*Repost - I accidentally left this review for the one at Saks on 08/15/15 when I never went in that one haha* Every time I've been in here, all the SAs were really kind. The first time I went in was in 2013-2014 around Christmas time. The lady who helped us was this pretty blonde lady (I forgot her name) and even though we didn't end up buying anything, she still took her time with us and didn't pressure us to buy anything. She was honest and very helpful overall. I hope she is still working there so I can go back to see her! Fast forward to last October/November 2014, I went in with my mom and we were looking around for a potential bag. A few weeks before I kept showing her the Neverfull MM bag in Damier Azur & explaining how much I really wanted it. When we were finally in the area, we decided to stop by and this other SA approached us a few minutes after we walked in and was very helpful. I wish I remembered her name but I do remember that she was a brunette girl in her mid-20's to early-30's. Her assistance was great in many aspects. First, when I told her about how I liked the Neverfull in Damier Azur, she was honest with me and explained how the color tends to change/fade over time and the leather patina gets darker with more wears. She also mentioned how wearing jeans or any sort of denim clothing would cause the colors to fade and change faster. I really appreciated that! Secondly, she was extremely patient with me. I kept going back and forth on which color I wanted the purse in (between the Damier Azur and Damier Ebene) after trying them both on several times. She was very impartial as to which bag she liked more only because I was the purchasing customer. I ended up getting the Neverfull MM in Damier Ebene because I'm not the most graceful person. Also, I figured since the bag would be in a darker color, I wouldn't have to worry about cleaning it too much. Long story short, this SA made my shopping experience here unforgettable. :) I will continue to come back here for my LV purchases :) read more

Good experience thus far. This is where my bf bought me my first LV, years ago. Great attentive SA's, although I can tell some of them are stand-offish. Way too crowded at times. This is the highest rating I have given a LV store, only because I haven't had a bad experience just yet; although, I will update when it happens, it's always expected from a high-end store. read more

Had a wonderful experience at Louis Vuitton store today. I brought my 23 year old Speedy 35 bag in for a repair and sales attendant gladly took my bag, examine it, and told me it would take a week for my handbag to be repaired. Also, I was told that there would be no charge!!! read more

This place is crazy in a good way. I've only been here a few times, but it's funny how there's always so many women buying bags here. It's busier then some bars on a Friday night. I was here to buy a wallet for myself. The guys section isn't nearly as business. The staff was very professional and friendly. This place is hit or miss. I suggest coming at night to get the best service. Friday nights are nice quiet nights. I came in shopping in sweats and never once did the sales person give me the "dirty" eye. She was super helpful and actually gave me time to think about which one I really wanted vs. convincing me to get the most expensive one. Helped many customers at once and was very quick. Thanks nice lady. On the other hand I've dealt with dumb stuck up rude people who think that they are so much better than you. My best friend and I love this store. Every time I go into LV it is always busy but you have to be patient. The sales associates don't want to rush with their "potential" client. I went in today to look for another handbag. Upon entering the store I was immediately greeted by Sales Associate Erica Hsu. She asked me what I was looking for and went around all over the store grabbing different bags for me to look at. She also asked me why I liked or didn't like a particular bag to get a better feel of what I was looking for. She has excellent product knowledge. She is also very patient and friendly. Definitely look for Erica if you are at this boutique looking for anything! read more

I went yesterday and the sales personnel bend over backwards helping every person coming into their store. I didn't receive any attitude whatsoever. I was leery at first since I'm not dressed like everyone else going into the store, jeans and top -- WTH it's 90 degrees outside already!! Anyways, each of them was very helpful and attentive. The only "snooty" looking ones were the customers buying the leather goods like they're the BOMB! Btw, LV sales personnel at Bloomingdales are snooty. I've been in this store many times to purchase small leather goods, large hand bags, a luggage, and several scarfs. I had various sales personnel assist me with my purchases without any difficulties. I even had days when I'm in there to get some vintage pieces repaired with Zues (sp?) and received EXCELLENT service. read more

