SLOW service with nearly a 30-minute wait for our food. When we asked the status of our order 27 minutes in, we were met with excuses that there were two other large parties that came in right before us. First of all, please train your staff not to use excuses. It is not other customers' problems that you don't have the capacity. Secondly, if there is a long wait and your kitchen already knows it, then you should apologize to the customers waiting. Or even alert the next customer order that there is a huge backup. That way we could have decided to possibly go somewhere else. Or maybe offer a free dessert, or comp the meal. The staff did not even apologize for the unacceptable wait. The various meat kabobs are moist and delicious, the Gyros is as fresh and tender as it gets, the salads are fresh and the fries are crispy and very tasty. This is my go to spot for healthy, delicious food for me and my kids. Kids eat free Monday through Thursdays and the food for them is delicious and a better option than typical fast food, but they have fries too and my kids love it here. We eat here multiple times a month and the app keeps saving us money with our reward points. read more

Business lunch. One had the gyro plate, didn't try it but it looked dry and shriveled. Obviously, not fresh but rather the frozen version of gyro meat. My husband had the kubideh, a Persian minced meat skewer that is his go to, but he won't be going back for another here. The salmon looked overcooked but my companion ate it so fast it must have been tasty. Sadly, I ordered the garlic shrimp they were promoting. Salty, grilled shrimp over basmati rice and terrible salad completing the plate. All plates come with the same. You get a tzatziki sauce with the dish but they have additional sauces you can purchase as well. I should have. There is no service as it's fast food, order at the counter and get everything yourself. There isn't any ambience per se, but it does have a cute patio to try in different seasons. read more

The chicken kabobs are delicious! Hubby got the kabobs dinner with extra kabob. I ate the extra Jakob and he got a salad with kabobs.
