Plenty of seating, clean, and cute! I came during the week so parking was free on the street in the morning. There is a kiosk to order and pay at but they can also take your order as well. Based on the location, the price is on the higher side, I ordered a bravo avocado on asiago and onion and chive cream cheese along with a matcha latte and the total came out to ~$24. There is an upcharge for most of the options, so definitely look carefully. Overall the quality of the food was good and fresh but for what you pay for I'd expect more meat or avocado. Probably the worst coffee I've ever had. $13.75 for a coffee that did not taste like cookie butter. Only giving it 1 star because I have to.

The food itself genuinely tasted like gas station food which is really disappointing for a small little spot like this one; and I'm not going to lie I eat gas station food quite a bit purely out of convenience but not once has it made me nauseous like this food did. Not to mention that for the rest of the day I experienced minor food poisoning symptoms and I didn't eat anything else after this place so I know it couldn't have been another source. To add on, they appear understaffed and undertrained. The one woman working there was very sweet but didn't seem to understand the menu, nor did she have any sense of urgency despite having a good amount of traffic in and out. Not to mention almost everything we order managed to be sold out before 11am and we paid extra for certain things that had to be substituted for the other non extra priced items in the end and we were not compensated. I personally would not go here again due to pricing and service but I can see this being a good spot for Instagram pictures, nothing more than that though unfortunately. Two smoothies and two breakfast sandwiches should never be over $50. Everything is so overpriced and the system they use for ordering is not straightforward and is extremely confusing I couldn't imagine taking someone here over the age of 40 they'd just be confused. Prices are higher than expected, like LA prices, but not completely unworth it. They are also dog friendly and offer their own version of a pup cup. After we ordered, a guy came in and seemed familiar with the girl behind the counter. He ordered there and ended up getting his food before ours, which was a bit weird. For the 2 bagels and coffees, the total came out to be over $30. There is no pricing on their coffee menu so you really don't know what you're paying for. As for the bagel, we were both very disappointed. The bread was not fresh at all, and the sandwich tasted lukewarm and didn't have much flavor. The coffee was ok, but not worth the price. I asked them "For two plain bagels??", "Yes that's correct" I was the blown away because i usually pay $1.50 in dallas for a bagel the dough was shipped in from brooklyn and baked in house. ( The Market Local Comfort Cafe if you interested) Even Yogi bagels is like $2-3, which is tolerable. So i said just give me one. I needed to see what a $5 bagel tasted like. You guys, there was no bagel hole...and it tasted like sourdough bread and that's strike three. Very bland. It did have a bit of the bagel chew, but these aren't bagels by any stretch of the imagination. I included a photo of the bottom. Which I told him was completely inappropriate for the manager to say to a guest, then says he's the owner!!! I also asked what time they closed the day I came in, and he said, I don't know. Seems like one great owner to me. I've since talked to other friends, saying they've found hair in their bagels before! So definitely do not recommend.
