The negative review on this page is pretty consistent to my review today. I'm not sure what it was, but I wished I would've walked out instead of purchasing my item since it was obvious they didn't care whether I purchased something or not. I entered the store and I must say it looked very clean and organized so no complaint there. However, the customer serve is little to none. I was never greeted, offered any assistance, and don't even think anyone cared to make eye contact throughout the time I was there - and I will add that the store had shoppers, but was not busy. Onto the checkout. While in line I noticed the female rep was wiping everything down and very lovely. As for my male rep, never did I even get a smile. He was taking and giggling with the customer before but when it came to me he simply said "next." Never wiped down the counter, wasn't engaging, didn't make eye contact, didn't ask for my phone number to put in this system, and didn't care. I think he could've been replaced with a self checkout and I'd have a better experience. I'll stick with south coast Lululemon from now on. read more

Rawna and team at Lululemon provided incredible customer service during our visit on 3/2/24. She was very knowledgeable on their inventory instore and online, and went the extra mile to help us find the outfits that fit our needs. My family and I are loyal customers of Lulu and the consistently excellent customer service like this makes Lulu stand apart from competition (such as Alo Yoga in Newport Beach, which is not offering on-par support). I usually like this store but tonight was the worst. I was sent over by the store at south coast for a backpack and they didn't end up having it here at this store. I asked a sales associate but she would rather have a conversation with her co workers instead of helping. Three of them at the cash wrap too busy talking. She then proceeds to text on her phone and not even acknowledge other people. The two other associates didn't even bother to help as well. Worst customer service ever! Took over 1 hour to stand in line and make a simple exchange. No one at the door so no one could go in. For every 3-4 people who came out if the employee even noticed, 1 went in. Maybe 6 people in front of us and 1 couple. Bad service Lululemon!!! Not going to this one ever again!!! The exchange took them so fricken long. They wanted me to find the replacement, but I don't know where they are in the store to begin with. And how hard is it for you to look it up on the phones you carry. By the way, you didn't even have one of the two items in stock so I would of been on a goose chase for a non-existent fricken goose! Reading some of the prior reviews, I can absolutely empathize with the unfortunate service and shopping experience they had, trust me, I've been there (on the receiving end, and the cleaning up for our employee's lack of courtesy). My daughter and I wear and have almost every Lululemon product. We have never been treated the way we were treated tonight at this location. We brought in a pair of leggings to be repaired as it was coming apart at the seems and a shorter lady in the leggings section (who told us she did colorguard in high school) was the rudest person I've ever encountered at a store. She refused to take the leggings to repair the seam and told us it was time we invested in new pairs. When I told her we have probably 20 pairs but loved these ones and wanted to fix the seam she then told us "we weren't using the leggings as they were intended which is for yoga". I don't even know how to respond to that. When I said well we just kind of wear them for everyday life, she rudely said "I'm just trying to educate you! You just need to invest in new pairs. You don't use the leggings as they are intended". She was so condescending in her tone and rude, another customer pulled us aside after the interaction and said she never comes to the spectrum location because she is frequently treated this way as well--and recommended we only go to the Newport Beach location. I plan to do exactly that. I will never go to this location again. Which is unfortunate for me-not for this place because they clearly don't care. Great selection of lululemon clothing, friendly staff, and it's never crowded (I can shop in peace!) I came in today to pick up some pants and tops. Tbh, I'm not the biggest shopper in the world and prefer to come in and grab what I need and leave. The salesperson was very friendly, helpful, and wasn't pushy (can't stand pushy sales people), and I ended up walking out with all of the things I wanted and more. If I could give 0 stars for customer service at this place , I would. I went to exchange some clothes for credit and the lady helping me out was throwing my clothes as if I had not paid more than $50 per piece of clothing. Her attitude was worse than her throwing my clothes. She was for sure a manger, and she should not be acting the way she did in front of her employees, setting a really bad example. Had an absolutely amazing experience with Morgan tonight around 8:20PM- I went to go exchange 3 items because I kept purchasing too big of a size and she suggested different sizing and to try on the align and wunder under to try and see which size fit best so that I wouldn't have to keep coming back and so that she could help me beat find the perfect fit or order a different size for me online, as these past