I honestly didn't expect much and came in with a very basic design in mind, but I changed my mind at the last minute. I showed Natalie my nail inspo, and she did a really great job bringing it to life. I can understand why some people may not like their policies, but I also think they're fair for both the salon and the customers. The salon is small, neat, and only had three staff members working on the weekday I visited, so there may be a bit of a wait. They also ask you to pay before the service, which makes the pricing clear upfront and probably helps avoid awkward situations iykyk. The vibe isn't overly sweet or super welcoming compared to some other nail salons, but they clearly know what they're doing and do it well. Personally, I didn't mind at all and actually enjoyed my experience.

You also pay your total before any service is done. Area was right off the freeway, door was closed so the place looks closed and almost abandoned. They do have a bathroom and a separate sink for nails.

I had an appointment scheduled and was not seen until 40 minutes after my appointment time. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you're not going to honor the time. I understand being busy or maybe even short staff but you should always prioritize your appointments. I spent almost 3 hours in this place just getting a pedicure and manicure. Absurd. On top of that, the staff didn't even apologize. They acted like they were doing me a favor for a service I'm clearly paying for. Come here if you want to wait for a long time. Sadly there aren't many good nail salons in the area. I'm taking recommendations!

It is clear that the manicurists and estheticians here are passionate and proud of their work beyond a means of obtaining money. On 6/21/26, Celine and Mimi did my cat eye manicure and pedicure in an hour, which is much faster than other locations. They took the time to massage me and apply a generous amount of cuticle oil. There were lots of different cateye, acrylic, gel, builder gel, regular polish, and jelly polish to choose from. The equipment was new with no nail polish stains and was dust free. It is in a great location with lots of parking and many technicians ready to help. I am a loyal customer and I recommend everybody to come here! 1000/10

My first experience with Lily was okay, although the cat-eye color turned out much lighter than the sample in the catalog. I decided to give them another chance and chose the exact same color. I learned that a black base is needed to achieve the color shown in the sample, but the technician didn't want to apply it and acted annoyed when I requested it. I went in expecting to pay for a fill, since fills are supposed to be less expensive than a full set. I even asked about the price beforehand because last time I paid a total of $70 for a new full set + $5 almond shape they said no fee if I want square and cat-eye design. The advertised fill price was $40, but I end up to pay $60 I was also charged an extra $5 just for changing my nail shape from almond to square. During my previous visit, I was specifically told there would be no extra charge for square shape. That explanation didn't make sense because shaping the nails is already part of a fill. Even if I had kept the almond shape and simply wanted my nails shorter, the technician said it would still be "extra work." The cat-eye effect was poorly done, and the technician left black polish showing all around the edges of my nails. You can even see the black base underneath the top color around the edges, making my nails look dirty and unfinished. When I politely asked her to clean up the edges, she responded rudely by saying, "You wanted dark. You told me to put black, and now this is what you get." To make matters worse, there was also a $2 credit card fee that wasn't clearly disclosed before payment. I don't mind paying extra when the charges are explained upfront and the quality matches the price. What disappointed me was the hidden fees, inconsistent pricing, poor workmanship, and the rude attitude when I simply asked for my nails to look like the sample I chose. I gave this salon a second chance, but unfortunately it was truly disappointing than the first visit. There are many other nail salons in the area that provide better service and treat their customers with respect.
