Always wonderful service. I've visited a number of times. I've never had a problem with the preparation of my meal. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great date night spot![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Accessible parking and entrance.

LongHorn Steakhouse was a pleasant surprise and definitely a step above most chain steakhouses. We ordered the filet with lobster along with the ribeye and both steaks were cooked well, flavorful, and satisfying. The margarita paired nicely with dinner and the service was friendly throughout the evening. While it may not be an over-the-top luxury steakhouse experience, it's a solid and dependable spot for a nice dinner with quality food at a reasonable price. Overall, a very enjoyable meal and somewhere we'd happily return to.

Came here during the week for dinner because on the weekend they tend to get busy & they don't take reservations! For being a chain restaurant we always have a good experience here so we tend to go to the same location. We started with the firecracker shrimp which are always good with a little kick & they're very generous with the portion. My husband started with the Caesar salad, loved it with the generous shaved Parmesan & I had the chowder which never disappoints! Then for our entrees my husband had the surf & turf with grilled shrimp.... steak was perfectly cooked & the grilled shrimp were large, grilled just right! I had the salmon with Mac n cheese & broccoli, the salmon was some of the best that I've had for a long time also the glaze helped tin keeping it from becoming dry & the Mac n cheese is my little splurge... love it! Everything was great from beginning to the end including our server who even swapped out my glass of wine because I didn't care for the glass of wine that I originally chose! We didn't have to ask her to remove dirty plates & she kept our water full... that's the service that I don't mind in giving that extra to!

We went to LongHorn Steakhouse this past Saturday, and it was a great experience! No wait time, so we got seated right away. Anna was our server, and she was amazing super helpful with picking out our meal and checked in on us frequently. We got the white cheddar stuffed mushrooms to start and they never disappoint. I had the red rock shrimp with brussels sprouts and a salad, and everything was delicious. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and had awesome flavor. Overall, really happy with the food and service. Definitely recommend!

The worst steak I've ever had in my life. I placed a curbside order- arrived right before the designated pick up time, checked in. No response after ten minutes so I called the store letting them know I'd arrived. Waited almost 30 minutes AFTER the food was supposed to be ready, the woman who brought out my order was rude, and everything was cold and extremely salty. I ordered steak and broccoli with a baked potato. Even the broccoli was salty. My first time trying out this restaurant and extremely disappointed with both the food quality and service. They also did not provide any requested condiments. The steak was so soggy I could barely cut it. Do not recommend.

Kayla took good care of us. Good salads: Caesar & Greens House Salad (Ask for the dressing on the side). Well seasoned steaks. Sirloin and ribeye were delicious. The 8 oz is the larger cut, but expect shrinkage. Loaded potato soup and bread are always winners here. The crispy Brussels sprouts is outstanding! The Buttermilk fried chicken was overly salted. The only down point of our meal!

Came in for our son's 17th birthday on a Sunday at 5, table for 5 and we were seated right away. 15 minutes later a waitress came to get our drink order and said she wasn't aware we were her table. We told the waitress we were ready to order already but she said it 'would need to wait'. 10 minutes later our drinks came and she took our order. 2 of us got the Parmesan crusted chicken, one with mashed potatoes and the other with loaded baked potato, 2 of us got the 6 oz Filet both with loaded baked potatoes and the last for the boneless ribeye with a loaded baked potato. 35 minutes after our order was put in the manager walked to our table and asked if the waitress had been by to let us know they were out of baked potatoes, ummmm no. So she asked what we would like as a replacement and we all said mashed potatoes- 15 minutes later our medium steaks came out overcooked on hot plates and no sides 'they were still working on the mashed potatoes' and the parmesan crusted chicken came out one with mashed potatoes the other with Mac and cheese?! Didn't order that but my son's friend kept it anyway and didn't complain. 5 minutes later 2 of the mashed potatoes came out- and finally we just told them we wanted to go boxes and to just box up the other mashed potatoes also as we would like to leave. The waitress says, ' so you would like a side of potatoes to go?' No, we would like the side that came with our meal that never came out, she then proceeds to count the potatoes on the table and says oh, I must have missed one. She leaves and brings back the check 15 minutes later and we finally flagged down someone else for to go boxes. When she came back I asked again for the mashed potatoes and she said she would see if they were done yet! 10 minutes later we got them! Worst service we have had here ever!

This is my house for Friday lunches, and my posey... Dianna always takes care of us, we don't even have to tell her our order, she's got it down pat. I'd say upscale casual, very comfortable but nice. Food is almost always on spot and when it isn't perfect they make it right with no fuss. Prices are very reasonable and they have a broad diverse menu, there's something for everyone!

