Went in for a tune for my 335i, and got it done within an hour. The tech is extremely good with the wiring. You can't even tell the car has been tuned if u pop the hood. Their price is pretty good too, ranging from 60-104 per hr depending on what you do. I got mine done for 60 bucks. If you drive a beammer, this is the place to get your car done!! read more

Long is the man! He was friendly and greets his customers with utmost professionalism. I recently found them through yelp as I damaged my bumper. To find out this place is known worldwide, this was a piece of cake for them. After taking to long about a half an hour about cars, he provided a great deal to repair and repaint my bumper. Everything was done as he promised and the bumper I thought they could never repair, looks as good as new! Long and his guys are definitely masters of their craft and there is no job to big for them. If you need ANY work done on your BMW, this is the place to take it. I bought my BMW back in September, and every single work (except for one), has been done at this shop. Long is super rad, and he has hooked up, as well as tricked up, my ride. One highlight and great experience I had at the shop is when Long let me borrow his truck to drive home my hood. I didn't have a truck or any means of transportation, and for him to do that, unbelievable. The shop is definitely a cool place to hang out. You can walk around and take fanboy pictures of all the sick cars they have on the lot, or relax in the lobby where they have all their awards from car meets over the years. Long is knowledge, and isn't afraid to give you his two cents on whether something will look good on your car or not. When he gives you advice, take it. Great shop! I've been coming to Luong and his shop since it first opened. I first came to him after a dealership recommended body shop screwed up my e90 after a fender bender. Took it to Luong to have him fix the first shops mistakes and have never taken any of my cars to anyone since. Definitely recommend them, they give my cars the attention they deserve and are up front about what's wrong with the car, I never feel like their looking for things to charge me for like dealerships and some other shops. read more

Great shop, Daniel took care of me as it was my first time coming here. I took my e92 m3 here after someone backed up into my parked car. They were very honest and the work was done on time. Not a day later. The price wasn't the cheapest but wasn't the most expensive either. It fell right in he middle after all the places I checked out. Looks like nothing ever even happened and color match was great. They even gave me a ride back to DTLA in their wide body 335i the day I dropped off the car. oomg! Loveeee this place. Such great staff who are extremely nice and know everything about our "ultimate driving machines" My bmw had a huge leak and they were able to diagnos and fix the problem. I don't trust anyone with my car and i felt very comfortable with them working on it. They have great prices as well and specialize in bmws. Just got back from LTMW and can honestly say its the best experience i ever had with an autoshop. I heard it was the shop to go to if you have a bmw so i came in to get a new bumper painted and installed. My expectations have been exceeded. For the situation i was in i am walking away much happier. They got my car looking amazing like it should, but also in the process fixed a foglight malfunction bmw wanted to charge me $600 to fix FOR FREE. Amongst other things they did not have to do for me. All for the original price. They really went above and beyond for me. The long drive was worth it and i will be coming back. I definitely recommend this place. read more

They're quick to deliver a lot of promises and will show you around their shop real well but when it comes down to business I would be very wary before I make a deposit to get any work done here. If you CHERISH your car I absolutely do not recommend it. Cheap quality after market parts, paint color doesn't even match, and the newly painted panels were wavy and had orange peel. Do you want show room quality? Well you're not going to be getting it from here. Also, I would not expect your EXPENSIVE OEM parts back. Expect to hear the redundant "it's lost" or "idk". To me, this place does a half decent HACK job. Communication is next to zero after they take your deposit. You expect your car to be done in the time frame? Forget about it, add a couple to a few weeks on top of that. I honestly don't understand how this place gets such good reviews. After the fact, it makes sense now, all the good reviews are older and the newer ones are seriously right on the money. read more

