Even though my order ticket says Kung Pao Chicken someone in the kitchen decided to give me two orders of Kung Pao Beef. I was too far from the restaurant to return my order so we ate it. Training is very crucial in handling customer relations. The right thing to do was to let your customer keep the meal since you acknowledged that you didn't deliver the product you're supposed to and make it right by offering a replacement. We ended up asking for a refund and the assistant manager Josh proudly refunded my money as if he just delivered the best service of his life. No apologies. Nevertheless, Im sure this was a training issue. Pls train your people to be ethical and considerate when dealing with your loyal customers.
