Worst customer service ever, I walk in and wait so long to just get an order in. It's ridiculous.

Food is great but the team works extremely slow, got charged an extra $1.50 and the person at the front said there is nothing he can do about a refund so just had to ate that extra fee because of employees mistake when I asked him specifically about that charge before it happened and to end up he gave me the wrong order , asked for a full chicken kebab on my SA Torino bowl, and he gave me a bowl with only half a skewer when I paid above extra already, ridiculous. had to wait a really long time along with several people who had order issues and were really impatient waiting for a long time as well. . So this is a picture of the kids cheeseburger. Does this make anyone hungry? Me either. My kids started eating these and I started feeling bad for them. They weren't interested after just a few bites. In Luna Grill's defense, I had this food delivered so maybe the delivery driver accidentally sat on the burger on his way to my house?? Either way, this is a pathetic excuse for food. The other food we ordered was ok, but I can't give you more than 2 stars because both kids burgers we ordered looked like this and the other adult food we ordered was mediocre at best. Luna Grill is some pretty solid Mediterranean food in the sea of competition that exists in Dallas for the Mediterranean food market. This is one of two locations I frequent, the other one being in City Line in Richardson. I have been to their Southlake store, but it was not as good as these two stores. My go-to meals here are their ground sirloin plate as well as their chicken kabob plateBoth come with rice and a salad and sautéed carrots. If carrots are not your thing you can also get a grilled tomato. Both are delicious and prepared to order. The service is always great at all of their locations. read more

Really tasty lunch spot. I loved the falafel appetizer. It was flavor packed with a deliciously crispy outside. I will definitely order them again, maybe on a wrap next time. The chicken kabob plate was very flavorful. Although I think the chicken was kind of dry. probably won't order that again. I think I'll try a veggie platter on another visit. Ordered scheduled delivery on Saturday late afternoon from The Hill location. Arrived on time and texting status was right on. Fresh, tasty appetizer platter and Gyro platter, added flat chicken schwarma add on but got the kabob style which was fine. Everything good, including choices of sauces and sides but have to say that the allotment of pita bread ratio to meat and hummus that comes with dips and platters isn't enough, in my opinion. Great spot for a quick lunch date! There are so many good Mediterranean restaurants these days, and Luna grill is one of the good one. The restaurant was very clean and modern. I ordered chicken pita with house salad, and my husband ordered gyro pita with fries. The pita was packed with meat! I couldn't finish all the chicken. Had a great time at the Grand Opening event! Even swagged myself a free meal because they were giving away 46 lunches to the first 46 people so thank you Luna Grill. Right when you walk in, it is very open and inviting. Service was very quick from my experience--I was told my food would be ready in 10-15 minutes, got it in less than 5! I ordered the gyro plate and I can definitely say you can taste the quality ingredients. My only complaint is I wish there was a little more flavor, which I probably could've fixed by ordering some hummus on the side. They have sweet and I sweet teas and various different lemonades to wash your meal down as well (I was naughty and mixed tea with mango lemonade, highly suggest). If you want to get a hefty-sized meal but not feel yucky after eating it all (or save half for a second meal), Luna's is your place! read more

I drove all the way over here from Garland to come and eat and get the heaviest to see one of the cashier's up front pregnant they have one little fan sitting behind the counter it is hotter than I don't know what in here there's no way to sit here and eat stay drink anything it's miserable and I'm putting the review on here now it is awful and I'm leaving will not stay here and eat or drink cuz it is too hot for everyone unless you like being in the desert read more

It was alright, but really you can't go wrong with the dishes which is basically everywhere else. Don't get me wrong it was good, cooked wonderfully. I got the chicken kabob plate which comes with a small like 3 tbsp of yogurt (want more ask more), salad, jasmine rice, and pita bread. Side not the brown/purple powder is grape powder which is good over rice with a little butter (ask for butter). But there was no pita bread and mint leaves,radish to start or even a yogurt drink on the menu which would've been nice (but that's a diff place). And the appetizer was hummus and pita bread - but they aren't very generous with the hummus & the pita bread- but I guess fancy idk. Overall clean, nice place there was just another family couple, and many ppl taking things to go- so coming by and picking it up so this place does well :) Very clean, healthy food- Persian food in general. read more

