The staff were super friendly, polite, and genuinely passionate about motorcycles. You can tell they really care about the brand and the riders who walk through the door. I used to own a Triumph Speed Triple, and it was an awesome machine. Triumph has always had that perfect mix of British character, performance, and style. Walking through the showroom brought back great memories. That said, I have to admit -- the MV Agustas they had there... wow. Absolute speed machines from hell. The design is insane, honestly even more striking than most Ducatis. Pure motorcycle art. Great bikes, great people, great atmosphere. I only found this out by calling them because I never received my order and it was showing transaction pending in my bank account. I paid for 2 day expedited shipping and when I asked their customer service rep to please speak to a manager, he put me on hold and said that no one was available, and he would just refund my order. I told him NOT to cancel my order, but I want a manager to contact me. There is nothing on their website that states it take 3 to 4 days to process your order for shipment and if it did, I sure would have not wasted my time to order from them and paying for the expedited shipping fee. I am still waiting for someone, a manager or someone that cares about their business to contact me. Until then, in my opinion stay clear of ordering from them unless you have a lot of time to wait!

Oh man, I really dont know where to begin. The only reason they get two stars and not one is…read morebecause they are not total screw-ups, just mostly screwed up. They suffer from what most motorcycle sales places suffer from, pretty girls working who were obviously hired for looks and have little to no knowledge about motorcycles, and mechanics who probably passed their training less than a year before getting a job there. I purchased a motorcycle there in 2006, and was told I would receive a 10% discount on any parts I purchased form them. There was no limitation on "items that were on sale/clearance" mentioned. I only ever get flak from the sales staff when I try to get it applied, and have had them flat out refuse to give me discounts on items that are on sales (I had to talk to a manager, but he eventually approved it). I had them do two valve adjustments, the first one came out ok, but the second time they had my bike for 2 1/2 weeks until they finally were able to finish it and give it back. In all, if you have to shop there, make sure you know exactly what you want and don't let sales/parts people push you around. If you want good service, I eventually tried out Poway Motorcycle near Alba and have never been dissatisfied. I continue to use them today even though I've moved to La Jolla for school.

I buy all my aftermarket ATV parts here now and the Team at AlbaAction.com rock like no ones business! I highly recommend calling them or stopping by the website to get whatever you need because these guys (and gal) ROCK!
