Amazing spot ! It was my first time here and the cashier Carolina was so nice and helpful. Great customer service right off the bat! Chelsea was at the register when I ordered. I wanted the chicken and gyro plate but she let me know the gyro would be about 30 extra minutes so I had to decline this time. But she automatically suggested the bistro beef plate instead. Which was a great alternate! the meat was super soft and moist, bell peppers and red onion were sweet and delicately charred just how I like them. Thankfully my table of 6 and a baby (my baby) arrived when we did. Every seat in the house was filled up right after. It did take a good 30-40 minutes to get my food, but it was hot and looked fresh and delicious. A server came by and cleared empty plates off our table which was great. The parking lot is small, as well as the Luna grill inside so hopefully I can keep ahead of the rush when I do go, of course I will go back because Luna grill is just delicious and a nice healthy option after a workout. Plus the employees were all super friendly and wore big smiles. It's not their fault the parking lot is so small right! I think the staff is doing great for being brand new. And they handled the dinner rush just fine. read more

I get they are new but they need better training. I just went for a pick up order, walked out and realized this bags too light. They missed a whole entree had to go back and ask for it. When I got home and served to my family none of our plates had rice. When you get pita bread it's the size of 3 tortilla chips. Also asked for spicy hummus and got regular. Wife ordered a bowl and they forgot to put hummus. No napkins or silverware. Not one piece of the order was correct. I will stick to zesty for now read more

Not a bad option if you want Mediterranean food. I am a vegetarian and felt like they had several good options. The taste isn't exceptional if you want something authentic this isn't the place. read more

A few things, the pita bread was hard, the chicken was dry and chewy did not taste like garlic lemon, the hummus was dry, and the cabbage tasted weird... Just thought you should know. Called the store and gave feedback and that's about it. They said nothing about it. They would talk to the cook. read more

This place is very good. Would recommend. I've recommended it to myself for dinner the last three days and I have not been disappointed. My favs are the chicken kebab plate, Royal Salad, the loaded fries, and the hummus trio. And I may have also ordered a pint of the garlic feta and have eaten it with everything the last three day too. The cherry on top is they have Coke Zero. read more

Came here the week of grand opening. Ordered a chicken and gyro plate. As soon as I came home, I found missing pita bread, the most thin slice of gyro ever (literal pencil shavings), and the worst of it all.. RAW chicken. I even sent Guest Relations an email and it's been 3 weeks and STILL no reply. Shame. I'd rather support the other local Mediterranean eateries (Zesty's) nearby. read more

Didn't deal with wait as we placed order online. Was there before the given time was up, we called as the site states to call store upon arrival and food was ready but was extremely cold. Even the falafel. Don't bother ordering curbside because you call and they say you have to come in to get your order. Some advice- Don't offer curbside through your site! This location was a complete let down and we will continue to drive out to Temecula. Way better location, friendly staff and food is hot and delicious there. read more

Came in today with a friend, 2 ladies doing lunch. We were met by Karla, with a smile, and asked us if we had any questions on the menu before ordering. WHAT? Never had that at a walk-up order place. I said, I do have a question. She said, And I have an answer! WHAT?? I was prepared for the "I don't know, they pay me minimum wage," attitude I normally get. We ordered and she made some suggestions, all of which turned out to be great! They delivered the food to our table fresh, hot, and THEY TOOK THE STRAW PAPER TRASH AND THREW IT AWAY! WHAT??? I can't get top level steakhouses to take empty glasses and trash when you're paying $100 and up per person. This service was amazing. Karla should be training all your employees. Give this girl a raise. (I forgot to ask your name Karla when I left bc you were busy giving other customers great service, but thank goodness it was on my receipt!!). Keep up the great work. Horrible customer service. Waited 30 minutes for food and only reason they began preparing it was because I asked how much longer it would be. Two other customers that placed their order after I did got their food within 10 minutes. When I asked for a refund they didn't want to refund the entire amount which included the tip. read more

On Sunday 8/14 my family gathered to have lunch at Luna grill. There was bit of wait but it was because their systems were down. They were only able to accept cash for about 2 hours. Normally someone would complain about this but the manager and staff were soooooo nice and friendly the experience didn't bother us. The food was delicious! I will be going back for their falafel!! 10/10. Also, you must try the strawberry hibiscus juice 10/10. read more

Luna Grill Menifee was great. I was served by Arra, manager on staff, and Chelsy, the girl taking the others. She was an absolute light! I appreciate the manager validating my coupon and honoring it despite the circumstances. The food is absolutely delicious. If you have never had Luna Grill I would definitely recommend it- it's pretty authentic despite it being a chain restaurant , and the marinades and flavors are incredible. I was really looking forward to Luna Grill in Menifee. Unfortunately, they don't carry the same food items as other locations. My favorite is the flat cut chicken kabobs which they have no plans of offering in Menifee. I ordered the regular chicken kabobs and they lacked flavor. The staff was friendly.
