If I could give zero stars I would. They engage in deceptive billing and overcharge the patient even if the insurance covers the procedure.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jeffrey Spiegel and the entire team at the Spiegel Center. I…read moreinitially chose Dr. Spiegel after researching rhinoplasty surgeons in the region and was particularly impressed by his experience with complex revision cases and structural nasal issues. After meeting with him, I felt confident that he understood both the functional and cosmetic aspects of what I was looking to accomplish. My case involved significant structural and cartilage issues that were affecting my breathing, and I ultimately underwent a septal extension graft and columellar strut graft as part of my revision. The consultation process was excellent. Christina Bogosian, my patient care coordinator, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. It actually took me about a year to finally move forward with surgery, and I never felt pressured during that time. Dr. Spiegel was consistently professional, patient, and willing to take the time to answer my questions. The surgical experience itself was also excellent. The nurses who cared for me before surgery were wonderful and did a great job keeping me comfortable and helping with my anxiety. I was also very impressed with the postoperative medication plan. I experienced essentially no pain after surgery, with the main inconvenience being a stuffy nose for about a week. The biggest improvement for me has been my breathing. I can honestly say that I breathe better now than I ever have, which is an incredible result after dealing with significant structural problems. From an aesthetic standpoint, I'm also very happy with the result. I brought Dr. Spiegel some inspiration photos, and I think he did an excellent job achieving the overall look I was hoping for while keeping the result appropriate for my own anatomy. I understand that I'm still early in the healing process and that the appearance will continue to refine as the swelling subsides, but even at this stage I'm extremely pleased with the direction of the result. As a medical professional myself, I also pay close attention to the technical quality of medical care. I was particularly impressed by Dr. Spiegel's surgical technique and attention to detail. The suturing around my columella is some of the best work I've ever seen. The incision is remarkably difficult to see, even though I know exactly where to look. Having already gone through a previous procedure that ultimately required revision, I understand how significant it is to put your trust in a surgeon for something like this. After my experience with Dr. Spiegel, I feel confident that I finally have a result that addresses the underlying structural problems and that I won't have to go through this process again. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Spiegel to anyone dealing with moderate to significant structural or functional nasal issues, particularly someone who also wants a natural and carefully considered cosmetic result. I'm extremely grateful to Dr. Spiegel, Christina, the nurses, and the entire Spiegel Center team for the care they provided.

I went in for a tummy tuck revision and breast reconstruction after an infection from prior surgery…read moredisfigured my breast. He did an ok job on my breasts, though his heavy-handed and uneven sutures have left garish scars, and he failed to do the procedure as we had discussed. My biggest concern is the botch job he did of the tummy tuck scar revision. He destroyed my abdomen aesthetically and functionally, and when I spoke to him about it he assured me it would settle and improve. Years later, the problems and appearance have worsened. Instead of correcting the scar, he instead removed most of my belly below the scar and pulled my pubis up about three inches so that it now resides where my belly should be. In order to do this he had to stretch my perineum which has caused other embarrassing issues that have made my day to day life and exercising uncomfortable. I called for my complete records but after five or six requests, failed to provide everything and he did not want to send before photos, and for good reason. When I requested an appointment to discuss ongoing issues, which did not settle with time, he refused to see me because I "disparaged his work." More likely he doesn't want his new staff to see the mess he made of my once lovely abdomen that 1) no doctor should have touched 2) he made worse and did not improve as he promised. He also did a hack job on one of my eyelids which pops open and makes me look monstrous if I am not constantly aware of my facial expressions. I think Dr. Bartlett has a great bedside manner, but if you criticize him he gets nasty and retaliatory. I also question his fine motor skills, because some of his stitches look like a third-grader did them and the scarring does not go away. I short, I now have pubic hairs and what was once between my legs, where my belly should be. I think Dr. Bartlett hates women. Way to go, Dr. Bartlett. He should admit and address his error, and he should pay for a flap to relieve the unbearable tightness.

From the very beginning, Marcella, the office manager, was absolutely incredible. She helped me book my consultation, answered every one of my questions with care and patience, and made me feel like I was already in great hands before I even walked through the door. When I met Dr. Volpe, I knew immediately that I was in the presence of a true professional. I was there for an abdominoplasty and breast implants--I had a lot of loose skin and was feeling extremely insecure about my body. Dr. Volpe didn't just treat me like another patient; he listened to my story, understood my emotional journey, and took the time to walk me through every step of the process. He answered all of my questions (I had a whole list!), and made sure I felt informed, confident, and supported the entire way through. His expertise, knowledge, and compassion were beyond anything I could have hoped for. My results? Phenomenal. Better than I ever imagined. Dr. Volpe didn't just meet my expectations--he far exceeded them. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat, and I remain incredibly grateful for everything he has done and continues to do. Will be going back for bigger implants before he retires! Marcella continued to be a rock for me after my surgery--she helped me schedule every follow-up appointment and even called me after surgery just to check in and make sure I was doing okay. That level of care is rare and something I will never forget. To this day, I still look forward to seeing her every time I come in. She truly cares. Fast forward seven years, and I'm still a loyal patient. Their practice has expanded to include aesthetics, and I now see Stephanie regularly for lip fillers and Dysport. Before coming to her, I had gone to another provider, but from the moment I met Stephanie, I knew she was different. She took the time to understand my previous treatment history and made it a priority to get to know me and my body. Even though I wanted to go big with my lips, she approached it with caution and care, making sure it was done the right and safe way. She didn't just inject--she educated, assessed, and truly partnered with me in my aesthetic goals. Stephanie is not only incredibly skilled, but also warm, personable, and so easy to talk to. We always laugh and have the best conversations during my visits. I love seeing her! She's also constantly learning and continuing her education alongside Dr. Volpe, which speaks volumes about her commitment to excellence and her patients. Most recently, I had my first facial at their office with Antigoni--and she is an absolute gem! The sweetest and most caring person, Antigoni is clearly highly skilled in skincare. She explained everything she was doing during the facial and, even more importantly, explained why she was doing it and how each step would benefit my skin. It was more than a facial--it was an educational experience. I left not only glowing, but with most of the products she used because I was so impressed with her knowledge and recommendations! The entire team at New England Plastic Surgical & Aesthetics feels like one big, supportive family. They're professional, compassionate, and truly passionate about what they do. I recommend them without hesitation to anyone considering plastic surgery or aesthetic treatments. They've changed my life--and continue to help me feel my absolute best.

Unfortunately, my experience throughout the Accutane process at Skincare Physicians has been…read moredisappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of communication. As a first-time Accutane patient, I often felt like it was assumed I already knew how everything worked, and when I didn't, there was very little guidance. The scheduling department was also very rude at times. After hours of trying to get in touch with someone, I was told I couldn't be seen until August and was made to feel like the situation was entirely on me. Only after finally speaking with a nurse was I able to get the help I needed. At my fifth appointment, I was suddenly told my insurance didn't cover out-of-state visits, despite having already been seen there multiple times without anyone ever mentioning this. Had I known that from the beginning, I could have planned accordingly. I take responsibility for anything I may have misunderstood or missed, but I wish the office would also acknowledge that better communication could have prevented a lot of this. I'm only staying to finish my Accutane course, but overall this experience has been emotionally exhausting. Anyone who has struggled with acne knows how difficult that journey can be, and I wish I had felt more supported throughout the process.
