wings" i had second hand embarrassment for the owners. The wings weren't even the size of my pinky no meat on them at all! The people that work there are nice and attentive if you eat there but the -1 star is I think they need another person dedicated to taking phone cal ordErs... because when they get busy they won't answer the phones or have you on "hold" and forget that they asked you to wait. read more

They don't tell you that their buffalo wings are a dry rub, which is unfortunate. I ordered 20 buffalo wings expecting them to be in buffalo sauce (could you imagine?), but their dry rub is much worse than any buffalo sauce I've ever had. It tastes more like just spicy for spicy's sake rather than an honest-to-god buffalo flavor (and I like spicy food, but it just seemed like that's all it had going for it). Also, they give your food in styrofoam, which isn't inherently bad but makes for lousy reheating. read more

First time to this location. Great service, reasonably priced and the chicken wings were freshly prepared, hot, tasty and filling. The only thing is we did order a box of fries to go with our meal and the fries were NOT fresh. They were old, cold and hard as though they had been sitting out for a period of time. Staff was friendly, and welcoming. The location is small and there were several customers dining in. It was clean, and busy. It's located in a small plaza that consists of other businesses. I will return to this location but will double check the fries next time should I order fries again before leaving. All in all, no big complaints. read more

I come for the wings, and stay for the wings. Yes, they have a menu with a variety of items, but they offer some of the best wings in AZ. They used to have a location off of Mill Ave, and one off of McClintock in Tempe, sadly this is one of the last few locations in the Mesa/Tempe area that is still open. (I believe there is one further East into Mesa also however). They recently started offering boneless, but I prefer the classic bone-in myself. Their medium sauce is the classic buffalo style, can't go wrong there. Their newer honey-hot is a recent favorite of mine, and a crowd pleaser in case you have to share you wings! If you order a large batch of wings, they will split up your order into 2 or 3 sauces of your choice, so everyone is a winner. They are now open 7 days a week, and I suspect they are under new management because their pricing changed over the past few months, but 50 wings for $35, can't go wrong. I believe their current menu only goes up to 72 wings (for around $50) and they are no longer offering their 100 wing party platter, which is a bummer. read more

I love getting to-go from here, great food and not over priced, blows ATL and Zipps away. Absolutely fab wings and the boneless ones are similar to chicken strips- sooo good. The Medium are pretty hot so beware. There are a ton of flavors to choose from, Ive had honey hot, Lemon pepper. asian zing, all were very hood. The coconut crusted butterfly shrimp is only 4.49 for 8 of them and it comes with a dipping sauce. All of their finger foods are generous portion size for the money. Not over-breaded like most wing places, these wings are fried to perfection and tossed in a great buffalo sauce. Got a dozen and smacked them all in one sitting.
