We've been going here for almost 4 years and loved it when they first opened up...would recommend it to friends and would frequent it regularly. But something changed about a year ago; food is substandard, upkeep and cleanliness is awful (soda fountains never work, bathroom is a disaster). We gave it 4 chances over this past year, and every visit was worse than the last, till we decided on our last visit this relationship is over. We ordered garlic knots...we got some microwaved looking pieces of dough with no garlic on them and the dipping sauce tasted like it was a jar of Ragu. The pizza (pepperoni with extra cheese and olives) was undercooked, the dough tasteless, and the olives tasted spoiled & bitter...I've had better $5 pizzas at Caesar's! It's a shame and I think it's a total management failure, because the people taking the orders have always been friendly...I suspect the owners are not willing to take time and energy to make sure customer's are happy. I predict they'll be closed sometime in 2026 unless the owner's get their act together. read more

I placed an order online and paid for it. When I went to pick it up, they said they did not have it. They refused to make the order even though I showed them the order response from their automated system and the bank charges from my bank showing the charges went through. I will not return to this restaurant or recommend it to any of my friends. The person who waited on me was very rude! read more

I received a coupon for a free appetizer and thought I'd try the spot out. I don't remember what use to occupy the space (maybe barbecue joint) not sure. When you enter you realize the space is pretty large and can accommodate many people. The cashier greeted us and we could see the pizza slices on display. Three options cheese, pepperoni or pepperoni and sausage. I opted for the pepperoni and sausage and the appetizer was artichoke cheese and bacon wrapped together. As I retrieved my drink a waiter bought the pizza to the table. It's a large slice for $4.99 but immediately I could tell it was cold and as I took a bite .. yup cold! So I waited on appetizer and it came out hot. It was different not bad but not like I'd try it again either. Overall I may have to give them another chance with a custom hot pizza and order on site. Falcone's Pizza - Italian Near Me - Edmond, Oklahoma

I worked here for only 2 months but it was the worst experience ever. The owner of the restaurant made homophobic remarks at me because I am a guy with painted nails and he had little clue about what was going on at the restaurant during the week. The only manager they have working at this location is someone who has no experience working the restaurant he manages, who doesnt know how to restock things or even make the pastas or dessert that we serve. Anytime I worked with him he would be mean and talk down about the customer that just came in either being racist or sexist. Then worst of all, during my last few shifts before I quit, the chef of the restaurant and only other employee in the building besides me was cussing me out and throwing things across the kitchen for two days in a row. When I talked to management about it they just told me he was probably drinking and they'd try to handle it. The next two shifts I came in and he was still aggressive so I quit. There are plenty more health complaints and things I could go into but im never going to this restaurant again and I'd recommend everyone else stays away aswell. read more

Ordered a pizza tonight from the Edmond location, upon arrival I spotted them taking my pizza out of the oven and it looked awful. Uneven cooking, uneven toppings, it's only 2 ingredients maybe give a little effort. Thrown into a box and cut completely uneven with half the crust sticking out of the box. I said "it looks kind of messed up" and the girl at the front said "no it's just the box". Right. Like I can't tell the difference between your lack of effort on making a pizza at a pizza joint or a faulty box. No offer to remake it, no offer to discount a crappy looking undercooked product, just have a nice night. I will not be back to this location, or maybe either locations. IDIOTS!!! I ordered a calzone with only THREE ingredients and they forgot the main one: PEPPERONI! How do you forget to put pepperoni on a pepperoni calzone??? I called back and "Hon" said I would have to drive BACK out there to get what I ordered and paid for in the first place! This was unacceptable. She NEVER apologized just acted like they didn't make a mistake and if I wanted to eat what I ordered I would have to get back in my car and do this again. Unbelievable! I was already going to post that the business typed in the WRONG ADDRESS into Yelp which sent me to a ghetto like neighborhood. Why don't they know their own address. They are in a run down strip mall. I also got the daily special that comes with a drink and "Hon" tried to cheat me out of that too! This place is not ready for good customers. Had dinner with some friends tonight. This place is amazing! Salad is fresh and large. The ranch dressing is homemade and delicious! Ordered the chicken parm large delicious crusted chicken on a bed of flavorful spaghetti & served with garlic bun. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We ask if they minded if we stayed and visited while playing a game ( the dining area was not totally full) they were so accommodating. We had the most enjoyable evening. And after we had delicious desserts to finish off our fun night. We will certainly be back. Do yourself a favor and treat yourselves to a fantastic meal or Pizza at Falcones!! read more

I hate to shit on small business as they already are up against it but since the manager: who came over and recruited my business. this place isnt worth visiting food is cold and cooked improperly theres roaches on the table in the lobby so clearly they're in the kitchen too idk what happened but i heard the manager that got me in walked out probably over similar issues ive noticed just as a customer this is insane they also bait and switched me when i would regularly get a 25% discount so they could have business as they had none i ordered today and was told it can only be 10% well ill keep 100% of my money and not order here again dont offer deals to make you business if you cant maintain it baiting and switching is terrible service. 0/10 will not return pissy ass employees mad they arnt busier but couldnt handle more customers without dropping the ball. read more

Have always been a big fan of Falcone's. Especially the May Ave. location. Edmond has slipped. Finally tried something other than the pizza. Not a fan of the subs especially the bread. Use a sub roll. The roll was way too "bready". If I want all bread, I'll buy a loaf of bread. What's with the tater tots??? Italian American restaurant???? The pizza has slipped too. Use semolina under the crust. Still better than the other crap you get in Oklahoma. read more

Large dining in area, they have a ton of sports on all the time. Their calzone is legit. I highly recommend it.

They've told the owner and they have still not changed the vendor selling them the cheap meat. Meatballs are tasteless he agreed. If you all are watching , the owner never replies to review so he or she doesn't care and it's just another investment opportunity going bad for that owner. It will catch the new and unsuspecting customers from here on out. Don't take your date here unless you are trying to get rid of her and have a loud football game blaring over your conversation. The TV should be quiet and the music should play at a level that the customers can talk to each other. The music was playing at first 30 minutes then they cranked up a N Michigan college vs another Michigan team game . Even a local game needs to be kept at low volume so we can talk. First time at the Edmond store wasn't bad. Good crust. Ingredients were fine. This last time today was disappointing. I waited for my pie and should've checked before I left. It was like the top of the oven wasn't turned on or they ran it through too quickly. It certainly wasn't done. Needed a bit more sauce. I mean it was almost there. I am so glad that we finally got a Falcone's in Edmond!!! I have eaten, or I should say, I used to get take out from the one on May but having one in my home town is better!!! I love the fact that they have a daily special every day of the week not just M-F!!! Prices are great & the food is amazing!!! They have a really good salad! It's fresh & a good size! I love a great salad!!! They have really great chicken parmigiana & great eggplant parmigiana!! The eggplant parmigiana is not on the regular menu but is offered once a week on the daily special!!! I'll be honest, I have not tried the pizza yet... lol... but it's NY style so I'm sure I will love it!!! Service has been great. The lady that takes your order at the counter is very friendly & helpful. The restaurant is nice & larger than expected! Please spread the word that they are in town! Please go give them a try!!! I added chicken(which was like so good and slices of it, I got Italian sausage(which once again was awesome slices, the bacon was crumbles and absolutely covered the whole pizza,and crumbled beef which also was crumbled.
