I have gone about 2x here. First was good experience, lady was gentle and had a good conversation with me. Second time was horrible. Honestly hands down the worst time to go. If you have an appointment you will get helped first then walk ins, but it doesn't help. I had my appointment at 11:30 waited till 12 just to have water on my pedicure. Not helped yet. When I did they switched people and it was good not complaining. But the acrylics that I wanted after my pedicure. Ridiculous that I have to pay extra for a line up on a French tip. I'm paying for French tip nails and it's extra for you to actually do the French tip line up. Well that's pretty dumb. Left with fat white tips. Disappointed. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! Came here Friday afternoon to get my toe nails done for my maternity pictures and ended up with a toe infection. I have been coming here for years now and this has never happened which upsets me. It's even harder that I can't take antibiotics since I'm pregnant.. the lady made my toe from my right foot bleed on both sides and just said "sorry" and laughed. I will never be coming here again. I feel like they such a rushed job on my acrylics as well, they've always been good and there would be an odd shape here and there , but I personally feel like if you don't have time please don't lay a hand on my nails and do a rushed job! If I could give it zero stars, I would, and I don't think I've ever said that about a place before. We went because it's right next to Parabrows, so it was really convenient. Customer service was horrible. My daughter sat through 3 different techs as each would start then leave her to go work on somebody else. She literally sat in the chair for over 2 hours, as I watched new customers come and go, and the final result was horrible. The acrylic doesn't cover her entire nail, and the polish is rubbish. I had a pedicure done and I was equally underwhelmed. The polish job looked like a child did it. Then their card machine stopped working, so I had to walk to the bank. Normally something like that wouldn't have bothered me, but it was icing on the cake of crap service. I'll never go back there. read more

This place has gone downhill. They charge for every little thing now which is ridiculous. Came in for a fill. I had gels before and I just wanted regular polish now. $5 fee for them to take it off. Another fee to maintain the shape I already had. I walked out of there. Ridiculous. All other salons I go to never charge me extra to switch polish from gel to regular. Anything to make money right. Especially for a beat down salon. The time I came before this, the manager at the time kept pressuring me to get a pedicure, NO means NO. This place has become my favorite salon. I'm pretty easy going of the fact it's not exactly a "high end," modern style salon but they're clean and they have this awesome manicurist named Stella!! She's so talented. I usually get gel manicures, with or with out acrylic and she does an amazing job every time, even with the coffin shape I love. They can get really really busy on the weekend so don't expect to walk in and be worked on right away, you'll approximately wait 30-45 minutes. If you want a walk in visit, a weekday MIGHT be better. I dropped in this place without appointment, they were straight forward and told me the wait would be around 30 to 40min. Really like honesty, and the offered me a massage chair for the wait... so there i was for around 35 minutes. I got a pedicure with callous removal $22! The service was good, quick and so far 3 days after I can not complain. I wish they had their salon a bit cleaner and that they used hot rocks for tbe massage but it was good overall. Sometimes I'm wary of new nail places, well, "new" as in I haven't been there yet, but this place always looked clean and bright when I drove by so I thought I'd give it a go. Not disappointed... the ladies were really friendly (more so than I was at 9 a.m. on a Saturday morning!) and I was quickly relaxed and on my way to a decent pedicure sitting in the spa chair and enjoying a great foot rub. I meant to get the name of the woman who helped me but I forgot - doh! Another pleasant addition was the foot scrub at no extra cost. Granted, it wasn't the same in-depth scrub I've had at other salons but for an included service, it did the job. Almost went for the full mani-pedi but I inevitably jack-up my manicures within 24 hours so I saved myself the heartache. Really, for $16 this was worth it. There was a weird explanation of charges when I paid with my MC... the lady said I'd see a 20% gratuity added to my charge but that it would credit back in two days. I don't really like doing this but this place doesn't even deserve the one star. I use to come here a few years ago and they where not bad. This was the worst customer service I have ever had! I had my appointment at 5:30 and didn't come out till 8:30. They kept switching me from person to person and they all did a horrible job! I went in there to get coffin style nails and when they finally finished they looked nothing like coffin style nails! All of them where in different shapes! The lady was in a hurry because they had to close and she's had other people. While her coworkers would just sit and stare! I made her redo them because they looked horrible! If you run on a schedule, this place may not be a good idea for you. I made an appointment and showed up a little early just to be on time. Well turns out when my appointment time rolled around, the girl who was supposed to be doing my toes was about 1/3 of the way on someone else's pedicure. She was at least 20-30 mins away from being done with that client. I have been patient several times with this shop because I think the girl who does my toes does a great job but I am honestly just tired of it. I happened to have scheduled my last appointment on a day when I was on a tight schedule so I didnt stay because I didnt have time to wait. I also scheduled a full set and the girl doing the full sets also had a line of about 2 people waiting for her. I just dont understand how as a client, one can make an appointment, and have to wait that long. Like I get running 5 mins late but 30? With an appointment?Needless to say I walked away without a pedicure or full set. I felt upset, disappointed, dissatisfied, and inconvenienced because I now have to make time to fit my nails in during some other time in my schedule, even though I already had.
