It's now June so I've had time to settle in with my carpet and wanted to provide a review of the experience. I read lots of reviews and research things to death before I make a decision so I don't give people a high rating just to be "nice". I also consider myself to be be a little hard to please because I'm used to doing a lot of work on my home myself and I have a high standard of quality while being thrifty. That being said, I shopped around a few quotes and came back to FlooringRVA. Long story short...I felt the price I paid for what I wanted was spot on. I had a good experience with the two man crew that came to install the carpet and padding. And 6 months later things are still meeting my expectations. Robert, the owner, was the real reason behind going with FlooringRVA a second time. He personally came to measure and offer suggestions. I preferred to text and Robert made himself available at all times throughout the day when I had questions. I didn't always expect an immediate response but one was always received. I could tell he and his staff were committed to my being satisfied throughout every step in the process and I couldn't find that level of customer focus with any other competitor. The negotiated price was reasonable and agreed upon by both parties prior to installation and scheduling. Very happy with the original service. Additionally, the door had a small issue, likely due to the humidity or workmanship of our home, Nazar came out very soon after reporting the issue to examine and provide both advice and offered continued services should any other issues occur.

They noticed that I had missed closing a window and were quick to tell me before washing that side of the house. They did a beautiful job. There was minimal trampling of my flower garden (It's a large garden with very dense growth and would be impossible not to stomp a few cone flowers.) My car was parked close to the house, so to get the wash solution off the car, they washed my car! They also gave my patio a quick hit to wash the solution off. Great job!
