As soon as I came home, I found missing pita bread, the most thin slice of gyro ever (literal pencil shavings), and the worst of it all.. RAW chicken. Came in today with a friend, 2 ladies doing lunch. We were met by Karla, with a smile, and asked us if we had any questions on the menu before ordering. WHAT? Never had that at a walk-up order place. I said, I do have a question. She said, And I have an answer! WHAT?? I was prepared for the "I don't know, they pay me minimum wage," attitude I normally get. We ordered and she made some suggestions, all of which turned out to be great! They delivered the food to our table fresh, hot, and THEY TOOK THE STRAW PAPER TRASH AND THREW IT AWAY! WHAT??? I can't get top level steakhouses to take empty glasses and trash when you're paying $100 and up per person. This service was amazing. Karla should be training all your employees. Give this girl a raise. (I forgot to ask your name Karla when I left bc you were busy giving other customers great service, but thank goodness it was on my receipt!!). Keep up the great work. Horrible customer service. Waited 30 minutes for food and only reason they began preparing it was because I asked how much longer it would be. Two other customers that placed their order after I did got their food within 10 minutes. When I asked for a refund they didn't want to refund the entire amount which included the tip. read more

Didn't deal with wait as we placed order online. Was there before the given time was up, we called as the site states to call store upon arrival and food was ready but was extremely cold. Even the falafel. Don't bother ordering curbside because you call and they say you have to come in to get your order. Some advice- Don't offer curbside through your site! This location was a complete let down and we will continue to drive out to Temecula. Way better location, friendly staff and food is hot and delicious there. read more

On Sunday 8/14 my family gathered to have lunch at Luna grill. There was bit of wait but it was because their systems were down. They were only able to accept cash for about 2 hours. Normally someone would complain about this but the manager and staff were soooooo nice and friendly the experience didn't bother us. The food was delicious! I will be going back for their falafel!! 10/10. Also, you must try the strawberry hibiscus juice 10/10. read more

Luna Grill Menifee was great. I was served by Arra, manager on staff, and Chelsy, the girl taking the others. She was an absolute light! I appreciate the manager validating my coupon and honoring it despite the circumstances. The food is absolutely delicious. If you have never had Luna Grill I would definitely recommend it- it's pretty authentic despite it being a chain restaurant , and the marinades and flavors are incredible. I was really looking forward to Luna Grill in Menifee. Unfortunately, they don't carry the same food items as other locations. My favorite is the flat cut chicken kabobs which they have no plans of offering in Menifee. I ordered the regular chicken kabobs and they lacked flavor. The staff was friendly. Fresh food, just really tiny falafel balls and the wrap has 2-3 tiny balls in it, no flavor in the balls but the salad is decent in the wrap. No humus available. Just blah for a falafel. Very good food. My only complaint was the gyro didn't have enough sauce and is kind of expensive for the portions they give you.

I placed a $123.26 food order that included a 20% delivery tip, $2.99 delivery fee and $13.73 service fee. At the time of delivery I received only half of my order. When I contacted Luna Grill the phone attendant told me the remainder of my food did not get picked up by Door Dash driver. After speaking to his manager, the attendant said that I could either get a refund or pick up the food and get compensated with 2 free meal vouchers. I opted to do the pickup and meal vouchers. When my husband picked up the food, he said he was denied the meal vouchers and that he only ended up getting one. He asked to speak to a manager and the person left in charge "Alexia" told him that her manager "Nancy" was gone for the day and that they could only do one voucher because it was not their fault that the door dash driver failed to pick up the entire order. Alexia said that the attendant who helped us took it upon himself to offer us meal vouchers. This was our first time trying out this place and we did not enjoy the delivery experience nor the customer service. Luna Grill could have secured the entire meal by placing it all in one big bag or securing together the two bags the food was packed in. By the time my husband got the rest of the food, our food was cold. It was a total inconvenience and expensive purchase when you add all the extra service/delivery fees. I got the Santorini bowl with falafel and it was amazing!!! Food was fresh and delicious! My husband got the chicken kabob plate and thought everything was great! The manager was such a nice guy! We sat out on the little patio where he brought our food, came and checked on us and even took our trash for us. We will be back for sure!
