    We just happened to see a Lucid showroom when we entered the mall, so we had to go check it out! Amir was very knowledgeable and knew all the features compared to other electric vehicles on the market. My husband and I both got to test drive the car and were impressed with the features and aesthetic look of the car! Thanks for being so helpful and also offering us water on a hot day!

    Was traveling for business and discovered there was a Lucid studio in Scottsdale, and absolutely had to check out the new Lucid air. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to schedule a test drive the following day, which was a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend visiting if you are into automobiles, especially EV's.

    Their customer service rep here is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. They were very friendly and allowed us to view the car inside and out. Definitely interesting to see how they'd compete with Tesla model S. The backseat is more spacious than model S. It could be a plus or a deal breaker depending on what you're looking for. Highly recommend to check it out. It's located lower level near Harkin's.

    I wanted to take this time to put in a compliment for 2 of your employees,Brooke "From Delaware" (Sales Rep. @ Fashion Square Mall) along with Tish O'Neal at your Service Center in Scottsdale. I've heard of the company LUCID mentioned several times around the valley, but haven't really taken a closer look at the car itself, until I saw one on the road beside me. Usually I get the drivers attention to compliment them on how nice their car is, but I missed that opportunity. However, I did recall a LUCID company that took over the location where Barrett Jackson's used to be, on Scottsdale Rd. I wasn't aware at the time, that it was a LUCID service center for current LUCID vehicle owners. 1st, I tried to get in through the wrong door, but good thing I don't get embarrassed easily. A young lady, from inside, motioned me to come through the other door to enter. As I walked to the other door, I noticed a bowl of water set outside for our 4 legged friends / "Family" members so right there I noticed they were A Pet Friendly establishment, And the fact that they had umbrellas for those once in a while rainy days. I also noticed how clean the Service Center was, almost like a showroom quality cleanliness to it. I greeted the staff with my usual, "Good after-morning" greeting, as a temperature check to test their sense of humor. They all passed because it I received a positive reaction from them. There are met a young lady by the name of Tish O'Neill, and a gentleman, whom I didn't get his name, behind the front desk. They both greeted me and also had a good sense of humor off the bat, even though my "Dad Jokes" are a hit & miss sometimes. The Tech / "IT-Mechanic" with red hair, a gentleman, who might have been a service manager because of the way he carried himself, Leadership type of demeanor, we're all very kind with a great sense of humor as well. Now, we never know what a potential customer, current customer, or employee may be going through at the time, in life. However, some things like laughter, professionalism, and patience made me feel better about my day and situation, even though, Mom knew, Cars, Art, People, and Advancement in Technology were / are my passion since a young age. I can definitely say that I had a good experience with all 4 of these from The LUCID's Staff Team today, from the service center to the sales Department at the Fashion Square Mall. I wanted to take a closer look at the Lucid vehicles and take a test drive, like TESLA did in the past, so I could get a feel for it, but I was referred to the Sales location inside of Fashion Square, Mall. There I met a Sales Team Member by name Brooke, "From Delaware." I have another younger sister living in Delaware as well, so we established a rapport and a ME-2 right away. I'm a believer of Friends 1st Business 2nd to establish a good solid relationship prior to doing business with someone or a company.." She was very professional, actively listened, knowledgeable about the company and it's cars, and where the company is headed. She was also very patient I knew her job well. She went over the Lucid grand touring air edition with me from front to back and the interior. She also directed me to the screen which showed a LUCID Sapphire BLUE edition with multiple Upgraded and enormous amounts of power, range, and designs. She also went over the different choices of interiors and 2-toned options. As my time to leave came closer and closer, I kept seeing other things that caught my eye and sparked another conversation. There was a watch, a Headphone, a mini-wooden chair, a round handled flat-head and a Bishop/Phillip screw driver inside of a glass table filled with other inspirations and ideas that gave birth to the LUCID Brand. I WAS IMPRESSED! If I were a Mystery Shopper for LUCID, the Staff would have gotten a HIGH score from me, even though there's always room for improvements. I definitely would like to be a LUCID Grand Touring AIR and or SAPPHIRE BLUE customer in the future, or near future once I'm able to hand over $155k-$255k for one of those BADBOYZ!! Hopefully, 1 day, we can have 1 or multiple LUCID's Futuristic Vehicle/Spaceship as part of the fleet for my friend's Private Chauffeur & Transportation company, Celebrity Limousines and AZ Party Buses and Limousines. Insha'Allah (God Willing) I again want to thank everyone at LUCID for the great experience which led me to put in this lengthy review / compliment. A message was sent to Garrett Cavner with LUCID MOTORS to please commend his Team Members along with sending KUDOS to himself as well for his 1st impression, Sharp GQ style and great Positive Attitude.     BEWARE BEFORE BUYING FROM MERCEDES-BENZ ARROWHEAD…read more I purchased a 2025 Mercedes C63s with fewer than 3,000 miles on it. The vehicle was sold to me as "Certified Pre-Owned," which supposedly means the car has passed extensive inspections and is in excellent condition. Before purchasing, I specifically asked whether there were any issues with the vehicle and was repeatedly assured the car was in perfect condition and ready to go. The car was delivered to me, and within 20 minutes of our VERY FIRST drive, the vehicle went into limp mode and the check engine light came on. I pulled over with my two small children, turned the vehicle off, and then the car would not restart. A large RED warning message appeared on the dashboard and the vehicle was completely disabled on the side of the road. This was the first drive after taking delivery of a supposedly "Certified" luxury vehicle. When I contacted the dealership, I was told I would need to have the vehicle towed to Mercedes for diagnosis. After sitting for a week, I was informed the problem was "just a loose boost hose" and that the car was fixed and ready for pickup. We paid for transportation to collect the vehicle, only for the check engine light to come back on AGAIN less than 10 minutes into the drive home. We barely made it back to the dealership. The vehicle has now been at the dealership for FOUR WEEKS, and I am now being told the car may have: * A hybrid battery issue * A turbo issue * Communication system faults In other words, the vehicle appears to have serious underlying problems that clearly existed before it was sold to me. What is most concerning is that this vehicle was marketed and sold as "Certified Pre-Owned." At this point, that certification feels completely meaningless and nothing more than a marketing tactic designed to justify charging customers more money. To make matters worse, the dealership offered to buy the vehicle back, but expected me to absorb nearly $3,000 in fees despite the car failing almost immediately after delivery. Imagine purchasing a "Certified" Mercedes that breaks down on the first drive, only to then be charged thousands of dollars to return it. This is not the level of service, accountability, or quality anyone expects from a luxury brand like Mercedes-Benz. This experience has felt more like dealing with a shady used car lot than a flagship Mercedes dealership. I am simply asking for a fair resolution: * A full refund including fees OR * A proper replacement vehicle of equal value and condition Customers should not be financially punished for a dealership selling a defective "Certified" vehicle.