Hands down the best Mediterranean food I've ever had. Located right off of Walnut Hill near Presbyterian Hospital. Convenient location with tons of parking. Inviting atmosphere, set up as a fast casual restaurant with an upscale vibe. Extremely clean down to the utensils. Fresh menu with ample options for everyone (see photo). We came here two days in a row and were very satisfied both visits. We ordered the chipotle chicken pita sandwich w/ fries and the gyro sandwich w/ salad the first go around ($9.75 each). Both were extremely fresh, had a ton of meat and were served with extra sauce on the side. The meat was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. Their chipotle sauce is delicious, but very spicy. Just a tip - mix it with ketchup and it makes for the perfect fry sauce. We then ordered the feta fries ($4.75), chicken kebab plate w/ spicy hummus ($11.35), and the Mediterranean salad w/ falafel ($9.50 + $2.50) the second day. Again all around delicious with extremely fresh ingredients. Falafel was cooked to perfection. Crispy outside, tender inside with great flavor. Their hummus is fantastic too. Tastes like it's made in house. The employees are quick and very friendly as well. Made for an awesome experience overall. Definitely will be back soon...maybe again tomorrow. Bottom line: Fast casual Mediterranean spot off of Walnut Hill with above average quality food and portions with extremely fresh ingredients and flavor at a reasonable price. A couple friends wanted to take me to lunch for my birthday yesterday and I suggested trying Luna Grill. None of us had visited here and didn't realize it was order at the counter. We all tried something different and loved our food. I had the Apple Walnut Salad, but added salmon and swapped blue cheese out to feta. No issues with customization. I got a Flat cut chicken kabob, a garlic lemon chicken kabob, cabbage salad, multigrain flatbread, tzatziki & schug. Everything was delicious. Chicken tender, juicy, and flavorful. Cabbage salad crisp and fresh, but the schug was truly the star. Awesome flavor without being too spicy & very authentic tasting. Meditteranean is my favorite food. There are a lot of options in our area but was having a hard time finding one for delivery. I stumbled upon Luna Grill and so happy I did. I ordered a family meal. The rice was so good my daughter ate so much of it. Veggies fresh, gyro & chicken both so flavorful. The pita was fluffy and the tzatziki perfect. We went to this place on a whim after deciding not to go to the chaotic burger place next door. It ended up being such a happy accident! The food was OUTSTANDING!! I had a gyro bowl and it was easily the best Greek food I've ever had. My husband had the gyro plate and said the same. One of our friends had the chicken kabobs and said they were dry and not much flavor so that was the only disappointing item. The hummus was perfect and we enjoyed the sampler plate. FAST, ACCURATE DELIVERY! The food from Luna is delicious and nutritious. My partner and I order from here once a week on Doordash and it is always fast and correct. We've been into the restaurant a few times with no complaints, but it is really the delivery that I'm here to rave about. And I mean RAVE. At the end of 2020, we decided to get our act together about our health and we began ordering from Luna partway through 2021. In the beginning, we ordered because we wanted something FAST. It read on the app that it could be delivered in 25-30 minutes and we were like YES. When we got our food, we found it to be fresh and crunchy and well-seasoned. We began ordering kabob plates (meat, rice, salad and pita). The plates are still great, but at some point we transitioned to Santorini Bowls (falafel & kale for me, chicken for him) and we always get the Spiced Feta with crunchy carrots. If you're feeling a bit of a rebel, the gyro meat and french fries are perfection. TAG's tips (for the anxious): In the time of covid, we all choose the places that feed us. Our household has been fortunate to find Luna as a no-risk, consistantly satisfying meal option for nights when cooking at home isn't on the menu. Healthy options can be hard to find; look no further because Luna could be who you love to feed you when you're stressed and still wanting to eat healthy. Also, if you are an introvert like me and like to stay in your cozy space, inviting people you love into your home, Luna offers a "Meal for Six" on delivery and it is a total crowd pleaser! This location... First of all the unkept employee behind the counter was not nice. I get it we all have bad days but you're in customer service, force the damn smile. I tried to order the street bowl and she informs me that they only do it with gyro meat. Then why does your menu say served with chopped chicken? If I wanted gyro meat I would have ordered it. You have chicken, find a way to charge me for it and put it on there, or take it off the menu. Also when we tried to scan for the app we were also informed that the scanner wasn't working. Then don't let me try and sit there and try and scan the app forever, remove the scanner. Seriously how hard is that? If it doesn't work, remove it. It takes one terrible employee to absolutely ruin an experience. read more

