This place is AMAZING! WOW is all I have to say. It's one thing to get good tasting food, its a whole other when the service is JUST AS GOOD as the food. It was the best of both worlds choosing to come to this place to feed about six people at my office. Brenda and Llia went above and beyond to ensure this meal checked all the boxes. I ended up getting two six-person family packs and I'm so glad I did, everyone loved the food so much! Then we had people coming from accounting that never come out, wanting part in this feast of champions. Again, Brenda and Llia did so much to make this special like putting in plastic tongs and spoons so everyone can serve well, they were also the brightest lights on a Christmas tree which is always heartwarming to experience people that love what they do. As the saying goes "love what you do and you will never work a day in your life," and this was blatantly obvious here, God bless these two young ladies. Been a loyal LG customer for over 9 years. I could eat their food daily and never get tired of it. The salmon is always top notch. I do have to say though....the customer service at the Temecula location is not good. They refused to add a free appetizer to my delivery because they had to see the coupon code in person at the store...I couldn't give them the code over the phone. The rep on the phone could not give a reason why they can't accept the code I had in front of me. They even went on to say that Uber will charge me EXTRA for adding the free appetizer to my meal..? Makes zero sense. In other news, I recall a time I ordered from LG (via Uber Eats) and after waiting a long time for my delivery, I opened the app to find that the restaurant (same Temecula location) just decided to cancel my order...WTF. I was beyond furious. I tried calling the restaurant and they couldn't solve the problem, so we ended up eating somewhere else like two hours later. Lastly, on another delivery from this same store, we had to call and complain to the company because some personal contact information of ours (whatever is included in the order, like email address, home address, phone number) was accidentally shared with another customer. How did we find out? The other customer emailed us saying he got our info from Luna Grill. Totally unacceptable!! Shape up, you guys could be near-perfect. If it weren't for the always amazing food, this would easily have been 2 stars. read more

I used to love this place. They make too many changes to their menu without listening to their customers. I used to live their baked tomatoes with their meals. The nixed them. The used to have delicious sliced roma tomatoes, also gone. Used to carry a delicious mandarin lime soda... also eliminated. The last straw for me was when they changed their garlic sauce. This stuff was magic. They have now unnecessarily puréed feta cheese into the sauce, essentially ruining it. It made your chicken, steak and rice all taste amazing. I still crave it. The worst food ever, should never hold the title Mediterranean food. I ordered the worst bowl of gyros in my life. Gyros on French fries with cheese, terrible taste. Very few meat and mainly fries. Food is expensive and doesn't worth it at all. Will never go there again. read more

This restaurant is conveniently located right next to the movie theaters and the mall. The atmosphere is small, clean, contemporary and really chic. Great place to go for lunch or dinner after the some shopping. Only issue is seating isn't always available inside the restaurant. But you could always go out to the patio which isn't that nice. The food is fresh, well flavored and good portions. The rice is pretty bland and they don't give you very much of the sauces or hummus. Other than that this place is great. read more

Drove to Temecula from Valencia to visit a friend!! We were super excited to try this place out and checked their hours before arriving to make sure we were on time. According to yelp their hours stated they closed at 9pm. We arrived at 8:20 pm and the cashier and kitchen staff just gave us that look that says "Oh Great!" We approached the front to order and the cashier tells us "sorry we are only taking to go orders because we close at 8:45pm when yelp stated otherwise!! It was very shocking for a place like this to turn away money and potential returning customers!! I'm a frequent costumer at Luna grill. I love all their food options, however, over the past few months their prices have risen and quantities of food have only gotten smaller. Recently I placed an online order for my family and I. My sons kids meal had hardly any rice in it. They used to fill the plate with rice and now it looks like they're running out bc they hardly put any on the plate, yet the prices have gone up since last year. If I'm going to be paying MORE, I should have the same portion of food, not LESS. I politely explained my frustrations to a male manager there, he scoffed and gave me attitude saying they measure the food and always give the same portions, which is clearly a lie considering I've been coming here since they've opened as I work and live very close to this location.
