Ambiance: 3/5. Classic Texas Longhorn Steakhouse ambiance. Service: 1/5. Terribly slow. Didn't get waters for 30 minutes. It took an hour to get bread and appetizers. I could have gone to the store and cooked myself faster. Food: 2/5. Filet was fatty, chewy, and tasted more like a sirloin. Brussels were excellent. Overall: wont be back here. When the waitress slapped salad on the table the dressing was already dripping off the side of the bowl and onto the floor. I saw she also treated the gentleman next to us the same. Never came back and asked if we needed anything else and we were actually considering sharing dessert. Ordered for pickup , 2 renegade sirloin meals, 1 chicken tender meal. They did not include the honey bread ,both steaks were under cooked and raw in center, blue cheese for salad was like water, tenders were all breading very small pieces. Have been going here for a long time, lately the food is just terrible must have a bad cook/cooks working there , I dont think I will be spending money here again its been going on for too long now management not fixing the problem, they have tp know they are getting bad reviews . We went here for lunch mid-week and had a very pleasant experience! I got the pick two lunch option and added on asparagus. I didn't even finish the asparagus, the meal alone filled me up the perfect amount. They have a lot of light lunch options so we will be back! Dining there on Wed. Feb. 5 with a group of 10 people. I did get the lunch sirloin salad special as advertised for $10.99. Then, when asked for my side dish, I asked for brussel sprouts. The waiter said I could have anything. Two things - the salad had a very small piece of sirloin steak, about 2" x 2" in all. I was charged $2.99 for the side dish of brussel sprouts. A very disappointing meal for a senior citizen patronizing the restaurant. read more

Our Family was in there to eat lunch the other day. Even though it took us about an hour to get our food, our waitress(Amanda) was very courteous and made sure we had drinks filled and checked up on us and gave us updates. Worst Longhorn experience we've ever had. We frequent other locations, and always get Flo's Filet. It was terrible. Both were undercooked, mine was thin and definitely not filet. Sent it to be cooked more which I never do. Manager assured me it is a filet, some are thick and some thin. Will not be back to Lebanon location!! read more

I have never sent food back to the kitchen in my life until tonight. I eat almost entirely carnivore so I eat a lot of steak. I've had filet mignon and wagyu steak from 5 star restaurants that were cooked to perfection. I'm very well versed on "rare" vs "medium rare" and so on. I ordered a ribeye tonight medium rare, expecting it might come out a little underdone but was very surprised to find it barely even rare. I'm well aware that texture and temperature can be as or more telling than the color so when I say this steak was severely underdone I base that not just on the fact that it was bright red but for the very outside. It had the texture of raw meat and was barely any warmer than room temperature. There was no way I could eat it like that and my stomach had already started turning. Feeling rather like a nuisance, I reluctantly sent it back to be cooked longer. My husband, trying to be a gentleman, had asked that his steak be put under the warmer while mine was being cooked a little longer so we could eat together. When they brought our steaks back out mine was almost entirely just as it was the first time but for a few bites and his came back cold and underdone. He had requested that his be cooked medium well but it was closer to medium or medium rare. It may seem like a minor thing but even medium well is pushing it for him. By this time we had completely lost our appetite and asked for boxes to take our dinner home so we could cook them more if and when our appetites returned. I do want to say that our waiter was very kind and understanding, though I got the impression that he was of the opinion that the steak was cooked properly, and that I may just be ignorant about what medium rare looks like. In the end, they removed the charge for my steak from our bill without our asking. While I feel that was an appropriate measure given the situation, I don't think we'll be coming back to this restaurant, or at least not this location. I felt so ashamed to be sending my meal back and getting it free of charge in the end. I don't want to have to do that and would rather eat at home if there are no truly good steakhouses nearby than to have to do that again. read more

I went here for a late evening dinner last night, and pleased to say I was not disapointed. To begin with, they served a complimentary honey wheat bread with butter while the food arrived. The bread was very fresh and arrived warm at the table. Toasty on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Loved it. No appetizers for today, as it was a bit late and wanted room for my main dish. I had the parmesan crusted chicken, along with the steakhouse mac and cheese, and steamed broccolli for my two sides. For my beverage choice, I had the Jack and Coke, which was a bit too watered down for my taste. Could have been a bit more strong. It had more of a "water and jack" with a "tiny splash" of coke flavor, thus why the 4 stars on this review. On the other hand, the dish was amazing. The chicken breasts were perfectly prepared and seasoned just right. Super juicy and flavorful, melt in your mouth, and the cheese crust on top was just spot on. The steamed broccolli was cooked perfectly as well. And the steakhouse mac and cheese? Well, let's just say it was awesome. The breaded crust on top of the mac is everything, and the bacon just compliments it to the tee. Very much recommend it as a side to any dish at LongHorn! My server was Laura K, she was super attentive and very nice and made the experience very pleasant. Looking forward to returning soon. read more

