I really like this restaurant. My husband and I have eaten breakfast here twice and will keep coming back. Their food is really good. I had a veggie omelet with a cheese blintz and it was amazing. Everyone is so friendly and the service was very quick but they didn't rush you. I recommend this restaurant for breakfast. Next time I go out to lunch I am going to try them and will post a review. First time here. Enjoyed the 60's music playing. The waitress was helpful and friendly. Ordered steak, corn, mashed potatoes and chicken noodle soup. Soup was homemade and tasty. After multiple attempts to clear it up with the "manager", it has become apparent that there is a potential scam going on with some of the employees. The restaurant has not been helpful whatsoever in the attempts to clear this up. One of the employees was even posing as the owner. An unexpected pleasant find at the Outlets. We weren't sure about going in since the place looked empty at 11:30am on a Friday, but we took a chance and are glad we did. The food was very good and the service was excellent and fast. Try the freshly squeezed orange juice, the buttermilk pancakes and the bone in ham if in the mood for breakfast. Mood for lunch try the Cesar salad chicken sandwich with its Parmesan cheese bread which was delicious. The strawberry and cookies n cream shakes were also favorites. I have had this restaurant saved for a while and finally had the opportunity to stop by with family that came to visit for the day. It did not take long for us to get our order taken. Our server was an older gentleman who I could tell from his accent and from hearing him speak to other customers as well as the cooks, that he spoke Spanish. My mother only speaks Spanish, when it was time for her to order she spoke to him in Spanish and he would respond to her in English. My mother hesitated for a bit but continued to order in Spanish. I do not understand why it was so difficult for him to just respond in both of their native language. The ordering process felt rush, he was the only server from what we saw, but there were only a few other tables to serve, it was not busy at all. When we finally get our food, my niece's food was missing. My sister let him know, and he said he had not put the order in. Food was not the greatest. My cinnamon French toast was still raw in the center which kept me from finishing it. Once we left, we realized kids ate free, yet we were still charged for my niece's meal, which he brought out late due to him forgetting to put it in. What a great restaurant, loved the selection of dishes available and if you are hungry, this is the place to visit for breakfast,lunch, or dinner, friendly staff, reasonable prices, and great food. The few times we have come here it's really good shortly after opening everything was great., Today we were seated within 2min by a very friendly host and took advantage of the waitlist option which we thought was great. However that's when things took a turn, we waited 15min before a server came and took our drink order and she was very nice. She then took our food order. We never came back to the table after that. We waited over 45min for our breakfast. My food was cold and my husband didn't receive his full order. I sent the food back which I do not like to do, the gentleman was very apologetic. Another person brought food back and the order was not correct and half was still cold. The First Gentleman came back with my correct order and switched it out. The eggs and pancakes had no flavor and the hash browns were way overdone. My husband still hadn't received the flour tortillas after asking twice. He finally received them. We decided to call it quits and just pay the bill and leave. I hope this was just a little issue today and things get back on track. read more

I've been to this spot 2 times before and had an alright experience. Decided to take some work friends today and felt embarrassed when my friend and I ordered the Loru omelette that says it has ribeye meat in it and we got some random cheap meat. When we asked the waitress they told us even though it says it comes with ribeye meat you have to specifically ask for it. That to me honestly just feels like false advertising and like I'm getting ripped off. It's like ordering a pepperoni pizza but having to ask for pepperoni!? I don't understand that logic without thinking that they are making more money from trying to sell you higher value meat and giving a poor excuse. For that reason I am leaving this review and I as well as my friends will not be going here anymore. I will say though the other times I went I was content with the food and the service has always been good. When we brought up the meat issue they also made my friend a new omelette with the ribeye meat so that was good. But out of principle we also did not like what felt shady to us. read more

I was looking forward to trying this business for breakfast. I had heard good things. Unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. The table was filthy. It wasn't that it hadn't been wiped. It just appeared to have been wiped with either a dirty rag or just water and they smeared the grease around. It's very dark inside which makes me wonder what they don't want you to see. The food was just okay, nothing great. Once our order was placed and the food was dropped off, no one ever came by to see if we were okay or wanted refills. It's not as though they were busy and there appeared to be plenty of employees. Hopefully it was just an off day for them. But I don't know that I would be willing to try again. The things that were lacking here are the basics and with prices as high as they are right now everywhere the basics at least should be met. read more

Been her a few times before never had an issue. I went on my birthday for breakfast, there was no wait we got sat immediately (it was a Saturday), as soon as we sat the waiter was at the table, got our drink placed and received the drinks was asked if we were ready to order or need more time, we asked for more time, no more than a minute later he's already back asking if we're ready. We felt alittle pressured like we had to order right then and there so we didn't really have much time to look at the menu. Once we got the food it was luke warm, pancakes seem to be under cooked ( very doughy tasting in the middle) didn't even eat, my friend was eating the toast with hers the waiter sees she's working on the the toast and as he goes to take the plate with toast on it he asks can I take the plate she says no I'm still working on it. Why would he start to take plates away with food on it if customers are still eating the food! After a few minutes the waiter comes and says here's your check who's the rich one of the two? What is the suppose to be mean, can someone explain! Never asked if there was anything else we wanted to order or anything! My husband decide to give them a try today. We should have kept it moving. First off I was given two dirty water cups. All eating utensils was dirty. Finds still had the last person good on it. Maybe they need to turn up the temp on the dishwasher and make sure the eating utensils are clean before presenting them to customers. The pictures are misleading. My husband order biscuits and gravy with scramble eggs, hash browns, and a side order of pancakes. the blobs it's was flat, dry, and gummy. They had little pieces of what look like hot dog meat in the sauce never seen biscuits and gravy that look like that.‍ The eggs suppose to have cheese in it looked and taste like cheese dust. His food was horrible. Pancakes was mediocre. My chicken and waffles hmmmm. The first thing I notice is as the horrible breading like freezer isle chicken tenders. As the waitress set my plate down I notice my chicken tenders are shaped like animals. Is this a kids meal. I am grown. I have rat, panther, and rhino shaped chicken tenders. They show regular looking chicken tenders on the menu so that's false advertisement. No adult wants animal cracker shaped chicken tenders. Again the breading looked and felt horrible. My waffles had little pieces of eggs stuck on it. My order did not come with eggs so there's some cross contamination going ton there. Will never come back. This is the worst breakfast I have ever had in my life. read more
