Too much salt in the tomato bisque and the salad had hardly any green leaves. Instead of that I had about 50 walnuts, many pieces of bacon that were not crispy, 14 croutons plus many pieces of some dark bread that was halfway turned into dark croutons , add some feta and red berries and the whole thing drowned in the walnut feta dressing. Too salty, too fat and not appetizing at all. I took half of it home so I could take pictures of the mess. The service was nice as always.

My burger was cooked well and the fries were delicious. The burger was pretty basic and didn't blow me away, but it hit the spot. The patty melt was also great and my friend ate all of it. It was all great! The restaurant space was clean and had plenty of space to move around. It smelled good too, like garlic and butter. The bathrooms were single-person and gender-neutral which I appreciated. There is plenty of street parking so you shouldn't have a problem finding a place to park to get here. All in all I enjoyed this spot! The food was good, the place was clean, and the staff were friendly. Would go back!

I just drove up and down half of the Oregon coast and tried several different supposedly "the best" clam chowder and verified what I already know; out of all of the best, this is the best best. It's real chowder, everything in it is delicious and you could have it as a meal with nothing else. I'll give it a 3.95/4 because I'm going to continue to try to find the best. The atmosphere is also very unique, with all of the firefighter memorabilia, and pub style. But I've never had bad service here and I've been coming back for the better part of 20 years.