We did not. - When I asked how the price jumped. $12,000 he said "oops I hit a wrong key, let me fix that" he then said they charged $1,899 for things the dealership added and couldn't be removed in order to get the car ready for sale. Well, that's not my concern- that's dealer prep. I don't pay for that- that the cost of doing business for them. I was shopping online and he told me the prices online on their website is not the TRUE selling price but a guesstimate. Because they were making no money on financing or add ons he said the price changed online. I went online figuring to pay for a car , taxes, license, doc fee ( questionable) but in the end - after fixing his mistake from above still had tacked on $6,000 to the online price . At that point I was more than done with his lies and Right Honda. I have so much more to say but I'm exhausted from all the back & forth with much of that making No SENSE. The breakdown given me changed three times never for added items . When he thought he had an interested car buyer he thought he had a SUCKER ! Stay FAR away from RiGHT HONDA---

What really set this dealership apart happened when I came back to have my windows tinted. I had just finished working a graveyard shift, and unfortunately, it was the only time I could bring my car in. I was completely exhausted and tried to find somewhere to sleep just a little. Edward one of the managers noticed me and kindly offered to show me to a quiet area with comfortable chairs where I could actually get some sleep while I waited. On top of that, he was able to expedite the tinting process so I could get home sooner. That level of kindness and customer service meant a lot to me. I had previously bought another vehicle and had it serviced by Chapman Chrysler and always had great experiences with them, so I hoped it would be the same with Chapman Ford. The service advisor that I spoke to on the phone when making my appointment had advised that I had several open recalls on my vehicle and that the parts weren't available at this time. They recommended that I bring my Ford Explorer in so they could inspect it and start a paper trail in order to get me on the waiting list for parts. When I brought my vehicle in, the original service advisor whom I had spoken with on the phone was not in that day. Darryl Wesley, another service advisor, assisted me. He was friendly and professional. Darryl checked his computer and advised that they had the parts available to make the suspension repairs on my vehicle. That was great news, because that was one of the more "important" of the four recalls. I told him to go ahead and have their team start the work. He asked if I wanted to wait at the dealership or get a ride home. I opted for a ride home and they paid for a Lyft to take me home. My vehicle was ready later that afternoon and I had a friend drive me back to the dealership. My bill was $0 and there were no "upsells." I was thrilled because that some dealerships are known to try to push further repairs. I am still on the waiting list for the three other recalls but am very glad to have gotten the ball rolling. I will definitely return to Chapman Ford again.
