Horrible night for dinner. we got there and waited 30 minutes. when we sat down waited 15 minutes for drinks then waited 30 minutes for food. We didn't even get everything we ordered the plates came in at different times. The food was too salty my kids were complaining and we didn't even get refills. There was a big party that made the server struggle with checks we waited 30minutes for a check to leave. The place was packed expected for Saturday. The server was nice and looked overwhelmed after that group. This place needs a no more than 3 checks per big partys. read more

The host/management told us that we couldn't get on the call ahead list when we called because online if you have a party larger than 4 you have to call the restaurant but once we got to the establishment as we were waiting, we could hear the manager taking call ahead seating and telling people times... so we had to wait extra time, the manager Theresa was also rude and unhelpful read more

MANAGER WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL OCTOBER 26th in the evening. I was not impressed. I ordered a medium well steak. As I am cutting into my steak I see a lot of pink to a point where it was bleeding a little. I asked the waitress if the cook can cook it a little longer. Once the steak was cooked a little longer then the manager brought the steak and when I'm cutting into it the whole outside of the steak was black and hard to cut. I asked the manager if I can just order something different and they can take my plate and she asked me what temperature do I want them to cook my steak. I've been here about 6 times already. Everyone is saying the service is horrible but in my experience it has always been outstanding. They did get my order wrong once but I can't complain because the manager took care of the bill for our visit and fired up another steak for me immediately. It was the hectic day after Valentine's Day. Hostess and servers are always smiling and make you feel right at home. The bread is a little bland but taste great when you spread that butter on it. Caesar salad is good. I like my steaks medium well and they have always been cooked perfectly. They have a full bar but I haven't experienced it since I don't drink too much. You won't see me there. Really enjoy the food here and will continue to dine here as long as long as the service and food remains at a high standard. Keep the steaks coming. I'll be back! read more

We were out and I realized that I had a gift card. It was about 11:30am not too long after opening, so not crowded. We had THE BEST waitress and her name was Elizabeth. Very professional, friendly, and good sense of humor. The food came out hot (temperature) where we had to blow it. Besides being hungry it tasted good as well. Midway through our meal the lunch crowd started coming in. On the way out we were approached by a teenager asking for money. I didn't eat my chicken sandwich at all and gave it to him with a few dollars to get something to drink. To start, we had arrived at 5:30pm and didn't get seated until 8 pm and when we asked them for like a wait time they just said 17 minutes on the dot. After we finally get seated the server was great, but I feel like she was a bit overwhelmed as there was suppose to be 2 servers and it was just her handling our party of 12. It was not her fault entirely but man did they mess up our orders. I had ordered a medium well t-bone and it was super well done, also my husband ordered the bacon cheese burger and they gave him a kids cheese burger. All my kids burgers had no cheese even tho they order cheese burgers. We all had separate bills and they charges 4 cokes that did not belong to us. I can honestly say this is the best Porterhouse steak I've had from a mid-line chain Steakhouse in a very long time. The one I had tonight was way better than the previous two that I've recently had from local competition. Everything was served up promptly. My waitress was nice, and the food fortunately surpassed my expectations! Caught them on a relatively quiet night, so everything was quite plesant tonight. After a terrible experience at LongHorn Steakhouse I had shared the interaction on Yelp and actually contacted their corporate office as well. I am not one to usually to these lengths for a bad experience but this time it was worth the effort. LongHorn did respond to me via email and on yelp. The corporate office eventually contacted me via the phone and I shared the whole interaction with representative and they seemed to be fairly concerned. I will say they did listen and offered me a gift card to give them another try. I have not returned yet but I do feel they took the complaint seriously. read more

Worst steak I have ever tried to eat. Took 3 bites and had them take it away!! I had the 12oz ribeye. It tasted like burn plastic. It was sooooooo NASTY!! Their beer menu is also less than desirable. I recently went to try it out for my aunts birthday, she was so upset how it took more then 20 mins for just drink and the lady who took our order was the manager. Never saw her after our order was taken, she left us... another server told us she didn't know they were seating more people on this side. Even before we left we asked we we can at least get a happy birthday song in celebration of my aunt birthday and they denied it. Natalie was amazing it was slow and at first we waited for a while before she got there for our drink order but she promptly apologized and took our order right away with a smile on her face. It actually took a really long time for everything but all in all the food was amazing the steak lacked seasoning but the sides made up for it. The garlic mushrooms appetizer were probably my favorite and how well Natalie did under the pressure she was in she had a large table and it is the holidays. Will definitely be fining there again hopefully it will be a little faster though if I take the kids cause they aren't as patient as the adults are. read more