My boyfriend and I came here to purchase my LV purse and the SA that helped us out was very nice, I didn't get a chance to get her name but she wasn't stuck up like the others. My advice is if no one is going to try to help you out then just find one that looks nice and ask for help, at least that's what me and my boyfriend did lol. read more

See Tasha if you come here, she was the best! My mom, 8 year old Daughter and I went to this location last Friday evening. It was a very special treat from my Mom to come here and we planned on purchasing bags and wallets and were super excited. It was busier than I expected, but we were greeted by an Asian male at the door who led us over to the counter, where Tasha helped us. I think we scored on getting Tasha as our sales associate, because I think she was really what made the whole experience so pleasant and easy. Tasha was friendly, genuinely kind and helpful, and patiently let us try on 5-6 bags each. I never felt like she was annoyed or rushing us at all. Literally go to ANY other location to purchase a LV bag. I walked in three days ago and went back and forth between the Neverfull MM and GM. The sales associate told me to take the MM and if I am unhappy with it there is a one month exchange policy. Today I brought my brand new Neverfull MM in and wanted to exchange it for the GM and pay the difference. The first woman put some kind of sticker on the bag and told me it was approved for exchange. A different sales representative took my original bag in the back and went to grab the new GM. 20 minutes later she came back with my original bag and said they could not exchange because "the handles have been used." WHAT?! So why was I told to take the MM and bring it back if I was unhappy? The bag has never even left my house!! Poor customer service or maybe poorly trained sales staff to tell a customer false information? Either way, buy your Louis Vuitton bags at ANY other location. read more

