Amazing ! We had a 40th and all 17 people loved the cake we did Dominican cake half pineapple half guava ! It was delish just don't put Dominican cakes in the fridge or it can ruin the cake. We informed the restaurant to leave it out till served and it was perfect . Will def be back again

Lucy by Marina Bakery is amazing. We get our cakes for all our events there. Birthdays, anniversaries, and all holidays. The service is also incredible. All the bakery workers are very nice and helpful. You walk in, and everything is very clean and organized. And it smells delicious. If you have not tried them. Stop on by. Went in to try their bizcocho dominicano before I decided if I wanted to order a couple cakes for my birthday. The lady had a bad attitude and when I asked for one slice of their bizcocho dominicano she said: "just one?!" Made me feel not welcome to the bakery. She went inside and came out with just a dry piece of kinda pound cake with no frosting or anything on top, as far as I know dominican cakes are famous for their great flavor and turrón. Anyways, as I was ordering more slices of their other cakes to try she just turned around and left me talkig to the wall. The dominican cake is dry and old. Not even good flavor. I don't recommend you go and leave your money at this place. read more

I went to this bakery several years ago for my son's birthday cake. It was dry and they neglected to put any filling between the layers of cake. Stupidly, I went back the following year for his birthday cake again, thinking there is no way they would make the same mistake twice after explaining in detail what had happened before. Guess what, they did the exact same thing. No one at his birthday party had any cake. It was so dry and bland. That was years ago, and I never went back. read more

Ordered a half a pound cake with pineapples and it was horrible. So disappointed. There were hardly any pineapples and the cake was stale and even the fake candy flowers were stale. Cake was not moist at all. Never again from this place. I'm calling my bank to get my money back. read more

Twice we ordered cake from this location and was very DISAPPOINTED. On each occasion they could not find the order which was placed both times a week before. We waited one hour extra both times a we were not alone. I don't think I will be there anymore, again very very unprofessional. read more

I would give it zero stars if I could. I called on Monday for a simple Dominican cake, pineapple filling, white frosting with blue balloons. I was given a 5 pm pick up time for Thursday that same week (today). I drove 30 minutes to the bakery only to be told they have no record of that order and they never made it. Are you kidding me ? Then the girl had the nerve to say "i can make it for you but you're gonna have to wait" as if now you're doing me a favor. Did they write the order on a dirty napkin and throw it out ? Ridiculous. read more

i had high hopes after reading some of the reviews online but was disappointed. The cake tasted close to Dominican cake but with more spices. The cake was suppose to be done by 1 but apparently they were too busy and we did not get the cake until 3pm. Last but not least, because they were late they didn't mix the icing fully, so my orange cake had streaks of red. I also had to add my own decorations because they didn't finish decorating. Very unhappy. Will continue to go to corona for my cakes. read more

Where do start?! This bakery is simply the best Dominican cake bakery I have purchased from. Taste just like my grandmother's recipe. Their Dominican carrot cake is by far the most amazing carrot cake I've ever had. I order a 1/2 lb cake for my moms birthday filled with guava and dulce de leche and it was so so so good. There service is amazing! They are nice, professional and truly care about every cake being made. You can taste the love in every bite. read more
