All of your oil change needs this is the place to go oh by the way don't forget to mention it's your first time you will get a discount I pay over $100 for a synthetic oil on my 2022 Honda pilot here I pay less that $75 give them a try you won't be disappointed take it from a picky person like my self I don't like taking my car anywhere aside from the dealer I trust this guys! Too many times have I gone to places that try to up sell me on unnecessary things, but these guys are honest. Within 2 minutes of my arrival, my car is already being worked on. If you're in area and in need of an oil change or other services, make sure to check these guys out! read more

I was in the area for work and my truck needed an oil change badly. I was also having some Louis noises coming from my grunt end from my last trip to the desert. Alex and his crew quickly found that I had a missing bolt on my motor mount! They replaced that and went through my whole suspension to be sure everything was solid. These guys rock! Went in for an oil change with no appointment. Chris checked my rig out and found a damage thermostat housing, I was leaking fluid. They were able to get the part, install it and get it all done quickly. He also tightened up some of the suspension bolts. Just a bunch of good genuine car people trying to keep you safe. Steve the manager at Lube King is awesome! Went in there for a quick oil change! Nothing like the guys at Jiffy Lube that take over an hour just to do a oil change. Steve is very proffesional, offers you water and explains everything to you. Excellent service and good prices! About $10 cheaper than the competition! Just got my oil changed at Lube King last Friday. The whole experience was quick and easy. They changed the oil and checked all the fluids and filters. Both air filters were the original ones installed when I bought the car over 10 years ago. They show both clogged filters to me and asked if I wanted to have them changed? Both were replaced and the car runs like new now. Waited less than 30 minutes for everything and they also cleaned the windows and gave me a FREE bottle of water while I waited. Highly recommend and they are having a grand opening special right now. read more

Went to jiffy lube to get my oil change had to wait for a while and when I finally got helped they tried adding extra things that I didn't need, wasn't there for. Looked for a another place when I came across lube king so i decided decided to give it a shot. Was helped right away. Not only was the service great but was speedy as well. Staff was great and were super welcoming for sure the first place I would think about for any of my automotive needs. read more

Went here for an oil change, came out with new brakes as well. While I'm always skeptical when it comes to "other things" that I have to do to fix my car, it was 150 dollars which is a reasonable price. It was all done very quickly, and although I felt a difference in the brakes, they are just as responsive as before now. Would recommend read more

The technician Hector that helped me today was extremely unprofessional, careless, and irresponsible. If I could give 0 stars I would, because customer service from him was the beyond terrible. Background: I came in there for a normal oil change around 9:45am in the morning. There was only one other car there and overall didn't seem too busy. However the technician that came to help me had a persistent cough that day so I kept my window half up as a protective barrier. He constantly coughed through our conversation (which normally I wouldn't mind from anyone) but the fact he would cough openly without a mask or would not at least cough into the elbow made me extremely uneasy. I'd often have to ask him to repeat himself because his coughs made it difficult to understand him and he became very frustrated by this. He blamed me for keeping my window up as the issues for not hearing him (but I've done this at other locations and never had an issue), blamed my window up for why my tap to pay wouldn't work , and then tapped aggressively on my window to bring it down (which I would not do as I was also protecting my family inside who witnessed his awful behavior). Eventually I had to pay with my card which worked, but he returned it with oil marks left all over my white card. I had to ask for a napkin to wipe the oil off my card and my hands, but 1) I'm pretty sure that's a safety hazard getting oil on the customer and 2) he certainly was not changing gloves as needed according to the valvoline health and safety guidelines. As someone who works in healthcare, I understand if you need to work while sick or with a cough, but it's completely unprofessional to be rude to your customers for your lack of hygiene.

Overall it was a bust and repairing it wasn't worth it but I appreciated the honesty and thorough evaluation. The garage itself has access through the alley, street entrance is pretty busy. We communicated via text and phone but during drop off and pick up the main guy wasn't around. He shares the garage with someone else and that person helped us when the main guy wasn't there (sorry I can't remember his name). He gave us a very straightforward, no-nonsense estimate and only recommended the work he actually felt was necessary. The price was fair, and that honesty is what made us decide to go with him. There were definitely some challenges along the way, especially with permits in our city. Apparently it is much tougher than others when it comes to permits, and it ended up requiring a lot more paperwork and extra effort than he expected. Even with all that, Cyrus stuck to his original quote and never tried to charge us more, which we really appreciated. Jaime and Jesus handled the installation of the air handler, ductwork, and heat pump. They worked hard, were very respectful of our home, kept things clean, and honestly were much quieter doing the work than I expected considering all the cutting and installation involved. They also worked hard to finish ahead of the timeline they originally gave us. Inspection passed with no issues, and now we've been using the AC for months with zero problems. Overall, we're really happy with the work and would definitely recommend them.

I went in there for a oil change, the guys not only did the oil change for me but they vacume your car for you, top off your windshield fluid, rotate your tires, and add air freshner to your interior! all for free! Yes better service than your dealership! The service writer was very professional, he offered me a cup of water, and also pointed out that next time I should consider doing a transmission flush that my car was due for one. Came here for an oil change and to have my tires rotated. I will say the service was fast. However, they did not secure one of my hubcaps to one of the wheels. So when I came home it was lost. And they are blaming it on wheel being old. When in reality they just went really fast with the service. read more