orders have been online. Well I'm so glad she did because I found out I was ordering 2-3 sizes too big in my leggings. I'm glad she went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service and suggested and helped me with sizing, she even wrote my proper sizing down so that I could remember. I've worked retail most of my life and now manage the marketing department for a retail brand and this is the experience I always LOVE to have when shopping in store, especially shopping for any clothes item as sizing can be difficult. My daughter introduced me to this place. We stopped here for some work out clothing. My daughter got some awesome work out pants and I got a pair of shorts. Quality it definitely top notch here; be ready to pay for it too. My shorts were $75.00 and my daughters pants were $100.00. I believe her pants included free hemming. I like this store...my girlfriend LOVES Lululemon. Their apparel is some of the best looking and fitting women's fitness / Yoga attire around. The store is pretty cool...it has it's own style and vibe. The employees provide excellent customer service and are super friendly; enjoy speaking with them as my girlfriends spends an unhealthy amount of money on clothing. The only downside are their prices. I cannot completely complain about their prices because their apparel is well designed...but from a budgetary standpoint, it can be painful. This is my home lululemon store, and I fall in love even more every time I'm in here. The staff is very professional and friendly, and I haven't recognized any change, like other Yelpers are posting. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, offering their help, or just starting up conversation if you're just browsing. They typically have a very good clearance rack that I shop from. It's gotten so bad that literally my whole closet is lulu. I wish they had a credit card to get rewards or something. The only negative? My bank account is hating me for this store as I've dropped all my disposable income, and some, over the last couple months. The staff here is incredibly kind and intuitively helpful. I do not normally take the time to leave reviews but I am stunned at the sheer professionalism and helpful positive attitudes shown by all the staff working here. Personally, as a guy, I do not normally enjoy shopping in general but the store was very clean, upscale, and accommodating with comfortable seating, complimentary face coverings, and hand sanitizer dispensers strategically placed throughout the store (smart). Coming to the store there were, of course, restrictions in place due to the ongoing pandemic - just like anywhere else. My girlfriend and I waited patiently in line to enter the store and were greeted by very kind staff. I believe Nicola was the rep primarily helping us. There was another rep helping us as well in what was honestly one of the best customer service experience I have experienced - maybe sounds exaggerating but no I'm leaving this review for a reason. They truly made a standard shopping trip into a highly impressionable awesome experience for both me and my girlfriend. We came in thinking we knew what we wanted, generally. The reps not only quickly helped us find what we were looking for; they helped educate us on the vast variety of their product line that we were not fully aware of. They made it fun and exciting for my girlfriend - big win for me because I could chill ha. They quickly and efficiently set us up with a fitting room. They offered to grab more items to meet our criteria of what we wanted and were very upbeat and positive about helping. I really felt that the staff here are genuine kind people doing the best with all that is going on. They also really demonstrate a high amount of knowledge and love for their brand. Again, worst Lululemon in the entire country I have been to. So difficult to return and this time I needed to return an online jacket and the girl demanded I exchange it right then and there. They didn't have a jacket I wanted and she told me all the Lululemons were sold out and the jacket was old and marked down. I took my jacket, which was $200 and decided to keep it and go else where. Same day, go to mission Viejo store and they have the jacket in stock and in my size and I made exchange. Irvine is absolutely the worst customer service Lululemon I have ever been to. Every other store is great and I've been to NYC 5th Ave, SF, Hawaii, Texas,, Las Vegas, Santa Monica, Florida... the outlets have better service than Irvine spectrum. Horrible customer service , Walked in with my wife and no one even greeted us. As we looked for leggings the Workers were chatting amongst each other with no regards to their customers. It wasn't even busy today 1/1/2019 @ 3PM. As my wife picked out 2 outfits as part of my Christmas gift to try out no one offered us a room for fitting. My wife took it upon herself to find a empty room to try on clothing . I felt totally uncomfortable shopping here as a first time customer,I expected much more from a high end clothing line. We even got interrupted by a associate that was putting clothing back in place without a excuse me or a greeting. I love the apparel, I frequently use Lululemon. However this visit just made me feel infuriated. So, I'm standing in line for trying on couple of item, and I was behind this guy. This older lady name (Gaye) asked the guy in front of me if he'd like