Service dept forgot to tighten the lug nuts on a rim of a family member's electric vehicle, one lug nut therefore fell off and another was about to fall off, and a terrible accident almost occurred with my wife and daughter in vehicle. Also returned vehicle covered in bird droppings. Really wish they'd do better. Hopefully a review by Porsche NA will cause them to step up and improve as currently they are a stain on the Porsche brand. Tried reaching out to owner on Linked In but he wrote back to me quickly and harshly saying I was probably making false allegations before he even looked at the photos or videos or his own service records. I told him that isn't a nice way to treat customers but he let his personal anger come through. There are lessons to be learned here in how not to treat a customer, lest you have less customers. (Owner of dealership claims it's not his fault because he hired a 3rd party to fix the rim and it's that 3 party's fault even though he hired them, took the car to and from them, brought it back to his dealership, and then he delivered it to us with loose lugnuts). UPDATE: As an update the owner falsely wrote below that there was no bird poop on the vehicle when it was delivered back to us along with other falsities. The photos attached prove otherwise and as you can see the car was still on their flatbed being dropped off when the photos were taken. He also falsely wrote that we hadn't informed the dealership of the bird poop. The attached screen shot proves that wrong too. In life we are lucky that we have choices, you can choose to spend your hard earned money with someone like this person below who writes multiple pages blaming their customers, or someone who genuinely believes in taking care of their customers and owns up to mistakes. Worst Porsche Dealership in the nation. Zero enthusiasm here. No hi, Hello, How are you and I've been here 12 times now. Know one even greets people here coming in or in passing. Very cold feeling place. When you're here they make you feel out of place. I came in after working out as i do BodyBuilding to ask about about a Code Reading. I go up to the parts and I wait seven minutes. I finally get a guy. He says after saying i would like to see my codes please? He says they can't i need to speak to anyone service advisor. None on staff at the moment. I see a service something he says we can't do that. They need to bring the car in the back. I say ok can we do that. *Note I'm looking for a code which is MAX 4, minute to do. He says you will have to wait 2+ weeks to get that. I'm merely shocked at this point to read a OBD2 Code? He than says it will cost me $200+ Dollars. I almost said you gotta be fing me. I just want a code that's stored. Ridiculous know wonder why six of us in chandler don't go here. They all have similar reviews as well. This place lacks any sort of enthusiasm or energy it's as quiet as a library in here everytime. Not to mention the guy is looking me up and down obviously judging me by my looks (Gym Attire) This place is more dead than a funeral home. I would never trust Porsche Chandler with any car ever again! I took my car in to be repaired. No communication! Awful customer service. When I did finally get my car back, I pulled into my garage, opened the passenger door (part to be repaired) and a part fell off my car. After back and forth for weeks the service manager tells me that the part was broken when I brought the car in. Complete lie. But let's entertain his theory, if it was broken when I brought the car in, why would you put a broken part back on when that was the very thing the car was in to have repaired?? Makes no sense. $1222 to repair a passenger window and I'm called a liar over a $30 part. Just an awful overall experience. These guys are supposed to know their Porsche Classics yet these clowns didn't know Jack about getting a wheel lock key for my '94 964. The "advisor" told me to go then them drilled and risk damaging my original Cup 1 wheels. Unacceptable!!! The gentleman at Porsche North Scottsdale knew exactly which wheel locks I had, came out to my car with a master set and matched up the key and $36 later I was able to remove my wheels. I'm so upset that this dealership has the Porsche Classic status yet they don't even know what a 1994 Targa is let alone what wheel lock key set works with these cars. I have experienced the best service at this Porsche dealership from the service department! Scheduled an appointment, showed up at the scheduled date/time, and car was done same day. Only downfall was not being able to get a loaner vehicle. I wish they could have gotten me a loaner because I was stuck at the dealership the entire time of my car's service. Went across the street to the bagel place and got breakfast and looked around at the new cars. They had a decent snack/drink bar. I was also able to test drive a cayman and 911 on a separate occasion here. The sales team was one of the best I have dealt with when it comes to test driving a potential new car. I was going to order a build through this dealership, however they do not get the allocations, so the odds of getting my build through this dealership were slim to none, or 5+ years out. I'll definitely continue service here, however will not be ordering builds here, which is a bit disappointing since the service is so great! read more

