Baby back bbq ribs and Rib eye steak meal

Food is always good and so is the service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We went on a Friday night for dinner and it was the best choice since it was not busy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant interior is really great. Big and open while still somehow feeling homey.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]A small area of bar seating along with some hightop tables right near the entrance and a mix of booth and table seating in the rest of this large restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were seated in a booth with menus by the host/ess and our waiter was over in a couple of minutes to take a drink order. Service was very good. Our waiter attentive checking in a few times and refilling waters. Our meals arrived in a good amount of time (as in not too fast or slow) and were cooked as ordered. Everything was tasty and fresh. I like the warm bread they bring to the table at the beginning too. Definitely a good stop for us.

Not usually a fan of chain restaurants. Seems like a reverse Outback Steakhouse. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Decorated in a western motif.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The drinks are pretty generic. Tried a red sangria, it was more ice than drink. The bread is served similar again to Outback. Did not try the bloomin onion version they offer. Tried the stuffed mushrooms, basically cheese stuffed. I love mushrooms with anything stuffed in them. Had a surf and turf with the rice. Grilled shrimp skewers with a 7oz steak. Opened up with the potato soup and Caesar salad. 1 step above a Chilli's. The other meal was the Steak tips with mushrooms and mashed potatoes. Cooked medium. Credit to getting the temperature right. Overall a little pricey for a chain. Attentive service, plenty of available parking. If you're in the area worth visiting.

Wild West shrimp. This is only a third of the size

Had lunch Saturday 9/20/25 at the bar. We were greeted very warmly by the bartender Becky. She was awesome throughout our entire meal. We started with the Wild West shrimp-it was incredibly flavorful, crunchy and just delicious. Huge portion! We both had a lunch special. I ordered the crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich and it was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. Crunchy, flavorful and it had lettuce tomato, pickle, and onion on it! My husband had the burger special and he said it was awesome. Both lunch specials come with a choice of soup, salad, or a side. Can't stress enough how friendly, professional and efficient Becky was. We will definitely be back!

We walked in and sat down right away at 3:15. We had some French onion soup fresh baked bread Awesome! Drinks came out in 5 they were delicious. Fruit berry margaritas, delicious! I had T-bone steak and a huge chicken salad. The waitress was quick fast n friendly. Prices were reasonable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere was quiet and spacious.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Pecan cheesecake! I'll be back

Have not enjoyed the delicious filet that Longhorn serves since Covid when we had to order take-out. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Little did I know that the interior is quite lovely as the last time that I ate inside there was prior to their remodeling.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Seating was determined based on my request and we were pleased that it was honored.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We had a table that allowed us a quiet area to talk, away from a couple of large parties[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Our waitress, Michelle, with her pleasant personality definitely aimed to please our every need. We each ordered the 6 ounce filet as our protein. One of us ordered the overstuffed bake potato and the other ordered the steamed broccoli and shared those sides, after enjoying the house salads. It was such a great meal. And then, even though we were satiated, we shared the chocolate molten lava cake which was delightfully scrumptious: Rich, dark chocolate cake with a warm, molten fudge center, served with vanilla bean ice cream and finished with chocolate and caramel sauce. It could not have been "sweeter!" And the waitstaff and hostesses also met that criteria!!

We ordered pickup: BBQ brisket - there was hot sauce but no BBQ sauce included. He said the brisket was okay, but the cheese didn't even taste like cheese. He didn't eat most of it. BBQ seitan - I liked the texture, but BBQ sauce was barely there unfortunately. The cold slaw smelled terrible. Mac & cheese - the cheese didn't taste like cheese, barely any flavor Brussels sprouts - this was the worst! Soggy and burnt! So bad we couldn't eat them, I spat them out! We took - picture. Corn bread - only thing good enough was the piece of corn bread. I'd honestly like the business to offer a refund.

Nowhere does it say that a certain choice will incur a higher charge... feeling a little scammed here! Here is the five star review I left BEFORE getting the check but I have to say it left a bad taste in my mouth hence the 3 stars: A great spot for some great BBQ! I say this as someone from the South-- I do think they did an excellent job with their BBQ and their name makes me laugh because it feels almost like a disclaimer. I got the pulled pork plate and it was delicious-- the cornbread had maple syrup on it and it was so yummy! I got sweet potato fries as my side and they were so good (maybe some of the best I've had?) I saw someone else had mac n cheese and it looked good so I ordered mac n cheese as well-- also delicious!! My boyfriend got the brisket which was great and enough to take home for a second meal. The plates are a great bang for your buck, not to mention delicious!! The vibe is like dark/casual/BBQ-- relaxed and spacious seating. Service was good too. There's parking outside that can probably fit 6-7 or so cars-- we got lucky and snagged a spot. There's some street parking around too though.

There was a strong Korean presence, which always feels like a good sign when you're looking for something authentic and a bit outside the norm. I was especially excited to try gopchang (grilled intestines), and it ended up being both new and oddly familiar. The texture is definitely different, but not off-putting at all. When you think about it, sausage comes from similar ingredients, so it's not as foreign as it might sound. Having had sweetbreads and offals before, some of the flavor notes felt recognizable, which made it easier to appreciate. Other items, like the thin-sliced brisket, were more familiar and just as enjoyable. Everything we had was fresh and well-prepared. The space itself is clean, bright, and welcoming, with K-pop videos playing and a solid selection of Korean drinks like soju and Milkis to round things out. The side dishes were creative and accessible, including corn cheese, steamed eggs, house salad, and japchae noodles. The egg fried rice was excellent as well, and a great complement to the meats. Our group ranged from adventurous to more cautious eaters, and everyone genuinely enjoyed the experience. Cooking at the table took a minute to get used to, but it was part of the fun and easy to pick up. Service was friendly and helpful throughout. The ventilation was very good and not overly smoky, which can sometimes be an issue at Korean BBQ spots. It is a bit on the pricier side, but for a special occasion or a night out to try something new, it felt justified. This works well either as a fun date night or with a small group so you can try a variety of dishes. Even dessert was a highlight, creative and well executed. This is the kind of place that feels like a special night out, and we would absolutely go back.

We started with a half order of nachos topped with the most flavorful pulled pork I've ever had. My wife and I literally couldn't stop eating. The fresh jalapeños added just the right kick, perfectly balanced by the sweetness of the barbecue sauce, and the house-made chips stayed crisp the whole time--no sogginess, just done right. Every detail was intentional, and you could taste it. Then came the dry rub chicken wings--perfectly cooked with a juicy center and a crisp exterior. The subtle honey sriracha flavor layered in beautifully without overpowering the chicken. To finish, we had the baby back ribs over coconut rice. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, the rice was cooked perfectly with just the right hint of sweetness, and the shaved Brussels sprouts with pickled onions and jalapeños added the perfect crunch and contrast. I genuinely couldn't stop eating. The service matched the food. Our waitress guided us with spot-on recommendations, and I must have told her six times that this was the best meal I've ever had. By the time we left, we felt like we had just been welcomed into someone's home. I loved the atmosphere inside and out. I only wish I had the chance to meet the owner to say this in person--the attention to detail, the energy, and the care put into this place are undeniable.