We called in an order to be picked up. We arrived but the food was not ready at the time specified, it was close to 20 minutes late. We both got the parmesan-crusted chicken with sweet potatoes and salads. This time we requested extra of parmesan-crusted sauce because there were a few times that the chicken was dry with very little of the sauce. It is one of our favorites! i placed an online order for 4:00pm. I did not get my order at 4. instead i got it at 4:05. the food was fine besides the fact that it was wet because it was raining and the bag wasn't closed. they also tried to fit the large bag through the window which it didn't fit. read more

The restaurant's parking lot seemed crowded, but the restaurant is huge and we were seated immediately. We even got asked if we wanted a booth or a table which was great (we requested a booth). Our waitress was Amanda and she was the absolute BEST. Very very attentive, asking many times if we wanted a refill, or asking how our food turned out (both for our appetizers/salads and our entrees and our desserts!) I didn't LOVE my Caesar salad (the lettuce itself tasted a little different to me, or maybe there wasn't as much dressing as I would like), but my Parmesan crusted chicken and broccoli was absolutely delicious! I also got the Longhorn Coffee (the alcoholic one) and Amanda said that I was the first person to order that since they released it on the menu which was cool to hear. I do not usually give bad reviews on anything, however after calling Longhorn in Lebanon and having the person on the other end not be able to help me, I aIsked to speak to a manager at which point the employee screamed into the phone "OH MY GOD BRO" When i responded "you did not just say that" he replied yes I did bro...and did it again and HUNG UP ON ME! I called back 2 more times and was hung up on and the 3rd time got a very nice young lady who promptly got the general manager. All I wanted to know was how to join the wait list online...which the manager nicely explained they are not doing due to covid restrictions but you can gladly walk in and put your name on a list. Well someone else may gladly have our spot because I will NOT be spending my hard earned money there.....even with a gift card as an apology. NOT ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR!!! read more

They are constantly screwing up orders. They forgot rice with the shrimp, they gave 8 shrimp instead of 12, no butter with the shrimp, no croutons with the salad, and carelessly through the dressing in the salad upside down. They also made us wait 25 minutes while the food sat, and everything was cold when we got it (we don't live far away). Last time they gave me a very well done burger when I ordered it medium well, didn't put any sauce on the chicken, the sauce in the container was cold and they also loaded the sauce for the chicken with pepper before I got it. Every other time we go there they don't give bread and all of this happened in the past few times we went there. Very disappointed. read more

I ordered the Flat Iron Steak off the 500 calorie and under menu. They season their steaks perfectly so you don't need steak sauce. I like a medium cooked steak but most places don't get it right and end up giving me a well-done steak, so i ordered medium rare. The steak came out rare so i couldn't eat it all but i guess better then over cooked. We sat at the bar to eat so I'm mot sure if for that reason we didn't get bread with our meal or what. But i heard the bread is good hear. Too bad we didn't get to try it. The bartender also forgot to get us our salads so our meal came out first. Then I reminded him about the salad. arrived close to 5 and shift change so had to wait a few minutes. the food came out quickly after ordering and the server was quite pleasant. the steaks were cooked just right and more than enough to eat. After visiting this place about 5-6 times I think it's time I leave a review. On consistency I give this place a 4 of 5. The manager, Jason (??) Is always super helpful always addresses customers in a friendly manner and seems to want to help problem solve. An obvious plus when.. I mean.. it's basically his job. It totally refreshing to see a manger who cares in this small town where subpar service has dulled the residents down enough to have marginal expectations and minimal exposure to trendy things. I've ordered online, sat at the tables and frequented the bar. I like how chill this place is. Servers and bartenders alike give good service. TIP: So far, Jason has made the best drinks. So if he's filling in behind the bar, your drinks are in good hands. read more

I don't get it. It's been a year-and-a-half since I've been here. Figured it must have improved somewhat. Nope!!! We ordered a couple lunch combos. Very simple, cold beef and cheese sandwich with soup. Prime rib sandwich or salad no bread. Couple modifiers. Just as my girlfriend said they couldn't mess it up because it's a cold sandwich , she made a face, takes the lid off the sandwich, wrong cheese. Cold swiss, which she hates. I changed the cheese to my sandwich. It was also wrong. Turns out they were out of the havarti that i special-ordered and that came on her sandwich and instead substituted without asking. They literally put the cheese that came on the sandwich regularly that I didn't want on the meat. I asked for a side of horseradish ranch. I received plain old horseradish mayo. I ordered my sandwich without bread and told the server that I could not have anything with gluten for health reasons. I assume that was enough. Wrong again. They give you these chips with cheese sauce and bacon. As a cook myself I make plenty of cheese sauce without thickening it with a roux. They do not. I had a reaction. All that said, the booze we had was good, she like her soup I enjoyed everything ok after it was fixed. And, the peanuts were good. read more