Overall: 4.5/5 Food: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 4.5/5 My girlfriend and I have come here a couple times now for their lunch menu - nowadays 'bang 4 your buck' is more relevant than ever with prices rising, and LongHorn Steakhouse has an awesome deal from 11:00am-3:00pm for $10. We have tried the Burger, Chicken Sandwich, and Sirloin Salad. I'm a fry guy so that's usually my side of choice, but my girlfriend has gotten the Caesar Salad and Shrimp n Lobster Chowder - which were both delicious. The fries are heavily seasoned which I love. The portion sizes have been perfect each meal we've gotten and can't wait to try out their chicken berry salad as well! Erick has taken care of us each time we've visited and he's a delight. He remembered us from the previous visit which was weeks prior - as an ex-server, kudos to him! The food came out at a reasonable time which is always a plus. I can't lie, I show up in sweatpants and an old shirt everytime and feel a little underdressed as the inside is quite nice, but it's never an issue. The hostess is always kind and seats us instantly. Budlight and Miller Lite all day for $2.99 I'll update my review when I take pictures of her dishes, for now, I've attached the burger with fries (no cheese as I am allergic, but they offer you a choice of various cheeses). Update: Overall: 4 Food: 4 Service: 4.5 Ambiance: 4 A different waiter took care of us today and the service was still solid - no complaints there. The burger was a touch messier than it has been which makes for a semi-frustrating lunch (loaded it with their burger sauce). The biggest difference I noticed was they cut down the French fry portion significantly and the fries were not fresh. My girlfriend got the sirloin salad and the southwestern chicken tortilla soup. The salad was on point and she loved the soup. Both soups she has tried have been the star of her lunch special. Lastly, in my original review they had the light beers (Bud Light / Miller Lite) at $2.99 but within the month they have increased to $3.49. Still a good deal... just odd to me!

The brisket & pork ribs were melt in your mouth tender! No knife required. The chopped brisket was moist and perfectly sauced, served on a delicious potato bun. The staff were all very friendly. A must have. - sausage: I cannot speak for this because of my dairy allergen and they weren't quite sure but definitely seems great - pork smoked ends: These were absolutely my favorite. From the sauce to the tenderness and the distinct umami from the wood smoke mixing into the pork and the fat from the cut being so tender it just melts on your tongue. Comfortable, sorta on the dark side. Classy. As I was not driving today, I decided to try their smoked Old Fashioned. Excellent -- and the dark cherries they use are the perfect addition to the cocktail. (The glass is coated with smoke from a smoldering piece of pecan wood, and the cocktail was served with a cloud of smoke under a coaster covering the glass.) The pig sickles ( ribs) were the perfect chance to make a pig of myself. Had the two meat plate, pig sickles and barbecued pulled chicken, If you like corn, you must have the side of corn with your dinner. The barbecue beans were delicious. Our server did a magnificent job tending to our drinks, appetizer, and food orders -- despite being very busy (the place was packed! -- and seemed like she was in constant motion. Very nice individual who liked la Prices? It was expensive, but the best barbecue always is. Eating isn't cheap. It was well worth every dollar spent. All in all, it was a perfect dinner. People come here for the meats: brisket, ribs, pulled pork, BUT!!! Have you had this GREEN CHILE BURRITO?! I beg you to try it if you have not... most people don't know they even have it, but luckily, for my coworker and I, Director of Operations Matt, walked up to us as we dined in last Wednesday and let us sample the Green Chile. As most of you know, I can't hang when it comes to spicy foods, but this chile is THE EXCEPTION (even though it's only "mildly" spicy). We each ordered the 2 meat plate, but we were so appreciative of the sample he gave us, otherwise we would never have known about it. We ended up ordering 2 burritos for our lunch the very next day!! You can also add cheese to it! I went in again for the 3rd day in a row on Friday, since I'm not sure when I'll work in that area again (I was 10 min away all last week)!! I asked my boss if I could work there on Mondays and Fridays, that's how good this burrito is!! They also have a MEAN Pecan Pie. It's called Bekke's Smoked Pecan Pie and it too, is a must try item! Matt told us it's a secret recipe from one of their employees and the crusts are hand pressed daily. Using a machine is just NOT the same, and I believe it! Since I am not sure when I'll make my way back there, I also bought another pie on Friday. So far, I've only had 1 slice because I need to ration accordingly! Prior to my 3 visits last week, I went to this location last July, when a friend was visiting from out of town. The place is clean and welcoming, and they have the best customer service! On Thursday and Friday when I ordered online and picked up, my orders were ready before the estimated pick up time! Mark was at the pick up window both times and he rocks!! I had forgotten to ask for the Banana Pudding I ordered on Wednesday when we dined in. I called as I drove home, realizing I left without it. Amanda was super friendly when she answered the phone and assured me I would have it when I came the next day. Mark delivered and had it in my bag the next day when I picked up our burritos. Service with a smile is what you'll get here! You cannot go wrong no matter what you order here! The meats are absolutely perfect and the flavor profile on everything is mind-blowing! Do yourself a favor and ask for the Green Chile anything next time you're here. Tell them I sent you! Don't sleep on the Banana Pudding or Bekke's Smoked Pecan Pie, either. Something about that smoking process makes the pie stand out from every other pecan pie you've ever tasted, trust me. It's also NOT super sweet like you're probably used to. If you call in, you can't place an order by phone, so do it online and you'll get a text with an estimated time of pick up. You can skip the line inside, too. Just walk up to the pick up window and you're good to go when you ring the little doorbell. There is plenty of parking outside and they even have a large patio space should you choose to dine outside. Thank you, Matt, Mark, Amanda and the rest of the crew at Little Miss BBS Sunnyslope for such a pleasant experience every single time!! I will be back for sure!
