10 out of 10. I came here for an oil change. Everyone at the front desk and who worked on my car were very helpful. Everything got done in the timely manner and it was affordable and fairly priced I would for sure. Come back here again.

All of your oil change needs this is the place to go oh by the way don't forget to mention it's your first time you will get a discount I pay over $100 for a synthetic oil on my 2022 Honda pilot here I pay less that $75 give them a try you won't be disappointed take it from a picky person like my self I don't like taking my car anywhere aside from the dealer I trust this guys! Took my truck to get an oil change before I left on a trip to Las Vegas the following day, once I arrived to Vegas my truck alerted me that my oil level was low. I checked the oil stick and it was dry. Not sure if they forgot to add the oil or what. I had to buy 4 quarts of oil in order to make it back to LA. So here I am at a different oil service place and they tell me they forced the screw in and damaged the screw. I will never go back to this place! Please avoid this place! read more

Danny is amazing. I really appreciate that he communicates with me about pricing and the repairs he'd like to do BEFOREHAND. I can be pretty paranoid about my car but they don't take advantage of that by suggesting I do repairs that I don't need. I've had a bad history of that with previous shops. I've been going to Lube King for the past year and a half. I come here for oil changes and any misc. maintenance. I have a 2005 Honda accord (she's pretty old I know) and they always take care of me. My bf has started to come here for his oil changes and car repairs because of my rave reviews. I definitely recommend Lube King. read more

These guys are amazing. My Chevy 1988 van had a stalling issue that two other mechanics couldn't figure out. I had my van towed to these guys and they had it figured in an hour after months of no luck with other guys. Their prices were more than fair and their staff was polite. Can't thank you guys enough. Alex was great. He got me in quick and by the time I got back from the French bakery across the street, my oil change was done. He even looked up the diagnostic issues that were showing on the memory in my vehicle so he could tell me what issues might be going on with the car. Very satisfied customer. read more

I was referred to Lube King by my previous mechanic, that I'd been going to for the past 20+ years, unfortunately my mechanic passed away, his son highly recommended Lube King to me. I went there without an appointment and Gary took all of my information and within 45 mins he gave me a call of what my car needed after performing a diagnostics, and he was very clear when explaining my vehicles needs. What I really appreciated, was that all of the service needs for my vehicle is recorded with CarMax. I highly recommend Lube King. The owner Chris is outstanding as well as the staff. I was excited to try a new place out that's not a big franchise. They took care of me immediately but didn't even ask me what kind of oil change I needed or estimate of price before the service. They just jumped into without even consulting me. I think it's important to support local small businesses but they need to do the diligent to discuss price or type of oil changes prior to jumping in. The owner and new employee were not communicating to each other. Then he told me I would get the lower cost full synthetic and when it was time to pay... then it became the mobile 1 synthetic. I don't care if the price range was different or I am paying for quality but keep the customer looped in. I know I'm not asking for much... And an apology does not help either. It does not address the issue nor compensate me for the price difference. read more

I've been coming here for two years now. I haven't had a problem with them ever. They have great staff and dedicated mechanics that will make sure you are taken care of properly. I'm not a car expert so I love that they answer all of my questions with clarity and insight. As a woman I've been scammed by many car dealerships "labor rates" but I've never felt uncomfortable here and I appreciate that. I'll always come back for great service at lube king. read more

I came here about a week and a half ago, barely Got the chance to sit down and write how great this place is. I came in and they were able to see me RIGHT away and I was out of there in about 20 minutes!! Alex was awesome he came to talk to me and we went over options, I ended up choosing the synthetic oil change which is totally worth it and the price was more then reasonable. Everything was done so fast he even told me I had too much air in my tires and corrected the air pressure. He said my car is in great condition and I need absolutely nothing else. Usually places like to up sell different services but he only provides the services needed. I will definitely be coming back once my car is due! Thanks Alex read more

I stopped by after work and Danny and his son were fast on the oil service and I just had them change my air filter too. Danny didn't pressure me but he kindly informed me that my break pads were at 40% and the back tire valve is cracking. I definitely recommend coming here for your oil change, the prices are fair and they aren't pushy. read more

Do not use this company. My wife came in for an oil change, they did not put the skid plate back on the car properly and it came off on the freeway. They refused to take any responsibility for it, fix it or pay to replace the damaged parts. They were unbelievably rude to me and my wife as well read more

THEY ARE AWESOME! I got a flyer on my car that they were giving discounts to El Camino students. So, I figured, what the hell...why not? I mean, if someones gonna come all the way to ElCo and drop flyers on hundreds of cars...SUPPORT! :) ANYWAYS--- They are SUPER friendly and will tell what is going good and bad with your car. The waiting area is nice and you can clearly see everything they are doing with your vehicle. They definitely don't rip you off here. The guy who worked on my car today, (I forgot his name but he's Cambodian) was super cool too and walked me through with everything about my car. I have became a loyal customer. I went here because I had a smog check next door and realized i needed an oil change. I went in and Steve? (hispanic guy) gave me a friendly greeting and really quick quote. The oil change was done quickly with no wait even though he had to order an oil filter for my car (his guy got the oil filter in like 5-10 min while he was doing the rest). I was running low on oil about a month later (car sees a lot of miles) and stopped by since they are close to me and he remembered me and topped me off at no charge. Instant loyal customer after that, especially since he remembered me and was a friendly guy. read more