So I really want to love my Porsche dealer.... Bought my first Porsche in 1976. Bought a new Taycan and the pick up was a disaster....salesperson was too busy to deliver, had other customers at his desk so we ended up having to come back to be educated by others about the car. Well, now, my car is back for recalls and an airbag light. It's been sitting for 8 days as apparently the airbag repair is a big issue and they are understaffed to address it. I foolishly used their valet service (which is now a charge) rather than a loaner. I asked for a loaner as this is getting nuts but none are available. Really? SERVICE UPDATE...PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY A PORSCHE FROM CHANDLER I bought a special order 2023 Porsche Macan GTS...and I had to return it to dealership after only 2 weeks...The vehicle was in the Chandler Porsche Service shop for 3 weeks!!!!. They FAILED to correct the issue (terrible clicking in the rear suspension (safety issue?). The vehicle was "bad" when delivered to me. I purchased this vehicle for my wife's retirement...a "once in a lifetime gift" for her to "cherish" in the future. It unfortunately has not been that event. Her special order Porsche (that we waited over 3 months for) is defective. instead of "loving" her vehicle...she hates it, and I don't blame her...she only had it 2 weeks and then it went to the Porsche service department for 3 weeks.. and now has to go back again? I had to rent a vehicle to go on vacation because my brand new 2023 Porsche was in the repair shop...and Chandler Porsche WOULDN'T allow me to use their loaner. Bought a new Macan last March. Had a lot of issues with the electronic, the app etc... Had to go back 3 times and they were unable to fix it. Last time I waited 3 hours 1/2 and still not fixed. Supposed to get a call back from them the following week.... Never got it. They don't care for their customers. A "big family of car lovers"? Really ? No way Don't go there, they're unhelpful and they only care about your money. I traded my Macan for a Lexus this month and it's GREAT! And the electronic works amazing. read more

Just completed my second service at Porsche Chandler. I am glad this dealership is available to service my Porsche. This is the service I expect from a Porsche dealership immediate response when calling to set an appointment or get information and being greeted when arriving for service. This was the service I received from my former dealer before I moved to AZ. and Chandler Porsche has not disappointed. I must admit that I did give Scottsdale Porsche a call for both my 40k service and my recent brake job as they are much closer but their lack of response cemented having Chandler Porsche do my service work. Scottsdale Porsche not only never returned my calls for a price request once but twice apparently this request is something that is below them. When I call Chandler Porsche I go direct to either Tim or Dan and get my questions answered immediately. Hats off to these guys you represent the dealership well. Although its nearly 50 miles from my home I will use Chandler Porsche for my service needs. I also look forward to dealing with the entire staff at Chandler when replacing this car. My wife and I just picked up the 2022 Porsche Macan that we ordered three months ago from this Dealership, and we were so pleased with the overall experience that we felt compelled to write this additioanl review, as a way of properly recognizing just how wonderful we found it! To begin with, when we custom built our Macan online, we first tried the Porsche Dealership in Scottsdale, and they tried to tack on a $10,000 premium! That led us to try Porsche Chandler, and we got got off to a MUCH better start, when they told us that they would sell us the Macan at MSRP! Then, once the Car finally arrived, and we went down to the Dealership to pick it up, the entire process couldn't have been more pleasant! Our Salesman, Adam, was so clearly happy for us, and that carried through with every additional person that took part in the process! The Sales Manager (Haydn) came over to congratulate us and took a few minutes to chat with us. The two people in Finance (Tony & Bob) BOTH helped us with the next step! Bob got us a much better Finance Rate than we were able to find for ourselves, and Tony helped explain the different Service Programs that their Dealership made available, so that we would be able to save substantial sums on future maintenance and potential repairs. But he did so in a very informative but low key way. We were not pressured to purchase any of their Service Programs, and we ended up buying two of their programs and not buying two others. And Tony could not have been more relaxed and friendly throughout. Even the two ladies at the Front Receptionist Desk could not have been more delightful! Both Lisa and TL were cheerful and welcoming, and really made us feel at home, there! Finally, getting back again to our Salesman, Adam, we wanted to give SPECIAL commendation, since he was the person that we had the most contact with down there, BY FAR. He had been our point person all the way from ordering the car through picking it up, patiently answered every question that we emailed or called him on, over the entire three months that we had to wait. And we had a LOT of questions! Lol! He also was the person who helped explain all of the ins and outs of how the Macan worked, once we got down there to pick it up, including pairing our Cell Phones to our Car, and pairing the Remote Controls to our Car, for our Community Gate and our Garage Door! He took a good half-hour, at least, in going through everything with us and performing those extra tasks! WOW! We can't recommend this Dealership highly enough! I would not recommend bringing a car here for service. They have had my car for over four months and yet I cannot get a phone call to give me an update. I feel like I have to harass their service department for someone to call me back, which isn't the customer service I would expect from a luxury brand. For example, I was told on 8/25 my car would be done 8/27 and that they would call me. They didn't and when I called, they wouldn't return my calls. Called the next week on 9/1, no call returned. I had to call three times on 9/9 to be told that I would get an update on 9/10, and I didn't. This is just two weeks of what all summer has been like. If you get Mike L. as your service advisor, I highly recommend asking for someone else who wont promise you call backs that never happen. read more

