He talked about the survey, communicated clearly about ordering from the menu and even asked each person to complete the survey while they waited for their order. As a nice gesture, I received a complimentary brownie, which I normally would not order or eat, but I have to admit, that brownie was an excellent dessert treat later that evening! To make matters worse, the order that was placed a week in advance for delivery on 3/17 was canceled just two minutes before the scheduled delivery time. The manager claimed that was an issue with DoorDash, yet DoorDash went to Wingstop to pick up the order and it wasn't ready! Nowhere on their site does it mention that deliveries are handled by a third party like DoorDash. Two weeks ago, I was told the Regional Manager would be calling me to "make it right," which is why I stopped in today. The manager was unhelpful, refusing to provide any contact information for the Regional Manager and didn't apologize for the inconvenience. When I asked her for her name...SHE REFUSED! To make matters worse, my order today (3/29) was completely incorrect--the fries were burnt, the chicken was undercooked, and it took over 30 minutes for our food to arrive. On top of that, we asked for our items to be bagged separately, yet they were given to us in one bag, forcing us to wait even longer while they re-bagged our food. We weren't thanked for our order or given any acknowledgment. Triple chocolate chunk brownie ($2.99): soft interior, slightly crisp exterior, and pronounced chocolate fudge flavor throughout. Love it, 10/10! For the boneless i got lemon pepper rub while the bone-in wings were tossed in their mango habanero sauce. This was an online order so i got to choose a side and a sauce. I got fries and blue cheese for my sauce. Apparently they charge you $2 more for extra sauce which is ridiculously over priced. Anyways when I came home and started eating.
