Been here a couple of times and I really enjoy their food. Not a fan of their mahi but their mixed kabob and hummus were delish! Their salad dressing wasnt too tangy and love the simple grilled tomatoes. I like that their fountain machine has that blood orange drink too, so good. Bathrooms and tables seemed to be tended to on a regular basis. Even though their website says same day orders for catering, they do NOT accept same day orders. I called 5 minutes after they opened and said I would pick up the order around 5:30 pm. I love this place! I tried the one in Irvine while in the OC one day and I fell in love. I looked up and found there was one near me, so I went in the next day. I am a vegan so, I have only tried the market salad and the market wrap with Falafel and sweet potato fries, it is delish! (They are great at modifying my order to accommodate my needs). Taste wise, I'd give them 4/5. We ordered the classic wrap with falafel and rice and the veggie kebab with rice, grilled tomato, and salad. I've had better falafel, but the sauce they gave on the side of the wrap was good. The veggie kebab was flavorful and tasty--my husband hates mushrooms with a passion, but he actually enjoyed these mushrooms. The service was also friendly and helpful as the girl at the front knew all the vegan options and helped us pick. My two main problems with Luna grill are the portions and their beyond burger. They have a beyond burger, but it can't be made vegan because they grill it on the same surface as meat. Technically that's not even vegetarian, then, since vegetarians don't eat animal fat. I don't understand the logic of getting an expensive vegan patty but then not offering it to vegans--can't they use a separate pan or something? Secondly, their portions are rather small. I was starving after finishing off the classic wrap and rice AND finishing my husband's rice, too. If they offered bigger portions to vegans/vegetarians (considering we're only consuming veggies), I would go back. read more

I had to pick up for my company's luncheon, and when I got there, it was already crazy busy. The manager told me that they were unable to write the names on the meals (there were 10) because of how busy it got for them, which was understandable. I ordered the gyro sandwich with fries, which is my go-to order for Mediterranean food. It was very good and super filling. I went in for a gyro and didnt know the sauces that came with it, ellie one of the supervisors assisted me with out hesitatation and explain what compliments what. She was sweet, sincere, and super helpful; very professional. The meat was succulent moist and tender and can tell the cooks put pride and effort into their work, niaom one of the chefs recommended which meat to choose from which to be honesti didnt know (for texture wise sometimesim not a fan of chicken). This was my first time eating at this location. I work in Carlsbad and there's one down the street from my office so that's the one I'm familiar with. The Temecula location didn't disappoint. I ordered over the phone on my way home from work and the young lady who took my order was super polite. Once I arrived, the cashier there was equally as polite. I only had to wait about 5 minutes and the person who called my name out to tell me my food was ready was also very customer service focused and pleasant. I always order the chicken kabob plate and it was exactly how it always is. Luna Grill is very consistent and always the better, healthier choice when you're picking up food on your way home. This location gets extra bonus points because of how clean the restaurant is as well as how well trained the staff is. Good job to the management there and all the team members that know how to treat customers and provide the high level of service that is hard to come by today. First time ordering thru online delivery service. Delivery was quick, I was happy about that! Trying to stay safe and stay home due to this ongoing Coronavirus, is quite boring. I use these services quite often as a matter of fact usually the weekends. However, having heard the news a few months ago about "delivery" services "eating" or "picking on your food" I was turned off. Haven't ordered in in about 6 months. Gave it a try from another restaurant, assuming, without asking that the bags would be sealed as it was from another restaurant I ordered from twice in the past month! That was great too see. HOWEVER, this delivery was NOT in a "sealed" bag. It looked ok, Like no one messed with it and I was so hungry!! Food tasted Delicious I'm happy to say!