This will be my very first and last yelp. Too busy to be writing about every single place I go....but it is extremely helpful. I felt the need to give a well deserved review for LTMW. Several years ago I first met LongTran at his home fixing up BMWs in his garage. Being in Socal at the time I wanted to add a little spice to my ride and through the E92 forums Longs name kept popping up. After meeting with him and seeing the transformation of other cars in his garage, I was comfortable and confident he would be my go-to guy for cars. Long is definitely friendly and personable with the confidence that "if you build it, they will come." Quite simply he lives and breathes cars and puts his heart into his work. Fast forward several years later, I moved to Sacramento and my recent high mileage BMW was conveniently leaking oil like crazy just when my warranty expired. The dealership told me I had a valve cover gasket leak, oil filter housing leak, oil pan gasket leak, rear main seal gasket leak, and two front bushings that needed to be replaced. There was no way I would pay dealership prices when I knew LTMW could handle the job at a more reasonable price. After the six hour drive down to Socal I was amazed at Long's new shop and all the changes that took place since I've been gone. Its really cool to see Long come a long way....no pun intended hehe....His shop is a constant evolving work in process of his vision to tailor to any car enthusiast. Since it was a big job it took two days to fix and I was on my way back to NorCal. A couple months later, I noticed some oil leaking from my car. I thought it came from the valve cover gasket. I gave Long a ring (all customers can call him on his cell anytime) and he told me not to worry about the leak and that if it had anything to do with his prior repair job, he would fix it. Bottom line he stood by his work. He apologized for the inconvenience and that he would make things right. I drove back down to Socal and met with Long and his dedicated crew. After a couple hours and a thorough inspection they were able to find the root cause of the leak. As with all BMWs, plenty of things wear and break down frequently. It turned out that the valve cover gasket was intact and sealed properly and that an adjacent canister was leaking. The crew at LTMW not only fix the canister leak, they changed the valve cover gasket again, just in case. Even though the leak wasn't because of the repairs, Long fixed the car right and did not even charge me a single penny for the entire days labor. Yup, FREE. He told me that he appreciated my business and that he stands by his work. The rest of his crew follows his ideals and are dedicated car enthusiasts themselves. I'm no car expert, but I feel that a good car shop is dedicated, honest, and stands by their work. LTMW is competitively priced and adds value to their services. If your looking for the cheapest or bottom dollar pricing....go to walmart or some grumpy mechanic who will slap stuff together and call it fixed. But to everyone else who cherishes their ride.....most definitely go to LTMW because they will stand by their work. Like any car shop...there will be instances when a customer doesn't feel satisfied with the work. The difference between mediocre and great is the effort and lengths the shop will go through to make things right. For all those looking for a quality shop, give LTMW a shot! read more

He was able to get me an Mtech bumper painted and installed for nearly half the cost of what the dealer and other shops wanted to charge me. I had my rims powder coated here for my 328i about a year and a half ago. They gave me some loaners while the rims were out. The price was reasonable and the quality of the work was great. They also wrapped my roof in vinyl. I mostly dealt with Ivan, he was great and answered all the questions we had. Definitely recommend. They also get all their parts from BMW in Monrovia so everything is original. read more

Long and his crew are superb. I have visited several so called tuner and mod garages over the years and while some are good, LTMW was excellent and in my opinion they are 'one of the best' out there due to their work and positive, quality customer service. Long and his crew were polite and courteous and not only did they give the best estimates on parts and labor; they did excellent work and they do NOT cut corners with anything. I was able to watch everything they did and they know what they are doing. They answered all questions and gave me quality time. They modify supercars of 100k to 300+k and yet they gave me the same quality time with my BMW as any supercar owner and I will definitely be coming back to ONLY them for all future mods and tuning. They also saved me about $150 which I will soon use to modify more things on my car with them. So thanks and I will see you again soon! LTMW was highly recommended on the bimmer forums and I went there for some front end suspension work on my 2007 manual X3. The control arms were rusted to the frame though and they had to keep my car overnight but offered a free rental car and no extra charge for labor. In short, excellent service and I highly recommend any work here. They also specialize in high end mods and had quite a collection of impressive cars they were working on. read more
