Look, if the dude is working, the burritos are so tasty. They have equal amounts of ingredients. Some of the best burritos you can get around. If the chick is working, they suck. Almost to the point I leave the drive through line if I hear it is. Say what you may, but one person is rude and unpleasant, AND makes terrible food, one is nice, pleasant and makes awesome food. Even if you speak Spanish it is guaranteed, absolutely 100% fucking guarantee they will screw up your order and overcharge you! Even if you leave the drive-through park and walk immediately inside and show them that they messed it up they will deny it and refused to fix the mistake. They charged me for food they didn't even give me and wouldn't correct mistake. The food taste pretty good usually but it's really gone downhill and it's basically just a wet sloppy mess whenever you get now. You're better off at Taco Bell for god sake! read more

It says they close at 2 AM on here but if you show up they say they close at 11 although they're always closed about 20 minutes early. So if you show up at 10:40 they're closed already if they actually had customer service and didn't close until closing time it would be a great place. Los Betos off Idaho Center Blvd just refused service to my boyfriend because he is Deaf and couldn't speak. They had their restaurant area locked so drive through only. After waiting for a very long time at the window she finally came and yelled at him to go. He showed her his phone that he's Deaf (along with his order) and all she did was tell him to just go. He came home and told me what happened. Furious, I called and tried to explain to the woman who answered that he's Deaf. She said too bad. She can only serve people who can speak and I should have come with him. I said I am at home with the kids. She said too bad, I'm not serving him and hung up. Los Betos no more. Done. This location used to be good. Quality has really gone downhill and with a job posting for cook and cashier I can see why. Ordered carne asada fries which ended up being $10.92. what I got was half order of fries with barely any carne asada. They did manage to get the extra cheese I asked for though so that's good I guess. Such a childish experience from the get go. We arrived after searching for the place online to grab a late snack from a place that wasn't closing soon. We were never greeted when we got there but instead the lady was having a seizure on her hands, hitting the cash register like we were an inconvenience by looking at the menu. Eh, its 10:30 and she probably needed a coffee. We understand. The service industry can sometimes be stressful. We proceded to order and we asked on how big the tortillas were for tacos... she got irritated and said "i dont know how long they measure!" (Our local rolbertos where we are from-sort of like the same place- has two options of taco sizes. ) We asked her what was on the burrito and torta. She was hasty about it and made us uncomfortable. We were frequent customers since 2018 & I was a huge fan of their soft shell chicken tacos. For about the past year, the chicken is so spicy that it burns my lips and tongue. I asked if they'd started using jalapeno's in it & kept being told "no," that they had a new chef who (repeatedly & repeatedly) didn't follow the recipe. I ended up calling several times beforehand & being told the "chicken's really spicy today" and once, in line, waited though several cars to again be told of heavily spiced chicken. Decent cheap fast-food Mexican. I order a shredded chicken burrito, which is my go-to order at places like this. It was just ok until I drowned it in their green salsa and then it was pretty tasty. I liked their tortillas and they grilled the burrito which I thought was great. My husband order carne asada tacos which he has been ordering there for years so he must like them. Overall, I have definitely had better, mostly in Arizona which is an unfair comparison, and I have had worse. It satisfied my craving for a chicken burrito and it's close to where we stay while in town. I would come back again if I had the craving for fast-food Mexican. read more

It was quick, satisfying, and comforting. .Today was the first time I ventured inside. It was like a new, different restaurant to me. And this location was new to me. She replied, "That's only on Tuesdays." Hmmm. "So what if I come here on Tuesday and order street tacos? What do I get?" She didn't seem to understand the question. "What is a street taco? Do they scrape it off the street?" She didn't smile at all. And she looked at me like I was speaking to her in Afrikaans. "No, of course not. That's just the name. I don't know why they call it that." .I took a wild guess and selected #11 machacha from the many different combination plates. I had to translate the word in Google to make some sense of it. It's shredded beef with eggs. And not appetizing to this gringo, even with an ample (optional) portion of pico de gallo rolled up with it. I must say that with the rice and refritos, it was more food than I could eat. .There must be lots of folks who enjoy this sort of concoction, because this business is franchised in many cities. Went here to use the drive through to get food. The speaker reminds me of every bad movie from the 80's. You can't hear them and they can't hear you. I made multiple attempts to order food and they kept trying to sell me different items. We bantered back and forth as the speaker is crap. I tried to go inside but they no longer have dine in and it was locked. It would help if someone also spoke better but it is what it is. Have you ever seen that Dane Cook movie called My Best Friend's Girlfriend? There is a scene where the main character takes his date to a scary Mexican restaurant and there is a dog in the kitchen. After my last visit to Los Betos that was exactly what this felt like. Los Betos has went downhill. They used to have great service and great food. Now I find them repulsive. The service here sucks. The staff is rude. I feel that they are completely indifferent to me even though I am the customer and they are in no position to judge anyone. I gave them two chances to make things right. Their food sucks. I had their tacos and I have no idea what the taco shell is made of. It seems like it is made of plastic. I ordered the nachos last time and they served the fat of the beef instead of the meat. After the last experience I have not returned.
