Moved to this area recently and definitely found my new nail place!!!! The ladies here are the sweetest!!!!!!!!! It's pretty rare to find super sweet nail people! Here they go above and beyond to make you comfortable! I have a baby and I take her with me, when she starts nagging they help me with her so I can finish my nails!! That means everything for me! Did not get a good pedicure. I even told the nail technician that my nails had over grown on the sides and she still couldn't get it right. I do not recommend. They charged me $40 for a gel manicure! The nail polish came off in 2 days. I thought maybe I wasn't careful so I went back and was charged $80 for a gel manicure and pedicure. Sure enough the gel is all chipped on 3 nails just a few days after. They're overcharging and using cheap gel. I do not recommend this place, I've never paid this much for a cheap manicure! How have I been missing out on this little hidden gem !! It's in the Denny's /Starbucks shopping center . The prices here are way better than most other DB locations . My favorite nail salon ever! All the ladies are nice, they remember you, and they have a customer account service that logs points for free services! I mean, come on, ladies (and men if you like ...manis?)! I've had the pleasure of having Sarah, Sue, and Annie. Always professional and gentle. Their gel polish lasts for weeks and I know it's because of the careful care they take. They have lots of different pedicure services to choose from, too. Their prices are comparable. May not be the super cheapest, but you get what you pay for plus tenfold. read more

This place has horrible customer service! I went in for a color change & got charged almost $20 for a simple polish change. They did designs on their own without permission and felt it was okay for a child to make decisions when a parent is paying!! They do not know how to follow simple directions I asked for my nails a certain way and instead of doing it my way they did it their own way. I will never recommend this place to anyone because of the over priced prices and the poor customer service. Sarah and her colleagues are very poor at their job. I don't think I've ever loved a nail shop more than I love Lulu's. I'm a regular there, and they always remember me. They go the extra mile to make sure my mani and pedi are on point. They're friendly not only to the regulars, but to newcomers as well. They do the most to accommodate last-minute walk-ins. They also give me suggestions on looks or styles that would suit my nail length. They are never pushy with services. If I don't want something they don't bug me about it. If I want to add something, they gladly help. The atmosphere is so upbeat and friendly, that there have been many occasions where several women including myself are getting our nails done and we all begin to have a conversation with each other, and the nail technicians. Getting your nails done should be really relaxing, and this place not only relaxes me, but also makes me feel extremely welcome. I've never felt that at another nail salons. I called around 5:50 to ask what time they close (7pm) since I just got out of school and I didn't want to push it too close to closing time. the lady who answered told me to come right now and they'd help me right away, so I arrived around 6:15. Sarah helped me right away. she was so sweet and the atmosphere was so friendly! there were two other customers while I was there, and everyone seemed like they'd been friends for so long. I've always been nervous about getting acrylics again because I've had some really awful experiences, but I'm absolutely in love with my nails; the shape and the color. they even stayed an extra half hour after closing to make sure my nails weren't rushed and were completely dry! highly highly HIGHLY recommend this place :) read more

If I could give a zero rating I would. I read reviews prior to coming, but not sure how people could get it so wrong. First, the people in there are rude as all get out. I went in there with my 2 daughters and my niece. They talked about the size of my niece's feet who is 8. Then they talked about my 2 month old daughter as well. On top of that, one of the technicians had the audacity to tell me that I dont have enough money for something extra! The one who did my nails couldn't even get a simple design right. I will NEVER go back here and I caution other people to not go there either. read more