They must gone through intense training and hiring process to provide over all 5 star service to their customers. No one can be perfect and none of the company can be loved by everyone. A company like this size can achieve 80%-95% customer satisfactory, they are top notch company. Why people buy luxury item? For their quality of craftsmanship, exclusively, customer service before the purchase and after the purchase. LV absolutely understand the thoughts behind buyer's mind. They always try their best to support their products with awesome repair department service and return policy. The most important thing about this brand and this store is, they remember you and appreciate you from top management to the sales personnel. They treat you with full respect as their loyal customer. I have had mized results at this store. If I could give negative stars for the first person I met when walking in, I would on this visit. I was somewhat greeted by a bald guy named Brian. I think he is a manager or something. Not very welcoming, made no eye contact and seemed like he couldnt wait to pass me off to someone. All I did was ask for help looking at bags and he grabbed some girl and shuffled me to her, never again saying anything to me as she took over. The girl was very nice, her name was Tara, very welcoming and so much the opposite of the guy I started with. Thank god because 10 seconds of him made me want to leave. You know its not so much what someone says but how they act. Tara helped me buy two bags, wasnt pushy, made recommendations and even took me to the jewelry section. When I told her I wasnt interested in something, she made recommendations towards other things. Once I told her I was done for the day, she took me so I could pay, thanked me for my business, shook my hand and walked me to the door. At first I wasnt sure I wasnt going to buy and I told her that because after starting with that guy, I wasnt sure I wanted to give them my business but she turned it around. As another person said in this forum, find the right person and you will be very happy. I have since gone back and asked for Tara, she wasnt working that day but her manager, tall dark haired girl offered to help me and was just as sweet as Tara, Now I have two people I can count on. I didnt buy anything the last trip but Tara's manager didnt miss a beat. Told me thank you for coming in, offered to help me any time I needed assistance if Tara wasnt available. ZERO STARS! Want to be treated like CRAP? IGNORED? Have people AVOID eye contact? Then by all means, come to this store and ask for assistant manager AUGUSTUS. I came to this particular store in South Coast Plaza to get a speedy bag fixed because I purchased it at this store. BUT AFTER THIS INCIDENT, I WILL NEVER EVEN CONSIDER PURCHASING LOUIS VUITTON AT THIS STORE OR AT ANY LV STORE. All the sales associates were busy attending people, which I understood and waited patiently for the next available associate. One of the sales ladies made eye contact with me, apologized, then proceeded to ask her co-worker to help us. He glanced over, walked away, then never came to help. He then proceeded to pretend to shift papers, keys, whatever he can get his hands on and did everything possible to avoid eye contact all while my father and I were watching him. He then stood in front of the store to greet people instead of helping loyal customers, like ME. By now, I've been waiting more than 20 minutes and he's the only one not doing anything. I tap his shoulder and ask his name. His name is Augustus. I asked, if your co-worker asks you to help someone, shouldn't you go and help? He said, "oh that lady is not my co-worker. I'm the assistant manager." Well excuuuusseee meee! I'm sure she would LOVE to her that! How high and mighty of you to be ass. manager at a retail store. I don't know why I always have a problem in this store. Every time, my girlfriend and I are always put off as dead last priority. On 1/28/2014, we entered the store to try out a Pochette to see how much stuff it can fit. We patiently waited as all of the employees were helping the older customers. As I was talking about Pochette Metis, I was greeted by one of the stores security guards who started yelling at my face "DO YOU WANNA PUNCH ME IN THE FACE?! HUH?! DO YOU WANT TO?!" For a store that is famous for its class, being intimidated for apparently no reason is why I wanted to write this review. I thought he was joking and expected a jovial smile later on... I got no smile, he was dead serious. I think he misheard me saying "Pochette Metis" with punching in the face. Either way, it was seriously inappropriate and unprofessional. He's not hard to recognize, he's one of the security guards in suits, with tied hair which distinguished him. I don't know if the store would read these reviews, but if it is, I seriously think that you should fire this man or at least let him know that he can't just go around intimidating or threatening customers like that. Moreover, as we were waiting for someone to help us, we saw two employees conversing with no customers at all completely ignoring us until an employee with braces implored them to help us. The whole experience was terrible and we decided to go to the more humble store in Bloomingdales, where the employees were actually helpful and where the guards didn't yell at us for no reason. I'm starting to get the feeling that the store has something against younger customers (18 years), putting them as last-priority whether or not they entered the store first and treating them like garbage. Louis Vuitton at SC is a MAD house. They have sooo many people in there waiting to get a associate to help them. The store is nicely set up but the crowd in there gets insane. I also feel as though the girls in there don't really want to help you at all. Maybe because of the insane amount of traffic in there but I don't feel as though they really want to help you find a purse. Instead they appreciate when you KNOW which one you want and all you do is pick it out. However this is really bad for them because it takes away from the experience and joy of buying a new purse. Plus the girl who helped me buy my purse was really stupid because my purse was brown yet she insisted it was black..wow. Plus a down side of this louis is that within a month my purse tore at the corners and had some loose string and when I went in to complain she acted like "yea, it happens"... There merchandise is addicting but from now on maybe I will walk over to the bloomingdales one where its less insane. read more

We walked into the store and it was not overly crowded but slightly busy. I was looking at shoes and I went straight over to the women's shoe section, I had several questions as many of the shoes had no price tags on them and I wanted to know what size I would be as it was difficult to convert US size to European sizes. After ten to fifteen or so minutes, I would have thought that someone would have been willing to help me but I couldn't even find someone to ask my questions to. When I finally did I was greeted with " oh did you see the lady in a red scarf, you should have signed in with her as there is a que of people waiting to be helped on a waiting list." Really! Couldn't have someone told me that when I walked in! Really, are there hundreds of people lining up to pay those prices and should I be made to feel like it's a privilege for me to be waited on? So disgusting!The sales person begrudgingly answered some of my questions and then moved on as quick as she possibly could. Never in my life have I ever felt so alienated and unwelcome when trying to spend my hard earned money. Really put me off! Don't go to this location if you want to be treated well because they just don't get it, clearly! We then went to the Disney store with our son and the treatment we got there was off the charts! They were so welcoming, eager to help, efficient and positive! Honestly, the sales people at Louis Vuitton need to wake up and smell the roses and learn what good customer service is, never thought I would say this but maybe they can take a lesson from the people at the Disney store! read more

