Turns out her electric panel for her house was at risk of catching fire which could have essentially burned down her entire house. The helpful SCE rep recommended All Thingz Electric to my aunt and they were also able to come out same day. Their rep, Reed, was so helpful and sweet to her. He was able to make an interim fix that would hold her over until they could come out and replace the electric panel. They quoted her a reasonable amount and ended up blessing her beyond belief. Lately we found out that the EV charger was not providing 48 amps as we contemplated and we asked Anthony for supplemental work to upgrade it. Although it took a few days for Anthony to get back to us, he did come through. Robert and Andrew came earlier than noticed. They did everything per code and as requested. The Tesla Universal Wall Connector and 60 amp breaker switch were installed professionally. Robert explained to us what materials were used and how it was connected. Also he let us know that the original 40 amp breaker switch is now reserved for other use such as solar in the future. He made a point of reminding us that it is important to keep the Tesla connector security key in a safe place so we could use it later. Andrew was also polite and professional, they both worked expeditiously and cleaned up well. The wall connector is now working and we later connected it to our home wi-fi. The critical thing is Anthony sent his crew back to do the corrective work as promised, the work crew was efficient and did everything pursuant to code and provided explanation.
