So disappointing. These pictures are what you get from them not the one you see on their menu. Beef plate includes 4 small pieces plus bite of meat. They also charged $1.40 for garlic feta sauce. This place is a joke. The taste is average thats why i gave them 2 stars. If you are adult and need full meal order two plates. read more

We already love Luna Grill in Temecula but we are even more excited that one opened up in Menifee. The service was great and everyone was so welcoming! Love to have the option of healthy food options. The food was delicious and the dog friendly patio is a plus! We will definitely be coming back with our dog next time. We ordered chicken and salad family meal to share among the 2 of us and it was the perfect amount of food with some to take home. Look forward to coming back again. read more

The food is always delicious and it comes out fast. We came in today 15 minutes before they opened and Freda said we were free to sit inside and wait until they were ready. She brought us extra plates for our kids to split the meal. We didn't even have to ask, she just knew. Such friendly employees here. The customer service is on point! I would give this location zero stars if possible. I placed an order online, which was supposed to be ready at 11:27. I got there at 11:36, and they told me the falafel wouldn't be ready for another 10-15 minutes. I left and came back to find another person waiting past their pickup time. Then two more people came in who had orders past their pickup time. Around 11:58, they told me it was going to be another 20 minutes until the falafel would be ready. I asked for a refund, which they were actually helpful with. The person next to me followed suit in requesting a refund. This is the second Luna Grill location I have had to leave a negative review for. Clearly this chain does not screen or train their employees well. I think I'm done trying. read more

This Luna Grill locations is excellent. Part of my job is picking up food for 12-15 people every day, and we have come back to Luna Grill for our lunch on several occasions because the employees are wonderful and the food is great! I have to label everyone's names on their meals, which is tedious and I have only had excellent help from Jeremy and Freda; they are so kind and I truly am so appreciative of their assistance. They are very patient with me while I go through everyone's orders, especially when I have questions. The shrimp are awesome!!! read more

Have been here several times and today I decided to write this review in hopes that they share this with the cook. Every time I have come here the chicken is over cooked, dry and not very enjoyable to eat. I have visited the Temecula location several times and they never disappoint. The young lady in front was very nice, my issue was with the food, all the meats were really over cooked, the beef koobideh was so bad, inedible and the chicken kabob also very dry like leather, couldn't choke it down and I have older kids that will eat anything. I purchased 2 family meals, so it was a large order, I expected better, this was the first time I ordered from this Luna Grill, I usually order from the Temecula location and never had an issue with their food. Don't think that I will order from this location again. Waste of money. read more

Started with 5 stars at my first few visits when Luna opened, but the quality, portion size, and efficiency has gone down dramatically. Dine in, pick up, and delivery portion sizes have reduced noticeably. Plates have arrived so greasy there is puddles of it beneath the rice, seeped through the bowl, and onto the bottom of the to-go bag. The price doesn't match anywhere near the quality. I wanted to love this place, but it's probably not somewhere I'll choose to go on my pick for dinner. read more

The grape leaves can't be homemade wish they were which doesn't make them worth it. The feta dip is good and and the bak lava is good.

Worst Luna grill I have ever been to. I got my normal chicken kabob plate, the rice was crunchy. The meat was cold. I don't eat bread I asked for a little more salad instead, they refused. The salad I got had no cucumber or tomato in it just old stale lettuce which they gave the the smallest portion of. I asked for and extra taxiki i and dressing, they tried to charge me for 4 extras I only asked for 2. Thank goodness I caught it. I got basically portions of a kids plate for 20 dollars. Order took 25 minutes to make and food was cold and crunchy. So bummed never had any of these problems at any other Luna grill. Hope they do better read more