Came here to return my glasses and I made the mistake of telling the store manager I got the same pair for cheaper at an auction on eBay. So she said she was gunna take them to the "accessory specialist" after 5 mins she came back and said there is a nick, "discoloration where the nose rests" and "dust around the rims" ha what a joke! So without skipping a beat I said no problem and went straight downstairs to the men's shop and returned it there without one problem:) thank you guys down at the men's store. I was planning on buying a really nice purse for my girlfriend using my money plus the money I got in return but I'm so happy that I don't need to take my buissness there.. I'm going to take my business to the Louis in Newport Beach or Las Vegas. The south coast store lost out on many thousands of dollars that I was eventually going to spend on Louis Vuitton that now will be funneled to the Las Vegas store or the Newport Beach one :). I hope the stores give commissions to employees so they'll be missing out on that ;) read more

This is the worst LV store you can ever shop at. It is such an irony that this Brand is one of my favorite brands to shop but this store's customer service is the worst possible. I think even a thrift or dollar store has better service than such a prestigious brand store like this. Whoever is in-charge of management needs to look into it and get their customer service together. I have had repeated issues with a very expensive bag I bought at LV and this store's customer service representatives always have an attitude and issue and the whole experience has been a nightmare. The sales representative talk to you as if you have no idea what you are talking about and always have an extremely bad attitude. I would highly recommend to NEVER EVER go to this store if you like LV because after experiencing the horrific customer service you will want to hate the brand too and never ever buy anything from there anymore. This store honestly should shut down unless they figure out how customers need to be treated or maybe learn something even from a store like Dollar Tree because they have better customer service than the staff at this store. Myself and my family have bought over a dozen bags loving the brand, design, and reputation for quality - until one of our bag's handles broke at the stitching a little after a year owning it. It was a clean tear at the stitching/seam. When we brought the bag back to the store for warranty repair we found out that ALL LV products only have a ONE year warranty and it cost $175 just to fix the stitching on the handle to reconnect it. The bag was rarely used but after this experience we learned that LV quality has gone down the tubes. In the past LV bags have been known to stand the test of time and to last longer than human lives - but after seeing several people lining up behind us waiting for repair and warranty for issues smaller than ours - all of them thinkg LV had warranties longer than one year and were shocked when they learned the repair fees for their own bags... We will no longer be purchasing any more LV products. Even their repair is only warrantied for a year. read more

I will start this review with this: the manager is a pompous rude jerk who will get fired soon. A week ago my father bought mother her first Louis. She was excited since she's been waiting and all she's ever had were Gucci and Ferragamo. So I went to the store with her today because she wanted the same bag but the next size up but we also noticed there was a small smudge on the handle that was NOT caused from use because it was in the box ever since it left the store. We go and the associate says she'll ask her manager. She said they can't because its not in condition to sell. First off you guys missed it when you sold it to my mom. So we asked forthe manager and this guy is beyond rude. The facial expression and smartass remarks he made to us really pissed me off. You would think a classy company would hire classy employees but this manager belongs at Walmart. We left the store with the POS overpriced piece of leather and I made a formal complaint with corporate on the way out. Good luck on your next job, DB. Most of my experiences at LV stores are positive ones, but unfortunately the one I had yesterday at the SCP location wasn't one of them. The store seems to cater heavily to the Asian demographic (most of the salespeople were also Asian) and as a caucasian male I seemed to written off as a "looker" the moment I stepped in the door. It took a while to get any form of service, but once I did Laura, the sales associate helping me, was pleasant. The men's RTW and shoe selection is impressive, on par or beyond that of the Union Square flagship in SF. Overall a decent but not enjoyable visit. read more