We came over to Longhorn today at 3 pm, the restaurant was half full. We asked for a booth. The hostess said that she doesn't have any booths and we would have to wait a while to get one. When she walked us to our table there were plenty open booths. When we asked if we could sit at one of those open booths, she said that all the servers that have booth sections are out for lunch. We went last night to celebrate birthdays and Fathers Day. Now, we've all been to these kind of places so we knew what to expect. We called ahead and was told there was a 15-20 minute wait. When we arrived, we only waited a couple minutes before our pager went off. After following a very quick on her feet hostess (she almost lost us while showing us to our table) we were seated in a booth. Shortly after seated we were cheerfully great by our server. Wish I could tell you his name but he never introduced himself. He quickly took our drink order and returned promptly with them and warm bread, then took our food order. Our appetizer was the shrimp and lobster dip and it was good. Nothing spectacular but not bad. Our salads followed and again, pretty generic. We all got steaks and they were all cooked perfectly. We did hey dessert- chocolate stampede. It was plenty for the 4 of us and then some. All the food was good. Nothing fancy but none of it was bad. What I found most disgusting was the physical appearance of most of the service staff. Our server was sweating like a pig and had stuff on his hands when he would hand us our drinks and food. Gross. Many of the staff wore shirts that didn't fit only showing their soft bellies laying over their belts. Look, I understand that you staff with the people in the area but could they at least tell them to wear shirts that fit and doesn't look like the buttons are just minutes away from putting someone's eye out?? read more

Visited here for the first time 3/27/14, at about 5:30. Had a family of 4 My wife, myself and our two small girls. Ordered the firecracker chicken wraps and loaded baked potato soup as appetizers. Short wait and They were delicious. Although $8.50 was a little high for the chicken wraps. I got the sirloin and my wife got the porterhouse, the kids want steak so we got them the kids sirloin. I asked for med-well as did my wife and well done for the kids. 25 min later! My wife and my salads were absolutely delicious! 15 minutes after finishing our salad the steaks arrived Out of all the steaks the porterhouse was the only one cooked correctly. Mine was more medium as where the kids and theirs should have been well done (no pink in it) I don't understand that since the porterhouse takes the longest time to cook. The other thing that annoyed me was my 8oz sirloin and fries was the same size as my kids portion and mine was twice as expensive. We got deserts too, my wife and I shared the sundae, and the kids split a lava cake. Those arrived fast and were absolutely marvelous! This would have been an awesome meal if the steaks had been made as ordered. Was definitely shocked when i got the bill though over 90 dollars. Wow! we have had similar meals at Texas Roadhouse in Palmyra and walked out about 20 dollars cheaper, and had much better flavor to our steaks and they were made correctly. read more

The first 2 people we came in contact with (hostess and server) told us it was their first day. They had wonderful attitudes and were eager to give great service. My wife's filet with bacon and mashed potatoes were delicious. I ordered the ribeye (medium) with broccoli which came out way too well done and was about 1/2" thick. I told the server and she was quick to take care of it. They brought me a new meal which was much thicker, and grilled to perfection. We both had the wedge with blue cheese, mine had filet slices and hers had bacon. Both were very very good. The drinks were also a pleasant surprise. My wife had a strawberry margarita, and I had 2 drinks that were angry orchard mixed with bourbon (delicious but I forget the name ) and a Long Island iced tea. The steaks were succulent, the drinks were cold, ad the service was prompt and very friendly. It's not a Capital Grille but it's Lebanon, what do you expect? We're excited to have this place here and I hope they're able to do well because I'm tired of driving out of town to get a decent steak. read more

Only two stars cuz the appetizers were great, tho more meat could go on the brisket nachos. The staff was terrible, they close at 11 and we got there at 930, the bartender barely looked at us, said no name, no smile, nothing... Jocelyn was her name, I know this from the check. I asked for a water while I look at drinks on their menu; they dont have a lot so I decided in less than a minute. It took her ten minutes to come back after washing dishes to ask if we were ready.. well yea duh. Then when we got our food, they decided to build a fking ski resort with all the ice they were crushing. I couldn't hear a word my husband was saying the entire meal.
