I'll give this place 4.99 stars. I'll tell you why in a sec. I was greeted by a very friendly TC and asked if this was my first time visiting. He explained the menu and answered all my silly food allergy questions. We got the plate with beef and chicken, both very good. The hummus is fresh. They brew their own iced tea, 2 kinds, 5 stars for that. The pita bread is warm and tasty. The salad is fresh , but came with a.... plastic packet of dressing?!? Good dressing, but, with all else being freshly made, it just seems like it should ALL have been percent fresh. Maybe I'm spoiled. But we are definitely going back, and this time we will leave room for baklava! read more

It was a long wait and we only ordered two gyro wraps with a side of fries. The fries we received were what you get a McDonalds but these fries were $3.59. The gyros were ok, nothing too special about them. read more

Awful service! When I ordered, I was not told there was a 30 minute wait - after waiting for more than 30 mins I was told it was another 10 minutes. The manager, Daniel instead of apologizing for the delay responded, they were trying their best. Wrong! Do something to explain why the delay and allow the customers to decide if they want to wait. First time like a week ago I came the food came out good and good portions I liked it so much I came again today and got served a portion so small I ate the bowl in 4 bites, had like 3 pieces of chicken considering I paid more then what you would pay at Chipotle. Got here for lunch at about 11:15 and it was empty. Leaving at 12:04 and it's hopping! Food is really good and fresh - order ahead online if you're in a hurry. It's a bright, clean spot where you order at the counter and they bring it to your table. Service was prompt. We will certainly make this a regular lunch place! read more

First time we ordered take out, our experience was delightful. Food was fresh and yummy. Best falafel and steak kabob since Mykonos. BUT this third venture to Luna Grill was a disaster. Connie, who said she was the manager, was uptight and unapologetic, as I requested "hot sauce" to which she repeatedly replied "We have several. Which one?" I answered, pick one that goes with the meal. She replied argumentatively, Do you want this one....this one... or THIS one??? At that point, I lost my appetitive and would have canceled the order, except my friend was sitting it he parking lot, hungry and looking forward to a nice meal after a long day. When she approached the counter, our friendly server greeted her with a smile and was happy to throw in several sauces without charge. Connie strudded off, indignant and full of attitude, an image of unwelcome and self-importance. The food was cold, salty, and the greens were withered with an obtrusive stem resembling a small branch shoved into the falafel. Omg! Who in their right mind would put such a thing in someone's food? We love Luna Grill. The food was good. Salmon was a tiny bit dry. Glad to have somewhere quick out here to get some decent quality healthy food. Service was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the interior is a typical modern restaurant/cafe you would expect. I tried the Koobideh kebab and the gyro meat with the fries and rice. I am a huge kebab fan, and they do a decent job with the food. it's a bit on the dry side compared to other kebab/Mediterranean places I've been to, but it's not that bad. We had grilled shrimp as they were out of beef? It was delicious. As was the Greek salad. However salad dressing was in a plastic packet which I had trouble opening. I then put it in one of their small containers so as to have dressing on the side! Now for my rant...$the rice was such a disappointment. Plain white rice no flavor or seasonings. To be truly Mediterranean you have to have rice pilaf! Cooked in chicken broth and lots of butter. I asked about pilaf and they acted like they had no idea what I meant.