Just a horrible service. Went in for an oil change and was told it would take 2 hrs. Took my 3 weeks to just get that scheduled. I waited in their lounge. After 3hr 15min I had to go ask how much longer. I went to see my service advisor and he was chatting with a mechanic for 4 minutes (yes, I did time it as I was very upset at that point). Never acknowledged my existence. Then finally turned to me, and when I asked how much longer just laughed. He apologized saying he was very busy as the only advisor there. My car was done for 15 minutes and he was surprised it was done. I would have had to wait longer if I did not take the initiative. I received a call about my service from this dealership after a few days and told them what happened. No call back from a manager so I emailed Porsche directly. The next day I did receive a call from the manager full of excuses and apologies. A week later I received a standard cut and paste from Porsche HQ saying yada yada yada. Even though I will have to drive 30 minutes to the Scottsdale dealership, I will gladly do so to avoid this place. I suggest you do also. The 2 stars is for the excellent receptionist who was so nice and friendly and the quality of their lounge area. The rest was just garbage. read more

I was attempting to purchase a Porsche Sport Turismo from this dealership and their salesman by the name of Christopher Sommerfield was helping me or really working against me as he never followed up with me! Absolutely no customer service. I thought we we finalizing a deal in which he never called me back after he was taking the deal to his management only to find out days later that the car sold and not to me. This dealership is very responsive and capable of handling service requests and getting parts quickly when needed. However, it is VERY expensive. Don't bother asking for an appraisal on your car because the numbers you will get will disappoint and insult. They have very few cars and the dealership is alarmingly vacant. I live in California, and bought a pre-owned 2018 Audi RS5 sight unseen from Chandler. This car was traded in 2 days before we bought it, so the team took a few days to sort everything out before we flew out to get the car. The whole team there was great, but specifically Chris Pauken, our salesman was one of the best salesman I have ever had. From taking phone calls, answering txts promptly, and going above and beyond to ensure I knew everything about the vehicles condition, to helping us plan when to come pick up the vehicle. Chris did so much behind the scenes that we didn't even know until we got there, such as getting the car new tires, an oil change, and a new pollen filter. I got pictures of everything, as well as detailed iteneraries about what was going on with the car during the whole process. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone, as he is a professional at this. To wiping down the car as it was being pulled into the delivery bay, to responding to all my questions (I had a lot of them). He either knew it all, or asked the right people, and ensured I never felt in the dark. If you purchase a new Porsche here, be prepared to endure the sales closing person trying to encourage you into parting with more money. Many finance department post sale extras are "one time offer" protection options that are very pricy. That kind of "one time only" finance department sales pressure is silly and soured me a bit on this dealership. So, do your research before you go into the finance department to sign your doc's. Ask yourself, do you want/need to spend thousands and thousands extra for tire, ding, etc., protection when you could replace all four tires for less cost than a tire protection package will cost you over 5 years. read more

Had our first experience buying a fancy, new vehicle this weekend. We visited several dealerships - NONE compare. We had an outstanding experience with this dealership, especially Emil. I am a "penny pincher" by nature, but my husband has wanted this car as long as I've known him, so it was time to splurge! Emil never pressured us into anything (as we had experienced in other auto-purchases), and he never talked down to us when we had questions (like I said, first time buying a fancy car). Bought a certified car from the Chandler team in September 2018. The entire experience was seamless and stress free. I had been searching for a certified car for a number of weeks and came across one that was a trade in at the dealership. I would give them negative stars if possible. Stay away!! These people are terrible, poorly trained, and surprisingly condescending! Service is extremely overpriced. They damaged my 911 and put me through hell to get it fixed. I had to redo the annual service at a reputable dealership due to their incompetence.
