Peerless Plumbing was an absolute pleasure to work with and one of the best service providers I've ever dealt with. We purchased a new home with a known sewer issue, and Peerless provided a very reasonable quote for the repair. Unfortunately, once work began, they discovered the sewer line was in much worse condition than originally anticipated. The project ended up taking several days longer than expected, and they even had to remove a tile in our living room to access and clear one of the lines. Many companies would have responded by issuing a change order and increasing the cost due to the additional labor and complexity. Peerless did the exact opposite. Not only did they honor their original commitment, but they actually reduced our invoice by $2,000 because they had to remove a tile during the repair process. As if that wasn't enough, they also sent us DoorDash credits since we were unable to use our kitchen for a couple of nights. I was genuinely blown away by their integrity, generosity, and customer service. The entire team was professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. This is my second time using Peerless Plumbing. The first time was when I moved into my home and we needed to line our 70 year old pipes. Lindsey was easy to work with. Her team of plumbers did fantastic work and left the home in pristine shape. A couple of years later it was time to change our water heater, we decided to switch to a tankless system. We had some roots growing in our pipes from our house to the city water line. Things were backing up...not good. One company wanted a thousand bucks and couldn't guarantee that's all it would cost. I called Peerless Plumbing and talked to Lindsey (the owner). She explained the good and the bad and they came out and hydro jetted the pipe and gave me some stuff to put in the pipes to make sure the roots don't come back. The cost was 1/3rd the other quote. Originally we had a plumber come out because our main sewer line was backed up and it was affecting every sink, toilet, and bath in the whole house. It was our 4 yr old's birthday party, and we couldn't use any single thing in the house. We had someone else come out and they said it was going to be $3400 and that they needed to dig up our bush to find our cleanout drain in the yard and it would take 10 hrs of labor. We couldn't afford anything like that whatsoever. We ended up finding someone who was able to fix it for $300 through our guest toilet, but still couldn't find the cleanout drains. Lindsey reached out to me through the Nextdoor App and offered to find them for us for any future issues. They came out yesterday afternoon and found the cleanout drain buried a couple feet underground on the outside of our house. The service they provided was top notch. There is no way we would've ever been able to find the cleanout drains on our own. They were so knowledgeable and friendly, I genuinely thought we would never be able to find the cleanout, but they were able to. They even left a little flag so that in the future we will know right where to dig the cleanout drain up. Honestly, I couldn't thank Lindsey and Peerless Plumbing Company enough. Had a great experience with Peerless. We had a repipe problem that another reputable company quoted over $20K, and that price didn't include repairing the floor tile and drywall repair that was goign to be needed when they were done. Called Peerless to get a quote, they ran cameras and shared the videos and explained how they could repair the sewer lines without tearing everything up. They were busy so we went on a short wait for the process, but so glad we did. The price was less than half of the alternate invasive repair and when they were done, they ran the camera again and the old failing lines now looked amazing. I had my sewer pipes repaired and cleanouts installed by Peerless Plumbing. The work was done through openings in the walls behind my dryer in the laundry room and the dishwasher in the kitchen which were patched afterwards. My new floors were untouched! A plant had to be dug up to install the cleanouts but was replanted afterward. DeAndre, Steve and Fabian were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They kept me informed during the process, were very conscientious, cleaned up their mess at the end of each day and were a joy to work with. I had obtained estimates from several companies and Peerless was slightly more expensive but they didn't touch my new flooring, saving me money and the hassle of having to repair my floors. My house was built in 1948 and the old cast iron sewer/ drain lines were cracked and needed to be fixed. I had other plumbing companies out for bids but all they wanted to do was pipe burst which involved digging up the floors, huge down time and Uber expensive! We chose Peerless because of their ability to reline old cast iron pipes with minimal intrusion and downtime. Our home is 62 years old and has cast iron plumbing. We had a minor pipe issue a few years ago and knew we would need a permanent solution for our main and lateral pipes; 3" and 2" respectively. We had called several plumbing companies and they all had various processes. After each company that came out, we developed more questions, but not always answers. Until Christian came out to scope our home. He not only answered all of our questions, but described how Peerless was able to handle issues that the other companies could not. What a great experience I just had with Peerless Plumbing!! I had been experiencing various problems with my plumbing/sewer system for several years now and I finally decided "I cant take this anymore". Christian came out (even on a Saturday) to diagnosis the problem. On time, very professional and courteous, Christian allowed me to watch his monitor as he scoped my entire drain system. After reassuring me there was no damage to my drain lines, he offered his advice as to how I might correct the issues I was having on my own. Last, he told me that since he was already in the area and found no damage or need for repairs, there would be no charge for his time or service that day. REALLY? It is so hard to find a family owned company like Peerless who cares more about doing the right thing and putting the customer first... before making a buck. I recently had a need for a major project and I called Peerless on the recommendation of a good friend. Their response was lightning fast, and their quote was very reasonable. During the work, they did their best to minimize the inconvenience to me and those who work in my building. I could hardly tell they were there. They were even kind enough to stop their work for a couple of days because we were going through some problems with our crazy neighbor who tries to pick fights with us and our tenants. She complained about their work truck being in the way, despite it being on our property. They were kind and just moved to an alternate place, but they had a great attitude about it. I think she's off her meds, because she was yelling like a Liberal on Trump's inauguration. Anyway, after I got the police to shut her up, they came back and completed their work efficiently and I have never been happier with a company. First, I want to be upfront in that I am writing this review on behalf of my mother-in-law. Peerless did an outstanding job for my in-laws doing a repipe effort on their old house. She was very happy with their service and work. That is great and they should be lauded for doing great work, but their true character and class showed after the job was done in multiple ways. First, my mother-in-law found a small hole in the wall where they had accidentally had busted through the wall. Within 24 hours Lindsey had a crew out to completely repair their mistake no questions asked. Soon thereafter I attempted a fixture change which turned out to be a mess and beyond my capabilities - multiple issues. Keeping a long story short, Lindsay again came to the rescue and resolved the problem I created. There are additional items that I am not mentioning, but the owners of this company are people of true character and the type of people you want to do business with. After a second slab leak, I knew we needed to consider a comprehensive upgrade versus another costly repair on old buried copper pipe. I was referred to Peerless and after meeting with Christian, I knew this was the company for the work. I told Christian what upgrades we wanted with the new system and he planned the rest. Christian and his crew re-plumbed our entire house, no small feat in an older home without attic space. During the install, it was obvious this crew had plenty of experience.
