Stop at this wing stop tmoblie Tuesdays gave 3 chicken tenders and a drink and frys for .01 and they had 2 tender for 3 dollars . First of its was so busy it took 1 and a half hours to get food and drinks. When I got the food the chicken tenders were amazing had the lemon pepper and garlic parmesan. It came doused in Cajun spice and so spicy I couldn't eat it. The only edible thing was the veggies and blue cheese. *UPDATE* Was craving hot wings again. This time I stopped in their store and placed my order since I was nearby. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly "welcome!" and treated with wonderful customer service. This was much better than my last experience! This employee was definitely more customer-oriented and engaged fully to service each patron. He talked about the survey, communicated clearly about ordering from the menu and even asked each person to complete the survey while they waited for their order. I visited this restaurant recently and had an extremely disappointing experience. As soon as I walked in, I asked to speak with the manager, only to overhear her saying she was "too busy." When I finally got the chance to speak with her about an issue I had with an online order I placed on 3/10 for a 3/17 delivery, she offered nothing but excuses. To make matters worse, the order that was placed a week in advance for delivery on 3/17 was canceled just two minutes before the scheduled delivery time. The manager claimed that was an issue with DoorDash, yet DoorDash went to Wingstop to pick up the order and it wasn't ready! Nowhere on their site does it mention that deliveries are handled by a third party like DoorDash. Two weeks ago, I was told the Regional Manager would be calling me to "make it right," which is why I stopped in today. The manager was unhelpful, refusing to provide any contact information for the Regional Manager and didn't apologize for the inconvenience. When I asked her for her name...SHE REFUSED! To make matters worse, my order today (3/29) was completely incorrect--the fries were burnt, the chicken was undercooked, and it took over 30 minutes for our food to arrive. On top of that, we asked for our items to be bagged separately, yet they were given to us in one bag, forcing us to wait even longer while they re-bagged our food. We weren't thanked for our order or given any acknowledgment. Triple chocolate chunk brownie ($2.99): soft interior, slightly crisp exterior, and pronounced chocolate fudge flavor throughout. Love it, 10/10! Service was normal, but it got better when they threw in a free triple chocolate chunk brownie. It was busy at 9:25 on a Wednesday night; however, the wait time was still accurate based on the provided estimate when I've ordered ahead online. Came here to try the hot honey rub. It was okay for me. I think I just don't really like sweet chicken. But it wasn't bad, I'm sure some people will really like it. Also got the lemon pepper, still one of the best on their menu. Cajun corn - you can tell it's not fresh corn the way you bite into it. Service wise, I ordered carry out via the app. It says on the app 15-20 min. I waited a little over 30 min. It was pretty dead inside but a good number of take outs. My chicken came out piping hot, but my corn was cold like it's been sitting for an hour. The only thing I gave stars for is the chicken, since it was hot and seasoned well. I'd hope it would be since I watched 4 other orders go out before mine. Which is fine, I'm patient. I wasn't in a hurry today. Inside it's clean, except for the drink fountain. It's actually kind of gross to get a drink from it because it looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a good while. It's a shame because I like wingstop, but the service didn't cut it out here for me. Then I called to place an order which took 15 minutes with their AI and at the end the order wouldn't process again! After that I was fed up by the poor service so I went into the store and it took literally 2 minutes or less from start to finish to place my order. Decided to give this place a shot despite the 2.5 star yelp rating and all the negative comments from my friends.. i should have listened. I ordered a 10 piece mix of boneless and bone-in wings. For the boneless i got lemon pepper rub while the bone-in wings were tossed in their mango habanero sauce. This was an online order so i got to choose a side and a sauce. I got fries and blue cheese for my sauce. Apparently they charge you $2 more for extra sauce which is ridiculously over priced. Anyways when I came home and started eating.
