Decided to check this place out for lunch as it was close to my office. I got a salmon poke bowl and I'm glad the portion size matched the size you'd get at the Scott's location. Everything tasted fresh which was great. Unfortunately the only mistake was the missing sauces. Besides that it was a great takeout spot, I will definitely try a sit down experience in the future

Right now, doesn't live up to Fat Dragon or its sister restaurants, but I have hope. Visited on Friday, July 3. Made a reservation and we were promptly seated at a small 2 top in the bar area. Our server was covering a very crowded bar and three tables along the side. It was not a great experience and right now three stars is generous. But I like Fat Dragon and Red Salt, so I'm giving them a little grace and will give them another try after some time. For beverages my husband got a new fashioned and I got a tequila drink that had hibiscus in it. Both were good. We ordered edamame and the amirah roll. Both were good but it did take a long time for the sushi to arrive. Our drinks also sat empty for a long time. I felt bad for our server because she was managing the bar and three two-top tables. We didn't see her much. For entrees we both got a bento box. I got the NY Strip teriyaki and my husband got the miso salmon. These took a long time to come too. They arrived and what we got was just okay. The fried rice was not fried. It was steamed rice with some stuff stirred into it. The rice definitely didn't touch a wok. The shrimp roll was all wrapper and very little filling. There was no ginger or wasabi for the cali roll but it was okay. We were excited to welcome Lucky AF. I hope it gets better with time. I'd love to revisit and share a better experience with you. In the meantime if we come back, it'll be for sushi and drinks at the bar.

This Asian Fusion restaurant is a must...we got there just before happy hour ended and took advantage of their great specials! This was my 6th time going, and there's a few dishes I still get every time including the "Lucky Steak" which for a sushi/pan Asian restaurant and NOT a steak spot, is some of the best seasoned steak you'll ever have! I also highly recommend the Galaga roll and the Golden Fried Rice, where each kernel is coated in sweet egg! So good! The ambiance is awesome with custom murals and "neon" lighting throughout! And the wait staff is second-to-none!

We got the salmon poke bowl with the threesome sauce and Batman specialty roll - both were very tasty! The poke bowl was huge, definitely the biggest bowl I've seen. The only thing is that I wished they used cubes instead of diced spicy tuna for the roll

Met up with a friend last night. We usually go to the Scott's Addition location. Arrived for happy hour and sat at the sushi bar. The atmosphere was upbeat and love the brighter interior of this location. Noise level very acceptable. My happy hour Galaga rolls were delicious as well as my pork gyoza. My friend and I both ordered a ginger salad and it came in the tiniest bowl possible. Barely enough dressing. It was impossible to mix the dressing because the bowl was so small! The dressing was more peanut flavored and lacked any ginger zing . Do better please. Our rolls we had as the main were absolutely delicious! Will come back again.

You know you've entered adulthood when your friends tell you that you HAVE to check out a grocery store. I was always told they carry everything and were like a bigger Fresh Market. I've driven past locations around the Greater Richmond area and Charlottesville. Over my winter break for work, I decided to finally check it out. This grocery store is madness, but also incredible. We went on Christmas eve so it was PACKED. It was still a lot of fun. It feels like they have every brand or food item you could possibly think of here. My fiancé and I treated ourselves to some fancy and yummy groceries. My favorite sections of the store were the cheese stations (very organized with so many yummy cheeses to pick from), the mushroom section (almost every variety of mushroom lived here), and the wine section (I finally found Lillet). Like Whole Foods, they do have a food court-like sections. We enjoyed some pizza before we started shopping. There was plenty of parking out front. It's a huge place. If you're looking for a grocery food adventure, this is the place to do it.

I am most impressed by the explosion in nondairy Wegman brand ice cream options this summer, as well as a fully stocked section of other nondairy ice cream products from trusted brands like Ben & Jerry's and Breyer's. That's what prompts my review. Wegmans is often accused of having higher prices than competitors, to which I respond, "What competitors? They are in a league of their own, and they are knocking it out of the park!!" YES: VEGAN FRIENDLY YES: kid friendly

Their menu is typical Viet/Pho. Opted for crispy veggie spring rolls to start - they were excellent! Perfect texture and great flavor! The dip that came with them was awesome! I'm not into peanutty sauces, nor hoison and this was a sort os soy sauce type thickened sauce with nice flavor. On to the entrée - I got chicken pho - Again, great! The accoutrement that came with it was "ok" not as fresh as I'd like, but still worked for my needs. But the broth was so very tasty! The chicken was decent as well. Definitely would come back here... it was pretty good!

Phở Tái Nam order (my best friend and I ordered the same thing), they came out pretty quickly. I am not sure what went wrong, but it felt like my noodles weren't fully cooked and the broth wasn't hot enough to cook it all. The flavor of the broth was also a little too perfumy for me and a bit off. More people came as we dined so it took a while to get the check, but we accounted enough time and weren't worried.

The pizza and pint night on Thursday's was the best deal - half off Neapolitan pizzas and $5 draft beers. The dough was light and fluffy and I even ate the crust. I used to eat here all of the time a couple years ago and I can't remember why I stopped but I stopped in here today while I was at Short Pump Mall. I was a little disappointed. I had the Atlantic Salmon which sounded delicious. Unfortunately it was a tad bland which I don't know how with all of the flavors listed on the menu, pistachio and parmesan topped salmon, artichoke risotto and asparagus. I added pepper (not unusual) and salt (very unusual for me) and that helped a lot. It was a generous serving and I had about a third left over to take home. I enjoyed this with a glass of the house chardonnay out on the patio. At 5:30-6:30pm on a Friday, the patio was quiet with plenty of seating on a moderate day. They forgot to give me the 20% happy hour discount on my wine. I had to ask for that. They also charge a 3.5% transaction fee. Says it's to "offset rising cost" and is added to all checks. My server was Sydney and she was very nice and checked on me frequently and I would definitely recommend her.

We walked in not expecting much, and we were amazed at the speed and efficiency of the staff. This place seems like a happening place for the night crowd, lots of young men and women congregating at the bar. Our server was shy and quiet, but she was quick and efficient at her job. We ordered the Thai Iced Tea (quite literally the best I have ever had in my life) and the Drunken Noodles. I am a pad kee mao aficionado, and theirs were fantastic. The atmosphere was interesting, eclectic if I had to sum it up in a word. There were multiple seating genres, if that makes sense. We sat at the small four-top in the lower area, and the view of the whole restaurant was great for people watching if you're into that sort of thing. We came here with no expectations, and we were blown away. What a hidden gem; we certainly got our money's worth. Whole-hearted recommendation from both of us. If you're a picky eater they have the old standbys but if you want to try something new, the menu is large. Parking is easy. Seating is both inside and out. Food all tasted fresh.
