Easy to pull in to park. Went in around 6pm on Thursday and was seated right away. The app said there was no wait so it was right! Surprised at how quiet it was, we were able to have a nice conversation at our table without having to talk loudly. Bread was warm and good. Orders came quick. I stop at this location 1-2 times per week. 1/8/26 to have dinner, a drink, and watch the Bruins game. There were several of us watching the game. Three people came I. And asked her to change the channel. She did so without asking any of us if we were watching. When we brought it to her attention she excused her actions because she said all of us were not paying attention to the game as we were, like everyone, browsing between plays. She did not change the channel . I informed her that she was impolite and paid my $27 tab and left a $20 tip. My bill is typically $60-80 but I no motivation to stay and order more drinks and food. We had a positive experience. Our table had a 30 yo, 55 yo, and 70 yo. The waitstaff was very friendly and patient with us. The food was good. There are a lot of options everyone. I, personally, don't especially like my steak seasoned with butter and spices, but it I did enjoy the taste. Next time I'll order steak without seasoning. The steaks were a bit on the smaller side but not too bad. The restaurant seemed very clean and the decor was typical of a chain restaurant. The bartender looked at me like I'd asked for unicorn milk--"We don't have bitters." Really? A bar without bitters? That's like a steakhouse without steak. It's literally in the name, folks. The "Old Fashioned" that arrived was an abomination--some unholy mix of bourbon and syrup that tasted like melted brown Lifesavers. My wife took a few sips, winced, and gave up. It was that bad. We figured we'd minimize the damage and just order burgers. They were edible, I'll give them that. But "okay" is being generous. The real punchline? The fries. Or rather, the suggestion of fries. I've seen more fries in a toddler's Happy Meal. It felt like they were rationing potatoes. The food is consistently good. I've been to this specific Longhorns 4 times in 2 years as I live in Hawaii. All 4 times I get the "FLO" filet mignon and it's super tender and cooked to perfection. I had seen my Aunt Laurie while I was home in NH visiting my family @ my nephew's high school graduation party. She was there waiting for me. It wasn't crazy busy but there was a good amount of people in there for lunch then it died down. Well come to find out Aunt Laurie LOVES this place & comes here often. We got her favorite waitress, Lynn V and she was really nice. I ordered a drink and opted out of ordering an appetizer only because I usually fill up on them & then I don't have much room for my main course. Laurie got steak tips with sweet potato, one of her favorite dishes and it looked good! I'm not a big steak tip fan but I do LOVE mac & cheese so I got a side of that with chicken tenders. They were both yummy!! Tasted fresh, full of flavor & the chicken was moist. Aunt Laurie introduced me to Lynn and she was very nice to the two of us, I can see why Laurie likes her. She's a good waitress. I use to be a waitress back in my 20's so I'm always looking to how other wait staff treat me while I'm out to eat. She greeted me right away, took a drink order and shortly after she brought our food out she came back to make sure everything was OK. I don't believe I've ever been here before. Years ago I did visit a Longhorn in FL & don't recall any issues @ that location I was @. I'm definitely coming back here when I'm back in NH. I was hankering for a reasonably priced steak and hadn't been here in about a decade so off we went! Place was clean, our server was great! Steaks were good! Flavorful, cooked to our liking, exactly what I wanted. Brussels sprouts were tasty as was the street corn, although the topping was a little bland. The stand out?? That feta strawberry salad! We are from Vt and we love longhorn in Williston VT. My wife was in the Portsmouth hospital, not eating there food, it was bad. We were getting her food from out and about, McDonald's fish sandwich, scallops and fries, and other things she loves. One thing she wanted was a juicy ribeye. I want and ordered one , medium,. Took it back to the hospital and it was well done plus. She, we didn't eat it. It was at noon time and wandered if the dish washer cooked it. We will start with service, it was very quick to get a seating for our family of 5, and the wait staff was amazing. very friendly, came back frequently to check on us and gave good recommendations. The food was what we expected, we ordered the stuffed mushrooms and cowboy shrimp for our appetizer. the mushrooms were incredible and the shrimp were good as well. For the mains we got the ribs, the parmesan crusted chicken and a few steaks. The food came out quickly and was delicious. Was craving steak after eating lots of subs and pizza in this area. This Longhorn steakhouse was really close to my hotel and really close to my normal shopping spot Trader Joe's. The restaurant is kind of hidden by bushes and the shopping centers parking lot exit. I came about 2pm, still about an hour before lunch was over. There were about 6 tables full, and the bar was about a quarter full. After I was seated, i was presented with the lunch menu and I knew I wanted the outlaw ribeye and I was happy to see they had brussel sprouts and a chopped salad as a side option. My waitress, Kelsey, was really nice and cheery. I ordered quickly as I didn't lots of time as I work nights. I got a loaf of bread that was only soso. The chopped salad was delicious and worth it as was the brussel sprouts. The steak was cooked perfectly medium rare and the bone was tasty to chew on. I had a bit left over for a snack at work. Overall, the service was good, food was good, and price was right. Only thing lacking was the bread but whatever, I don't go to a steakhouse to eat the house bread. I usually don't eat at a LongHorn but didn't want to drive too far and they're close to the Hampton Inn (I know you read that review). Located at the far corner of a mall, parking is easy. They weren't busy at the time and the server was able to spend sometime with me as I was having problems picking an appetizer. We decided on the Wild West shrimp app and a ribeye entree with butter squash as my side. The shrimp came on a long serving plate filled from one end to the other. I mean this alone could have been my meal. Breaded to perfection, and I really enjoyed it with the house ranch. The steak cooked med rare was just a great treat. Seasoned to make my taste buds dance, and juicy enough to make my mouth water. This steak was the star of my meal. The squash was naturally sweet and complemented the streak savory. I'm glad Alex help surprise me by picking my side. Overall five stars. The food was happy in my tummy. The place looks great with the wood furnishing. Seems to have gone way downhill and probably due to the horrible economy. The hamburgers were cold and overcooked and so tough they tasted like hockey pucks. You could tell they were pre-frozen patties - not what I would expect from a steakhouse. I did contact them, but nobody ever got back to me. The caramel cheesecake was gritty and sour tasting and just disgusting and inedible. The french fries were so over-salted you couldn't eat them. Nobody had a good meal. The service was terrible, when we got here the restaurant was almost empty and we were seated, over the course of 20 minutes three other customers had been seated and got their drinks almost immediately after sitting down. Our server was slow and never asked any questions or made suggestions. He then spilled water all over the table and my mother and never offered even more napkins. The other servers were severely rude and it was quiet not a lot running around to do and also snapped at me when I was asking for something for my fiancée.