Went for dinner and over all not bad. I got the Parmesan Crusted Chicken. They have a 9oz or a 12oz and it comes with a side and a salad or if you don't like greens you can get two sides. It was delicious the only fall back to the visit was it took a while for the order but they do give you bread and butter while you wait and if you eat all the bread they will ask if you want more. The establishment is clean and staff is friendly. I would recommend you to try if your looking for a nice dinner and not in a rush! read more

Our service from Christopher J. was amazing from the beginning. He introduced himself right away and said I'll be right with us, which he was within two seconds of coming back to us and asking for our drinks and appetizers. He checked on us frequently and was very personable. He was extremely polite. We were having dinner with my mom and he made sure that he had his attention to her 1st, then me, and then my husband. He helped my mom with the Togo boxes to help them seal them. Which was very much appreciated since she has arthritis in her hands. We will definitely ask for him again. Love this place food and service is great. This location has enough parking so there is no need to drive around. The decor is south western casual dinning. The macaroni and cheese is heavenly. Bring your appetite because the stakes are grill to perfection. My son and I shared the 30oz porter house for 2 with salad and 2 sides; Mac and cheese and fire grilled corn. I usually have the mauhi or salmon but this time I was feeling carnavorish. On other occasion I've had their mash potatoes which I enjoyed. I ordered $50 worth of food for curbside pick up. When I was done ordering I called and asked if I could get some extra bread because I love their bread. The woman on the phone straight up told me that the orders only come with 1 bread and it's $1 extra per additional amount that you want. She also said it depends who's working manager at the moment if theyll actually charge or not. I just said Okay and asked for 2 extra. Sure enough they charged me the extra amount. Very petty. I had the Large Ribeye steak which I ordered medium rare. It was perfect. Slightly warm and still red in the center. I had asked for steak sauce because most places I've eaten at their steaks need the extra flavor but not tonight. Tonight was a a great dinner with friends.. We had the best server Angie .. and the chef Diego was awesome!! Our food was cooked to perfection The drinks were perfect too!! so shout out to the bartender as well also Sarah the GM was so welcoming and helpful! I take customers to lunch 4-5 days a week and this is one of their favorites for the food. The service is below the standard for a steakhouse and that's why 3 stars. Decided to go to longhorn (75th ave and McDowell) with the family (party of 9) for my girlfriend's birthday. Was given a wait time of 1 hour and 45 minutes which is normal for a big party on a Saturday. We waited for the usual text that confirms your check in but never received it. After about 50 minutes of waiting, I decided to call and ask for the status of our table. They said 89 minutes (1 hour and 29 minutes). After waiting 50 minutes we expected the wait to be about 50-60 minutes. We went in to ask because maybe they didn't have the right name. We asked one of the girls and as soon as we did three more approached us. We asked the wait time and she said 89 minutes in a rude tone. We asked why if our wait was 1 hour and 45 minutes and it had been 50 minutes. They all said "yeah so it's 89 minutes left". To which we said "no it should be about 55 minutes left" it took 4 hostesses to count the minutes and then they dismissed us with a rude "yeah so wait that time". They must be new because we had never seen service this bad at that longhorn. Ruining a great restaurant. Additionally, when we asked for a manager we were given the excuse of them only having one chef. That still gives them no right to be rude to us and dismiss our concerns. Long wait times are never an issue for us. Rude staff, however, is. Update: longhorn actually reached out to us and I ended up speaking with the manager of this location and she was very professional about the whole situation and apologized many times. Worst experience so far unfortunately. My wife and I along with our little one got there at 2:50pm they told us 10-15 min wait. There was a family of 5 before us ... after us a family of 2 and one more of 4... by 3:30 we were still not seated however everyone else mention above was. What is leave was a couple walked in and literally was seated as they came in. We walked out in front of what it seem to be the manager expecting an approach. Seems like we were not being seen by anyone working there. While we waited we had good conversations with everyone else waiting for a seat, I'm pretty sure they new we were waiting for awhile. The waitress Liz was fantastic. She was very friendly and made us feel like we were in good hands. We told Liz it was our 8th anniversary when she was introducing herself. She got really excited and said she had a surprise for us. She brought out a free dessert on a plate that said happy 8th anniversary in chocolate sauce. It was really nice and we appreciate the staff taking the time to prepare it. One of the steaks was overcooked and when I advised a manager he replaced the steak and side on the house without any fuss. All the food tasted great and overall it was a wonderful experience.
