I had the vehicle towed in and Brian took care of everything. The diagnostic was done extremely quickly and he kept in contact with the warranty company. Communication with me was amazing every step of the way and I could not have asked for better service. A short time later the transmission went out, nothing to due with the first repair. I again had it towed to Mann's and they took care of everything from the moment it was towed in to the day I got the vehicle back. Communication was excellent and Brian advocated for me with the warranty company. I can't say enough good things about Mann's. They have great communication, are reasonable priced and are honest. I would highly recommend them to any of my family and friends.

I always check reviews before choosing a place to ensure they treat customers right and offer honest service. That's what led me to call them directly and ask about the Groupon deal they were advertising. During the call, I mentioned I had a Groupon and asked about the requirements for booking an appointment. While the man on the phone (whose name I didn't catch) began scheduling me, he informed me there would be an additional $25 charge for an oil filter replacement and oil disposal -- on top of the $50 Groupon. I let him know that the extra cost was a bit high for me and was simply trying to understand the full pricing. Before I could finish explaining or ask any follow-up questions, he cut me off, talked over me, and told me to go find someplace cheaper -- then abruptly hung up. I was shocked at how dismissive and rude he was. There was no attempt to clarify, help, or even show basic courtesy. Customer service means a lot to me, and this experience was a red flag. I take good care of my car and expect the same level of care and professionalism from anyone I trust to work on it. If someone is quick to hang up on a potential customer, I can only imagine how they might handle customers' vehicles behind closed doors. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend MANS Auto. Respect and professionalism go a long way, and I hope they consider improving how they treat people on the phone -- it's the first impression that matters most.

What I appreciated most about All Access is that they were honest and up front about the extend of the damage and the cost of the repair and transparent about the fact that anything less would not be worth the cost - even though they could have taken apart my engine for $800 and then told me the same thing. They also allowed me to keep my broken car at their location for a week while I figured things out. I truly appreciated their honesty and kindness, and if I lived in Fresno, they'd be my go-to for repairs!

For example, I recently brought in my Ford Expedition because it wouldn't start. Initially, the issue was misdiagnosed, and an expensive engine procedure was performed. Once they realized the mistake, they immediately informed me and did not charge me for the unnecessary work. My bill dropped from nearly $1,000 to about $264.