Loved this place. Came in here yesterday almost last minute (25 minutes to close) and was out before they closed. As soon as I pulled up they immediately went to work on my car. Changed out the oil and made sure I got synthetic (they gave me both options instead of only trying to upsell) and let me know my air filter was dirty as all hell. All in all I got my oil + oil filter bought and changed and air filter bought and installed for around 85 bucks. Will absolutely do business with them again so long as I live in the south bay! From my experience whenever I go and get my oil changed at jiffy lube, it always seems like they are money hungry and just trying to upsale you for things you don't need. That's not the case here at lube king. After all the positive reviews here I decided to give it a shot. I was impressed. I went in for a tire rotation and oil change and wasn't disappointed, the service was fast and friendly and they gave me just what I asked for. Excellent service! I called ahead of time to see how long everything would take and if they have the particulr oil my car; they said 20 minutes and yes, they can do the oil change on my vehicle. Drove in, very friendly staff! 20 minutes later, car is back to purring like the kitten she is! PS I called Jiffy Lube before caling Luke King and asked them if they had the synthetic oil for my car, they said they didn't!! That they ran out!! How does that happen?!? AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME MORE MONEY! Glad I took my car to Lube King! read more

I spent altogether just under $300. But had to break it up since I couldn't afford it all at once. They were very nice in explaining for me what I needed and which to prioritize. Honest work for honest pay! Which is why I go back to them!

There were massive drip marks in the finished product as well as a ton of over spray. In some spots it looked like they ran out of paint to finish it bc there is not enough paint covering and the coat is so thin ( like rattle can ). In one part it looks like 2 different colors were used , white and some yellowish color. Also we can still see some faint blue behind the white color.. He lied to us also. Had the truck delivered via AAA tow truck on June 23, 2017 he texted us on the 28th telling us it was ready. I asked him for a photo of the truck he said he didn't have one. So we live in Mission Viejo which is a 1.5 hour drive or 3 hour round trip. On June 29th the next day my friend went out to the shop on the basis that the truck was ready, we'll it wasn't to our surprise, Aaron had said that he had problems getting it in the paint booth and that it would be ready in 2 hrs time... it's a Friday no one was looking to stick around in the heat. Plus why did he say that it was ready the day before?????? Anyways the finished product was nightmare to the heart point where it needs to be Repainted AGAIN. We are looking to sell the truck so we are not expecting a well paint job. There goes 770 dollars down the drain. Horrible customer service that guy should be fired..

Unfortunately, my experience with Kiros Auto went from good to bad to the worst in a matter of weeks. This is a detailed review so for those who don't want to read this long rant, the bottom line is this shop sucks but shame on me for being penny wise and pound foolish in trusting them to fix my import luxury car. The shop is family-owned and run by brothers Kiro and Mike and their dad Alex. Mike is passionate about cars and very knowledgeable. He is also a smooth talker who handles most of the communication. He will also lie to your face. I drive a 2008 hybrid SUV that has over 100,000 miles so I knew I it was time to do some maintenance. Initially I went to this shop because they offered the best price for headlight restoration. They did a great job on the headlights so in an effort to save money, I trusted them to handle a tire monitor situation that was causing my check system light to stay on. The dealer wanted upwards of $1,500 to fix the problem. Kiros Auto said they could fix it for $700-800, maybe less because they were willing to investigate the status of each sensor rather than just trying to replace all of them. Only one sensor was bad so I felt good about the work Kiros had done. Then I ended up replacing my battery via AAA and took a road trip and my check system light came back on. I called the shop from the road and Mike said I should check the tires to make sure I hadn't gotten a puncture since they fixed the sensors. I stopped at a Jiffy Lube that checked my tire pressure and informed me that my tires actually needed replacing. Upon closer inspection I saw that my tires were very worn and nearly cracking. I was surprised that Kiro had not mentioned this to me since they were working on my tires! This should have been a red flag. When I got back to town I took my car back to them since the tire sensor repair was under warranty. They had my car for nearly a week then I got it back and thought everything was fine. Hah! Two days after getting my car back, it wouldn't start at all. I called back AAA who jumped the car and I took it back to Kiro to see if in the reprogramming of my tire sensors, something had been thrown off. Mike reassured me that this was not the problem then gave me a long speech about the poor quality of AAA batteries. He suggested the battery was bad and to test it, they put in a new battery and kept my car overnight so they could monitor and test it. Sure enough he determined the battery was not holding a charge (I did get a refund from AAA). I then let him put one of their batteries in my car and prepared to go on another road trip. I ended up stranded in the mountains when this new battery died. Upon my return, I again found myself at the shop due to the warranty situation. This time, Mike determined I had a parasitic draw on the battery due to a faulty electronic control unit (ECU). I authorized replacement. Turns out the part was a special order so I was out of my vehicle for another 2-3 weeks! I couldn't understand the delay until I pressed for explicit details which is when I realized they were ordering used parts that were actually defective. I asked them to order a new part from the dealer. When I came to pick up my car, not only was the vehicle not ready as promised, but one of their mechanics was literally still working on my car. He had my tire iron in his hand and I noticed my spare tire compartment was broken. I pointed this out to Kiro who said they would fix it along with with my windows that no longer worked. Now I'm pissed and don't trust them. I just wanted my vehicle back intact. Mike promised everything would be made right. So I was furious when I went to pick up my car to find the windows still didn't work, nor had they fixed what they broke on my car, and now my alarm didnt work either. The windows were just a quick reinitializing process but the repair for the broken spare tire compartment again required a special order. What infuriated me even more was the dad Alex trying to insinuate that I had broken the tire compartment. Since Kiro was present when I discovered the problem and I had been pretty accommodating up to that point, they didn't force the issue and agreed to repair it. They charged me another $500+ despite all their incompetence and I paid it to get my keys back and get out of the shop without incident. However I was able to dispute the charges and recover some of my money. I had to take my car back to the dealer after all. That's when I discovered they really did not know how to reprogram the ECU which was why the alarm and the windows were having issues. I also found out it would cost me $500-700 to fix the stuff they broke. All in all, these guys talk a good game and may even have a lot of great car knowledge but they are liars and cheats. Buyer beware.