The family packs are a great deal. I love both the gyro and the chicken (we get a mix) and I'm not even a fan of meat but these are tender and not something I could easily make myself. And we always have some left for a lunch. However, there used to be a wonderful mix of roast veggies- mushroom, red onion, pepper and squash. The last two times we've ordered we've had only squash. Squash, squash, squash- the least favorite for us. Mushrooms go bad quickly. I can understand not having them anymore, but onions and peppers do not, not anymore than squash. This place is great with easy parking... which if you are in Dallas is a big deal! My favorite is the flat chicken kabob. The chicken is always moist and very flavorful. Had the food delivered and it got here pretty quickly. The food was all fresh and healthy which I appreciate. The gyro was nice and had all the usual accompaniments. However, the Santorini chicken bowl could use some work. First of all it only had 3 small pieces of chicken slightly bigger than a chicken nugget. It needed variations in texture possibly with pine nuts or something. It also needed a harissa sauce or something to balance out and deepen up the flavor. read more

The meals are huge. It's literally TWO MEALS. The appetizer was a meal by itself. Basically I had thee meals total for about $25 bucks. I started with the Spicy Feta served with pita. I can't say I'm a fan. It tasted like feta and Sriracha mixed together and spooned onto a plate. It would taste better baked. I followed with the Gyro Plate. Fresh salad, lots'o'rice, and lots'o'meat. It's really good. And when I got the to-go box they gave me extra tzatziki sauce. Everything in my plate tasted exceedingly fresh. I decided to try this place. It has only been here for 4 months. It is originally from California. The layout is great. The open kitchen and lighting is very pleasant. The staff was well trained and helpful with my ordering and question style. The place was clean and inviting. I ordered the grilled chicken and it was very pleased. It was nicely seasoned and came on a bed of long grain white rice with a fresh salad and grilled tomatoes - very satisfying and filling. I understand they are coming in the woodlands (of course). Why not Kingwood. The food is a little similar to Zoe Kitchen, but I like the Gyros and other things they have to offer. I will see you in the Woodlands. read more

I'm usually craving Mediterranean food whenever I want to eat out but I don't want to feel guilty about it. Luckily, Luna Grill is nearby and new to the area. I've seen a couple other locations elsewhere too. I got the gyro plate to-go. It comes with a side of salad and 3 slices of pita bread. I was bummed to open my to-go order at home and see an empty section. They forgot to pack the sauces for me. I was bummed. But the packaging for to-go was nice. They have a separate section for salad and the main entree to avoid mixing the two up which is nice. The salad had a nice mixture of veggies, all fresh. The pita bread was buttery and somehow good just by itself. The main entree was pretty good even without the sauce. They give you a good amount of meat. The roasted tomato on the side was definitely burnt at the bottom/skin part. It was straight up charred black. All in all, I definitely recommend heading to Luna whenever you have a Mediterranean craving. I would definitely go back to try the other items on their menu and to have a decent taste of their sauce. read more

Horrible, bland and cold food! Not sure why this place is still open and has almost a 5 star review. My husband said that the gyro meat was worse than dog food. Our dog wouldn't even touch it.
