My family and I had the opportunity to come try out Luna Grill for their soft opening during dinner time. This was personally my first time trying any kind of Mediterranean food, and I was pleasantly surprised at how fresh and delicious everything was! I ordered the loaded fries for my starter, and I got the gyro and beef kabob plates for our entrees. The food came out in no time, and everything was fresh! I especially loved the salad and pita bread that comes with the plates. On top of the yummy food, the service was excellent. We felt so welcomed while entering the restaurant. All the staff was super friendly, warm, and made sure we had everything we needed! We will for sure be back very often, since we live in the community just behind the shopping center. read more

If i could put no stars i would , chicken was average tzatziki was extremely bland and tasted processed, customer service was horrible no smiles and i felt like i was being rushed while the young lady took my order. Been hearing a lot of radio plugs for this place so decided to give it a try, the wait took for ever, chicken plate & shrimp plate was like 25 minutes. Service was so so, not the friendliest but the food was good, chicken was very tender and flavorful, could have used a couple more shrimps for $16 but hey whatever. My biggest complaint is the temperature of the store, they got that placed at like 65 degrees or something, we sat outside because it wasn't as cold, but still cold. All in all, we would come back again, maybe take it togo next time. read more

The food is always delicious and it comes out fast. We came in today 15 minutes before they opened and Freda said we were free to sit inside and wait until they were ready. Part of my job is picking up food for 12-15 people every day, and we have come back to Luna Grill for our lunch on several occasions because the employees are wonderful and the food is great! I have to label everyone's names on their meals, which is tedious and I have only had excellent help from Jeremy and Freda; they are so kind and I truly am so appreciative of their assistance. Decided after work to pop into the closest Luna Grill for dinner. We found this new one right off Newport Rd in Menifee. The staff was very helpful as I had issues with my phone app. The order came out in a timely manner, correct in my changes and exactly what I ordered. As I ate my dinner, the staff were working together, everyone had their chores to do, and they did it in complete harmony. It was nice to see a crew working together and getting the orders out quickly and efficiently. I love Mediterranean food but I'm not a fan of this one, not very tasty and not cheap either they also have smaller portions.

I would give this location zero stars if possible. I placed an order online, which was supposed to be ready at 11:27. I got there at 11:36, and they told me the falafel wouldn't be ready for another 10-15 minutes. I left and came back to find another person waiting past their pickup time. Then two more people came in who had orders past their pickup time. Around 11:58, they told me it was going to be another 20 minutes until the falafel would be ready. I asked for a refund, which they were actually helpful with. The person next to me followed suit in requesting a refund. This is the second Luna Grill location I have had to leave a negative review for. Clearly this chain does not screen or train their employees well. I think I'm done trying. read more

So disappointing. These pictures are what you get from them not the one you see on their menu. Beef plate includes 4 small pieces plus bite of meat. They also charged $1.40 for garlic feta sauce. This place is a joke. The taste is average thats why i gave them 2 stars. If you are adult and need full meal order two plates. read more

We already love Luna Grill in Temecula but we are even more excited that one opened up in Menifee. The service was great and everyone was so welcoming! Love to have the option of healthy food options. The food was delicious and the dog friendly patio is a plus! We will definitely be coming back with our dog next time. We ordered chicken and salad family meal to share among the 2 of us and it was the perfect amount of food with some to take home. Look forward to coming back again. read more