He agreed to refund $300 which I NEVER received after MULTIPLE attempts of getting in touch with him. It's clear that this guy is dishonest and is actively scamming people.

I had taken it to…read moremultiple mechanics AND the dealer, and no one could tell me exactly what my issue was and just be straight with me. I had an emissions system issue that gave me the code 'P0139'. The first mechanic I took it to last year told me that it was a simple o2 sensor issue (rightfully so considering the code I was getting), yet when he replaced the sensor, the light continually came on. So he replaced it again, and replaced another o2 sensor on the vehicle (according to him). When none of that worked, he told me that my catalytic converter was faulty, and that I was going to have to pay roughly 8k for a new one. Safe to say I didn't believe him, nor did I stick around and simply take his word for it. I started making calls and, at first, genuinely believed that I was going to have to come up with the 8k by summer 2026 (when my smog inspection was due). I thought at one point I was sold a faulty vehicle too and even tried to receive compensation for the error. Turns out that wasn't the case, and even if it was, there wasn't much I could about it anymore. I took it to others who quoted me ridiculous prices for a simple diagnostic, I took it to others that just simply couldn't tell me what was wrong, and then to make things more confusing, the light would go on and off and would even go off long enough for me to pass smog!!! (Even though the first guy I went to said my catalytic converter was bad). Then, I looked online and found Master Tech. Great reviews, great location in the South Bay (Torrance), and fair pricing. Diagnostic was about 160, which would go toward repairs if needed, and if they couldn't find the issue I'd pay zero dollars! When I first got there, already Herbert pointed out things no mechanic pointed out before. I was told and under the impression that all my sensors were new and changed... they weren't. He also informed me that my vehicle was an American built one (not Japanese or Canadian, which I heard can make all the difference in quality). That's information that, although wasn't a huge concern, let me know that this guy paid attention to detail and really cared about what he was doing. He then told me to leave it with him later on in the week so he could give the vehicle TLC (tender love and care), and to be comfortable with not having my vehicle for a couple days (wasn't a problem at all). Eventually he gets back to me after a day and lets me know that the sensor had to be changed out with an oem one, as the previous mechanic put in an aftermarket one. On the day that I picked the car up and paid for the install, we both hopped in and took it for a ride, and the engine was running smooth like butter now. No more rich running (causing my gas to burn faster), and no more harsh shifting. He then hands me over the old sensor and informs me that I should go get my money back from the other mechanic. It turns out, the other guy was trying to screw me over (surprise, surprise!), whereas Herbert was honest and righteous. The piece the other mechanic put in was a Bosch sensor, made specifically for German made vehicles. Smh. It was for VOLKSWAGENS and the like ONLY. He was just trying to get me to pay him thousands, and perhaps allow me to further damage my engine and transmission from the issues he was forcing my vehicle to go thru for the time that it wasn't working properly due to a lazy, incompatible o2 sensor. I was relieved that I found Herbert who was able to help me and install the correct piece for a fair price (443 roughly, as opposed to the almost 700 dollars the dealer would've tried to charge me). I like his style, and he is definitely a righteous mechanic. Thank you bro!