to try it on. So she opens the door let him in. She just didn't even acknowledging me wanting to try on walks right by. I waited for couple of minutes, she didn't even looked at me nor asked if I wanted to try on. There was a person cleaning the stalls I asked her if I can try it on? She says of course! Bottom line of this story is that whoever that older lady name Gaye is with a blond hair, well, I guess I am not WHITE enough for her to ask me if I want to try it on?! This will be the last time I will EVER visit this store. Shame. Such a fucking (excuse my language) shame. People like that works in this establishment? If any of corporate is reading this, please look at your surveillance tape on 9/5 at approximately between 7-7:30pm. Honestly this is the last straw with lululemon. After waiting for close to an hour outside in the HOT sun- mind you California is in a horrible heatwave to find the entire store being empty. They only had umbrellas up at the front with a line that had at least 20 people in front of me and 10 in back of me with no shade anywhere. Wrap your customers in a snake line or put your heads together and find a solution, this is ridiculous. Everyone was returning items, everyone was struggling to stand there. I understand it's covid- I work in retail, I know policy and procedure but once I got inside it was absolutely EMPTY. This is the worst lululemon location I've been to (I've been to 10+) The general customer service is horrible, they won't look things up online and aren't knowledgeable about their own items. But what motivated me to write this review is a specific incident. I picked out some shorts from WMTM that I liked, but they were about 2" inches longer than I like shorts to be. I tried them on and asked the worker monitoring the fitting rooms (who I watched pin up tights for someone else... so assumed knew what she is talking about) whether she could pin them up for me or I had to pay first. She told me to pay and to come back to try them on and get them pinned. I paid and came back to the fitting rooms and another worker was at the fitting rooms so I let her know what I was doing. When I came out with the shorts on the employee told me that she wasn't sure if they could hem them due to a slit on the bottom, I let her know that I was okay with losing the slit and she said she would check with her manager. She came back and said her manager said they couldn't do it, I asked to speak to the manager to see if I could explain that I didn't care about the slit and that I had hemmed multiple shorts with slits at other locations. She went to get her manager, but instead of her manager coming to speak with me she kept leaning against the counter... the employee came back to me and said "she says you can go to one of the stores you claim do it for you". I went to the cash register where the manager was working and asked to return the shorts since I couldn't get them hemmed. She said they were final sale and said that she had stated so when I purchased them (this is correct). I let her know that due to the store not being able to hem them I no longer wanted them. She told me that I should have asked and I said I did ask the first employee, she asked me to point that employee out which I didn't initially want to do bc I didn't want the employee to get in trouble over her incompetent manager. But I did anyways and made it clear that I didn't expressly ask if it could be done (bc I had gotten it done before) but that the employee did see the shorts on me (slit and all). The manager said that it was "too bad" and that she would talk to the employee. As I was buying another pair of (shorter) shorts, I watched the manager belittle the employee and tell her that she made her (the manager) look bad and caused drama. I honestly wasn't pleased, but besides pleading my case I was planning on just taking it to another store - I didn't raise my voice or belittle or force anything. I've seen this manager before and she never is warm or friendly (which is fine, you hate your job, I get it) - but for her to refuse a "final sale" item which I purchased due to a mistake by their employee and then to tell me it's "too bad" and that I should "go to one of the stores you claim do it all the time" and then belittle me and the employee was crossing the line. I spent more than $20k (I have the credit card statements to prove it) at lululemon over the past 9 months and had never seen this type of behavior by a manager before. +1 star for being neat and clean read more

I can start off by saying tht I used to love this brand but it's gotten to a point tht I will never step one foot into a lululemon. In the past I had returned many things via mail and never got my money back. This time I decided to go in store to return it, and she said my money will go back on my card. I went home to realize I never got my money back nor did I get a email about my confirmation of the return. So I returned a bra and didn't get my money back. I contacted lululemon and they weren't even able to help me get my money back or at least return back the bra. Out of all of the Lululemon stores in OC, this one is closest to me so I frequent here quite a bit! Comparing this location to Fashion Island & South Coast, this one tends to sell out of sizes faster. So if you are looking to get something & it's sold out in Irvine, there's a good chance that the product will be most likely in Fashion Island or South Coast. TIP: From experience, if you know what you are going to buy in the store, check online first to see if it was marked down or not. This has happened twice to me in the past, where the items were still marked as regular price in store, but on the website is marked down! The majority of the employees here I really like - which I feel like have worked there for quite some time because they are knowledged in their product. However the new employees, you gotta be patient with them since from my experience, they don't know the names of upcoming product that will be dropping. Kinda funny when the customer knows more about the new product than the actual employees! Again this just applies to the newer employees. Overall, good store! read more

