Wanted to find somewhere good for dinner but not super crazy price wise. Don't get me wrong, still Vegas prices here but our food was so good!!! I really enjoyed my lamb bolognese and my husbands chicken parm was great. (Only downside, can't substitute the noodle that comes w the chicken parm) it was crispy and they served the warm cheese table side! Our server was great and knowledgeable. He even brought us out a free dessert for our anniversary which was an amazing touch to end our night! Thanks Luchini! :)

We originally went to a restaurant across from Luchini, but they only served drinks, so Italian became our next choice. We arrived at Luchini just before closing and ordered the focaccia bread -- an absolute must. It was incredibly delicious. My son and I both ordered the Chicken Parmesan, and as serious Chicken Parmesan connoisseurs, we were impressed. The chicken was served first, then topped tableside with melted cheese and sauce. It was amazing -- easily the best Chicken Parmesan I've ever had. The service was outstanding, the soft background music created a relaxing atmosphere, and the setting itself was beautiful. Overall, this restaurant was extremely impressive.

We dined at Luchini last night after seeing KA. We were close to their last seating, so the restaurant was pretty empty. Matthew was our waiter--he greeted us promptly, asked if we'd dined there before (we hadn't), and gave us time to review the menu before taking our order. To start, we had the focaccia bread and the fritto misto. The bread was amazing--crispy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. The fritto misto was a generous portion for four people, and we couldn't finish it. For entrées: I had the chicken parmigiana, my mother-in-law ordered the chicken marsala, my husband had the burrata ravioli, and my cousin got the salmon alla puttanesca. The burrata ravioli was very good, but definitely on the smaller side--order a side if you're hungry. The salmon was average and felt like something you could get at a chain restaurant. The chicken parmigiana was the highlight of the meal--tender enough to cut with a fork, with plenty of sauce and cheese. The spaghetti on the side was just okay. Unfortunately, the chicken marsala was very disappointing. The chicken was thick when it should have been pounded thin, greasy, overcooked, and tough--you needed a steak knife to cut it. We let our waiter know, and to their credit, they removed it from the bill. The atmosphere was nice, but the music didn't match the vibe. We expected classic Italian crooners like Sinatra or Tony Bennett, but most of the night featured modern music. Oddly, the more fitting music played at the very end of our meal. Overall, I'd give Luchini 3 solid stars--some standout dishes, but a few misses that keep it from being a top-tier Italian spot.

    Pretty sure this isn't prosciutto

Waited for Luchini to open / ordered the chop salad with prosciutto and "grandmas meatballs" to open and a bolognese for supper. The chop salad had no prosciutto and had substituted it with chopped salami possibly from a local Walmart while putting enough vinegar based dressing to re-shape my facial musculature!. . I asked why I had the salami instead of prosciutto and the young man behind the bar asked...."are you allergic. Wow - wrong answer. The meatballs were bland but inoffensive, and the bolognese was fairly tasty. Food just ok, attitude- damn - with the prices you pay in Vegas this was pathetic. Didn't seem to enjoy their jobs even a little bit -

We came in about 7:00 pm first day in MGM. I like the ambiance . Nicely decorated friendly staff . We first ordered the charcuterie platter . They had generous portion of cheese three sweet buns prosciutto salami . Enjoyed the platter .I ordered lobster with risotto. Not much lobster in your plate for the price they charge . Plus my lobster was very salty .I liked my risotto. My husband ordered Branzini .He liked his dish. I wish they served it with fresh vegetables rather than tomatoes .I tasted it didn't find it very tasty .

We at at the bar area and the bar tenders were very friendly and made good recommendations. The place overall was very modern in design, and with the televisions it had a pleasant and laid back vibe to it. They have gluten free substitutions for a lot of things. The main reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I had to sub pasta for the gluten free option which is only penne and it's extremely basic noodles. We didn't have the ability to try their noodles which are apparently handmade and fresh. The chicken Parmesan was great (not gluten free) and a huge portion. The bolognese sauce was very good so I'm sure it's even better on fresh pasta. The fried calamari and shrimp were very good as well and the sauce they come with has a slight kick. The cake was awesome and huge! Overall very good and would definitely come back. Be prepared to come home with leftovers. Review from November 2025

Went here for Thursday night dinner about 30 mins before they closed. Our waitress Jessica was really nice and attentive. We just ordered the chicken parmigiana and the rigatoni and the food came out quick within 10 mins. The chicken parmigiana was a very healthy portion and came with spaghetti and was made perfectly, not too much breading, good amount of melted cheese and the sauce was tasty. My friends rigatoni was also on par with a fairly healthy tasty meal. We sat at one of the high tables right near the edge so we were able to people watch which always interesting in Vegas.

