*clearing throat* on arrival I was greeted by a large great white shark outside, he was very welcoming. Had to snap a pic. The building was cool minus the cemetery right across the street. When we arrived, it was pretty slow but there was only one employee working who was extremely overwhelmed minus the fact that there were only 4 people in the building. I believe his name was Scott( Scotty doesn't know that Fiona and me do it in my van every Sunday). I will give Scott some props though cause he wrapped my pint glasses like a bad, they were rolled tighter than the best blunts I've ever seen. But anyways, another nice gal came in shortly after we arrived. She was sweet and very helpful and got our beers quick.... side note, I might add that we drove from Sacramento and were unable to do the brewery tour cause some p**sy boy got coronavirus and called in sick. Maybe not coronavirus, but some other type of stupid sickness. Back to my review, girl was cool. Guy was alright til he was pretty rude to coworker girl. We asked to play Yahtzee and only had one dye in our set. Pretty hard to play Yahtzee with one dye. My girlfriend beat me once and everyone yelled Yahtzee when she hit a Yahtzee.... cool for her, lame for me, those people suck. Jk they don't suck I was just pissed. I beat her the second game though. But all in all, it was a chill place. Got some tasty beers and had a good time. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO LAGUNITAS IN PETALUMA INSTEAD. If I could, I'd take each one of these employees to Lagunitas to show them how a brewery should operate. I'm absolutely stunned that I didn't get a free beer. If your beer is so amazing and you're so proud of how much of an amazing job you've done making it, then why the f**k do I not get to try any for free? Maybe it's just because I'm a polite Texan but I said "thank you" to our bartender 3 times and had absolutely no response back. We also waited 15+ minutes to have a flight of 4 beers and there were only 2 other people in the taproom. $6 for the flight was reasonable though and the views are amazing. Make sure your kids get some root beer. read more

Great place to hang out and try some good brews! Love that they have flights for $5 for 4. Also really LOVE that they allow dogs inside and they also have outdoor seating. They're very dog friendly!! We're happy with this place! read more

I don't get the hype of this place. We've given it several opportunities and I still just do not see it. Beer is good... but there's plenty of good beer around. The food is fine but it's not worth the price. Service is spotty. read more

I took the free 4 pm tour of the Brewery and it was worth it! You got to see the entire process how the beer was made from start to finish. You must go to the tasting room and have some wheat beers ( I am impartial to them). The Watermelon flavor was really good! I will look for their beer in NYC and hope to find it in the near future. read more

We stopped here on the way to Crescent City and boy are we glad we did. The beer is fantastic! The funky style of the brewery with its psychedelic characters and cool tap heads was a perfect fit for us. We ended up buying a couple of 6 packs and a LED light for the bar at home. The people that worked there were also spot on- knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely check it out of you are in the area. The Lost Coast Restaurant is also pretty good if you are in the area. Went to an event yesterday, the Brewstravaganza. Fun time! Kids had fun and the people were nice. Just out to have a drink and some family fun. Employees were all nice and cordial. Hubby liked the beer but was sad he didn't get to try a VIP beer.. wasn't gonna let him leave me with the two little ones so he can disappear in beer heaven! Hee hee read more

Amazing beer selection! Wonderful bartender, she was so helpful and knowledgeable of the surrounding area and north (I was passing through to Portland) and she knew all about the Redwoods and secret cliff spots to go see the ocean. Clam chowder is delicious and they don't go skimpy on the potatoes or clams. The flavor is great. Check out the French dip, carnitas taco too. Nice chill spot, family friendly as well. Great brews for those that are beer lovers. Always a pit stop when coming to see family. read more

I'm super bummed that one of my favorite breweries had such poor representation at the Sacramento Brew at the Zoo tonight. The guy pouring was not only less than enthused about being there, evidenced by his attitude and sarcastic remarks but when I jokingly remarked on the empty Coors Light can that was sitting on top of the keg, he seemed even more put off. I'm sorry that his day was going so poorly. Beautiful beer- thanks for being in Sac today. But maybe have representation that is excited to pour your beer and isn't drinking Coors Light. read more