It's raining today , a little depressing with all the gloomy gray weather but walking into the store I was greeted with a hello and a warm smile. When I went to try on my items, the fitting room attendant also had great energy, she smiled and asked for my name to write on the door and it made the experience more personable. At checkout the cashier was friendly and even as I left I was given a goodbye and thank you from another staff member. I felt like a special and valued customer! Which was the complete opposite of how I felt when I went into Vuori which was across from Luluemon where no one greeted me or even talked to me. It was such a cold experience and then I walk into Lululemon and it was the complete opposite! It made me realize how important customer service was and so I just had to leave a review and give a shout out to the amazing staff at Lululemon who made me feel so welcomed! With online shopping taking over these days it was nice to be treated like a person and when I'm actually at the store, have the shopping experience be a fun and happy one. My husband bought the reversible antimicrobial yoga mat for me and it's awesome! As described, it's natural rubber base gives you cushioning and grip, The antimicrobial additive helps prevent bacteria, mold, and fungi and it's very easy to clean with warm soapy water. Definitely open up the mat and air it out before heading to class with it for the first time. (It has a certain scent however I left my mat open overnight and it was perfect.) I love the quality of the products from Lululemon. This store and the one at the Shops in Mission Viejo are my favorite. The staff are helpful, the inventory offers great variety and there's something for everyone here. read more

I went into this store looking purchase several outfits. I recently lost 30 lbs and have been on this journey of living healthy. A co-worker recommended that I try lululemon because they feel comfortable and fit well. I was a big fan of Under Armour but felt that the lack of feminine styles was starting to wear on me. When I walked into the store, I was greeted by one of the sales people and that was it. I started to browse to see what catches my eyes. I was in the store for about 10 minutes now and no one has approached me since I was first greeted. I continued to browse. I finally found a pair of pants and tops that I wanted to try. I walked over to the corner where the fitting rooms were. A lady was walking out and as we made eye contact, she just turned and continued walking. Is was as if I did not exist. I stood by the fitting for a few minutes waiting for someone to ask me if I need help. No one came. There was a sales person by me who was talking to a customer and she just ignored me. I am new to the lululemon brand and was excited to try their product. I was ready to buy! Unfortunately, this experience has absolutely put me off to this brand. It doesn't matter how great your product is. There are many other brands that are just as good or maybe even better. read more

I am severely displeased with this location. Upon entering, I immediately noticed how clothes were simply thrown over racks and tables and how employees stood in the corner, unbothered by the mess. Many clothes that I picked up did not look their price. One piece of clothing had a stain on the back. When going to check out, a female employee named Emily (yes, she told me her name) was disgustingly rude with my mother and I. She almost refused my mother's first responder discount and then proceeded to body shame her. After seeing a piece of clothing for my mother, she stated, "Clearly, I can tell these clothes are not for you" as if assuming that my mother could not fit into lululemon's small sizes. She had a nasty sneer on her face while she checked us out and offered no kind words throughout the whole experience. Yes, I love Lululemon! This location is smaller, but has a nice variety of their high quality products. The staff are always friendly and happy, very helpful on the floor and in the dressing room. The clothing is very good quality and many styles. They are so stylish I have worn them going out to dinner and such. A couple things I wish. I would like to see more colors in pants. The majority are black, gray, blue and dark green. I'd love to see reds, pinks, greens, not neon, but brighter. Second, it would be nice if they weren't SO pricey. I definitely can't buy their things very often, or my boyfriend would have a meltdown. Lol Overall, I totally love shopping at this location. Plus there's so many other great shopping and dining at the Spectrum, you can't lose. read more