Food and service was good. The calamari was tasty. The restaurant is located inside MGM Grand

Got here just in time to catch happy hour that ended at 5:30. Enjoyed a Caesar Salad and the meatballs and everything was very tasty! They do make you get a drink in order to "unlock" the happy hour menu. Cute atmosphere, I believe they also have a speak easy in the back to check out.

Too commercial. 2 waiters whom are arguing with each other to serve our and other tables. Uncomfortable. Staff is trying to get you in and out as quick as possible. Price vs food quality is out of balance making it a poor value for the money

We stopped after a show and the food was good. Try the pinwheel lasagna which is different. Service was good despite our server handling multiple tables including one party of 20 people. She did forget to put in our side dish but she owned up to it.

Pepperoni pizza by the slice.... perfect for a foodie's quick fix. Located in side the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino

Luchini was located inside MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. This seemed like a quick stop location that offered pizza by the slice... and a whole pizza starting at only $48! Service was quick and this food spot was convenient. We took it to watch the game at Losers Most Wanted Bar. This big slice was on a plate and in a paper bag. It had great flavor. The crust was crispy, pepperoni were curled up with grease in the center... this was a great way to spend almost $10!!! (Ouch!) This pizza was worth its money in flavor and quality easily. I would've gone back if there was not so much more on the strip.

Our family of 4, 2 kids ages 9 and 10, visited Luchini Italian Restaurant inside MGM Grand for dinner December 28, 2025. We had reservations and were seated right away. The space felt like a classic Italian bistro, very welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive from the start. It was an easy relaxed meal after a long day and never felt rushed. The food was the highlight. The Shrimp Scampi appetizer was excellent with a thick reduced sauce that was very garlicky and buttery with strong and intense flavors. The sauce was cooked down and packed a punch. The house bread was fantastic on its own; soft, thick and with a crunchy crust almost like Detroit style deep dish pizza, with a little tomato sauce and cheese on top. It paired really well with the Marinara Sauce which was balanced and not too acidic. Dipping the bread into the Shrimp Scampi sauce was delicious but almost overwhelming because of how rich it was. My wife and I split one order of the Shortrib Lasagna Pinwheels. They were very savory and rich. My wife's' portion had slightly dry crunchy edges but mine were perfect so we swapped and it worked out. The kids meals were a big win. Ethan loved his plain pasta (not on the menu)and Addy loved her Spaghetti Napoleta so much that she asked the server to pass along compliments to the chef. Portion sizes are generous and we were completely full by the end. We skipped dessert simply because we could not eat another bite. From a kid standpoint this was an easy and comfortable dinner. Familiar pasta options friendly service and a calm environment made it stress free. Overall Luchini Italian Restaurant at MGM Grand delivered bold flavorful Italian comfort food in a relaxed family friendly setting and exceeded expectations for a Strip resort restaurant. We would definitely come back to try more items on the menu given the opportunity!

Ask the Community - Luchini Italian Restaurant

Is there cigarette smoking allowed inside the establishment?

No, technically in the avenue where the majority of the restaurants are there is no smoking allowed but people are rude and inconsiderate and smoke anyway. But in the restaurants especially there is no smoking allowed.

    Are shorts allowef?

I wore dress shorts and was allowed in, I don't know about more casual shorts

Unfortunately, it just didn't hit the same way for me, and I left feeling a little underwhelmed. Fast forward to this trip to Las Vegas, and after a serious sweet tooth kicked in, I decided to give Milk Bar another shot. This time, I went all in and ordered the DIY Build-Your-Own Pint. Was it on the double-dollar-sign side of things? Absolutely. Did I regret it? Not even a little. Being able to customize everything felt oddly liberating, and the end result was exactly what I was craving. Every bite delivered. It was sweet, indulgent, packed with texture. Bomb dot com. The experience itself was surprisingly fun too. The staff was friendly, and at one point they had hardstyle music blasting through their speakers. As someone who had just survived EDC weekend, I couldn't help but point it out, which sparked a fun conversation and a few laughs with the employees. The good vibes extended to the line as well. Even though there were people waiting, it never felt long because everyone was chatting and enjoying the atmosphere. If I had one complaint, it's not really about the food at all. Milk Bar at the Cosmopolitan operates more as a walk-up window than a true dessert destination. Personally, I think the desserts are good enough to deserve a cozy sit-down concept where people can slow down and enjoy what they're ordering. Still, this visit completely redeemed Milk Bar in my eyes. Great service, a fun atmosphere, and a dessert that finally lived up to the hype I remembered.
