The service technician arrived on time and after a few questions, went right to work to identify where the leak was occuring. A very slow leak was identified under the kitchen floor and it lkely had been leaking for quite some time. The experience and equipment that he had made identifying the leak location precise to a fairly small area. The price for the service was fair and certainly worth the cost when knowing there was a water leak somewhere in the house. I would recommend Grey Owl Leak Detection for any leak detection you may need.

I actually feel comfortable leaving them to complete the work and lock up without me being home. It is a family run business and their ethics are above reproach. I have used them to install new plumbing, new water filters, replace outside valves and anti-siphon, install new toilets and bidets along with a reverse osmosis system. We have never had any problems but I have no doubt if we did have a problem they would be here immediately to correct the situation. We hired NuFlow for a sewer lining project at a cost of ~$28,000. House was built in 1969 with…read morecast iron pipe. They acknowledged that they were not the cheapest service in town, but they positioned themselves as a premium provider with superior service. Unfortunately, our experience did not match that claim. While pulling the final lining, it got pulled free and became lodged in the sewer line, permanently blocking the line. How did we find this out? Well, several additional trucks and people started showing up at the house with 'serious looks'. Our GC for our ongoing remodel said "you might have a problem." We did. And at this point, things started going sideways, and the process became pretty intense. The fix required sawcutting our interior floors and removing exterior pavers so a new line could be installed out to the mainline in our front yard. NuFlow did address the issue at no additional cost. However, the situation caused significant disruption to our home, delays to other contractors, and quite a mess. Protection measures during sawcutting were minimal, and the front of our house and windows were covered in concrete dust, all the way to the roof line. They had plastic 'draped' on the front of the house, but as they cut into our stem wall, the blade blew the concrete dust up behind the plastic. When they pulled the plastic down and saw the mess, they started to use a field broom to wipe down the windows and screen until we said that might not be a good idea. NuFlow sent cleaners, and agreed to reimburse $800 for paver repairs. The cleaners came without proper equipment, so ended up borrowing our cleaning equipment. And, they damaged our window screen frames. Maybe this sounds petty? Based on the response below, it must have seemed that way to NuFlow. When submitting our invoice for the paver repairs, we mentioned the issues with the cleaners and let them know about the screens ($60 replacement). Our contact at NuFlow let us know "It seems that nothing we do at that property is up to snuff." and "We are hearing different things from different parties so we are trying to get everything straight." (direct quote). Since then, communication has broken down completely. Despite multiple emails, texts, and calls over the course of more than 6 weeks since our last contact, we have received no follow-up or reimbursement for paver repairs. At this point, it's not about the dollar amount. It's about accountability and follow-through. For a company that markets itself as a high-end provider, the lack of responsiveness after the job was completed is disappointing. If you're considering NuFlow, I would strongly encourage you to evaluate not just the sales process, but how they handle issues after the work is done. And always question when someone says you won't know they were even there, they will put it back exactly like it was...

Referred to Nu Flow account manager Hayden Grant (by a reputable plumbing contractor I had used…read moremany times here in Mesa, AZ) for help with a failing sewer line under the concrete slab of a 1950's vintage residence. Hayden met me the following morning on site where we did a quick interior walk through of the residence. After discussing several options we decided that relining certain sections of the cast iron pipe was the correct AND most cost effective option. Hayden then thoroughly inspected all of the drain lines in the home with an inline camera, prepared a diagram of the existing lines and a quote with multiple options to consider...that same day! He was thorough, friendly, knowledgeable about his products/procedures and made several time saving suggestions. That was the 5 star performance. I am now going to contract with Nu Flow of Phoenix and will report back when the work is completed. Upon completion...I will honestly report on the "quality & value" portion of this review. That's the real SHOW that the customer pays for! Hayden did his part very well...he SOLD me. Now let's see if Nu Flow of Phoenix can backup his 5 Star promises! To be continued...

Extremely questionable business practices. I called to…read morehave the condensate drain cleaned out and inspected. Trane Unit, 9 years old. Techs came and said the internal drain pan was rusted and leaking and couldn't be replacements because it was welded to the coil. They stated by the time everything was fixed, it just be better to replaced the unit. Water was leaking and staining the ceiling and walls and I had no time to double check what they were claiming. Photos provided were hard to decipher but showed a rusty pan. Then I got a quote for the unit replacement ($15k !) for a brand I never heard of. I should have done more research but told them to proceed. The next day two different techs show up with the unit. I mentioned to them, by the way, it never came up but the condensing unit is right behind our bedroom and if the new one is any louder than the Trane unit, I don't want it. The tech said that this brand is known for being louder than Trane and Carrier. They put me in touch with the sales guy and he said the next unit up that is quieted would be another $2k more. I said fine, proceed. In the mean time, the two techs went up to inspect the AHU. They were up there for awhile and came down and stated that the unit and auxiliary drain pan (not the primary) were pitched in the wrong direction. They adjusted everything and cleaned out the drain line and stated everything was now draining properly. When I asked about the rusted primary drain pan inside the unit, they stated it was plastic and just fine. The coil showed very minor signs of oxidation but nothing to be concerned with. So impossible for a plastic pan to be welded to the coil. I asked if they recommended replacing the unit. They said they saw no reason to. This was 2 weeks ago and all seems to be fine. So, I very nearly spent $17k on an inferior unit I didn't need. Unbelievable. These techs at Rescue One work on commission and upselling. Some have integrity. Others do not.

Unfortunately, once work began, they discovered the sewer line was in much worse condition than originally anticipated. The project ended up taking several days longer than expected, and they even had to remove a tile in our living room to access and clear one of the lines. Many companies would have responded by issuing a change order and increasing the cost due to the additional labor and complexity. Peerless did the exact opposite. Not only did they honor their original commitment, but they actually reduced our invoice by $2,000 because they had to remove a tile during the repair process. As if that wasn't enough, they also sent us DoorDash credits since we were unable to use our kitchen for a couple of nights. I was genuinely blown away by their integrity, generosity, and customer service. The entire team was professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I would recommend Peerless Plumbing without hesitation to anyone in need of honest, high-quality plumbing work.
