    Mango Smoothie & Thai Tea

We craved rice and this definitely hit the spot! The teriyaki sauce was thick and sweet. The vegetables complimented it well. We also tried the mango smoothie and thai tea! Both were great. Mango smoothie was smooth and unique. Service was nice and respectful. Food came out in a timely manner. They made us feel pretty comfortable. Definitely added to our list of favorite eateries :)

Stopped by Luv 'n Eat Ramen in Camarillo for dinner on our way home from Santa Barbara. We were greeted by a kind host who was busily running the front of the house. My kids love japanese ramen but also love tom yum soup, so I was happy to see there was an option for both. I was also pleased to see there was a kids meal option that came with a small tonkatsu ramen, edamame and fries. Perfect spot for our family of five with different taste and appetite. Overall I'm pleased with the food and service. The ambiance was also nice with calming music and modern decor. We'll definitely stop by here again when we pass through Camarillo!

Cute little restaurant, the sever was nice, the food not so much. The sever said the Tom yum ramen was good, and I love Tom yum soup, so I ordered it. The broth lacked flavor and depth, not enjoyable at all. Ground chicken had no flavor, and it was just noodles and bean sprouts (I took my son's egg). My husband ordered the tonkotsu and was not a fan. My son enjoyed his kid's ramen, but he's 5 so he's basic. I would say this is a good restaurant for people that are not used to Asian food and want to start trying Asian food.

Overall a very okay ramen spot. More of a jack of all trades type of spot, Ramen noodles were good, the broth was alright, service was good but ambiance a bit bland. Ordered the Chicken Gyoza which could've been more seasoned and crispier, but did have a good amount of meat in it. Service was very attentive and good. The ramen was solid, good portions but it just didnt have a 'wow' factor to it. I think if you're looking for the best spot in town for ramen, its Cagami. If you're just looking for something to cure a hankering for ramen, this will do.

The place is homey and service was fine. I will be honest, this wasn't the best ramen. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing here but it was too sweet for my taste and didn't have the traditional Tom Yum flavor I adore. Maybe it's a good sign to not combine two cuisines together....

Great Flavor. Great Service. This place is clean. Ambiance is chill. Our server was very attentive. Best of all the Chashu was spot on!

**3.5 stars** I've been meaning to try Luv 'n Eat Ramen for a while. Luckily the place was pretty empty so I was able to receive my food quite quickly. I decided to go with their regular miso ramen with chashu pork, no egg. I took it to go and I was impressed with their take out container. They had the soup at the bottom and everything else separated at the top. Everything was still nice and hot. The soup was good. However, the miso flavor wasn't strong. The pork was tender and everything tasted well together. If you need a ramen fix and couldn't make it anywhere else, Luv 'n Eat Ramen would do in a pinch.

Back at it again.. oh man it's been a minute but I'm here now.. I've been craving Ramen for the longest and finally .. im also getting me some Bento Dinner box Salmon and Steak teriyaki

I was really excited for this but it unfortunately fell short. The tonkatsu broth lacked flavor and I ended up adding salt to it. Noodle texture was fine but lacked flavor as well. The egg was a regular soft boiled egg, not a ramen egg. We door dashed this and the way it was packaged was excellent - noodles separate from the broth which was very thoughtful Overall this did fall short for me but happy I tried it

Ordered 2 House Special Ramens, takoyaki, and Thai tea, and everything hit the spot The ramen was creamy and flavorful with generous toppings, the takoyaki was perfectly crispy and saucy, and the Thai tea was smooth and refreshing. Portions were filling and worth it. If you're craving ramen with good sides and drinks, this place won't disappoint.

It was raining & we were in the area so stopped by for a quick bite. It's cutesy! Very clean and nice inside. You feel like you're somewhere else. Loved their watermelon drink so delish! & their mozza corn dog was chefs kiss with the spicy mayo sauce. Great quick service too. I look forward to trying their ramen next time!

Super yummy, we've eaten here several times. Always good. You get a good amount of food for the price too. The house ramen is great!

They have a lot of options for everyone. My son likes the kids ramen. He's been asking to come here for months. It's his favorite restaurant. I ordered the tofu teriyaki. It's a big bowl that's enough for two meals. The tofu is flavorful.

I gave the restaurant another opportunity yesterday, but unfortunately, I left disappointed again. It appears they have done away with their old bento boxes. The dishes used for the banchan with the lunch special still have a somewhat dated appearance, including some chipped pieces. Considering the relatively high price of the lunch special, I would think updating the presentation and serving ware would be worthwhile. The service, however, remains friendly and efficient. I ordered the bulgogi, and while it wasn't bad tasting, it didn't seem to be prepared properly. The meat texture was a bit mushy and onions had no caramelization, and the dish lacked the rich, savory flavor and texture that makes good bulgogi so enjoyable. It almost tasted as though it had been cooked at too low a temperature. Unfortunately, the banchan were also disappointing. They were very bland overall. The carrot in the potato-and-carrot dish had an odd taste that reminded me of cleaning solution, so I actually spit it out and didn't eat the rest. The kimchi portion was extremely small and, frankly, didn't look particularly appetizing, so I didn't try it. The radish was also very basic and lacked much flavor. The two wontons were unremarkable, although the radish soup was still good, as it usually is. The salad was fine as usual, and the mixed rice was tasty. Ultimately, though, when I'm paying around $23 before tax and tip for a lunch special and receiving such small portions and inconsistent food quality, I don't feel the meal represents a good value. I really wanted to give this place another chance because I enjoyed my earlier visits, but unfortunately, this most recent meal left me disappointed.

The establishment is kind of hidden in the corner next to the shell gas station and there is ample parking. As I was walking towards the front, I see a sign stating that they have a happy hour starting at 1 o'clock and it was 1259 so I was very excited to see what this look like especially for it being my first time here. This meant that I get to try a lot of new things and a lot more things. There is about 10 to 15 tables inside with different amounts of seating and since it was just my boyfriend and I and the lady gave us the choice to sit wherever then we chose a table with two seats but, had us move to the next one because she said that the two seat ones were for single people, especially because it was lunchtime. She refused to let us sit at the two person table ‍. We got several menus and a pencil with an ordering paper. She took our drink order and we started to explore the vast menu and it all looked great! (I love when they have pictures on the menu apart from descriptions) After she brought us waters, I asked her if the special menu was considered the happy hour menu and she said it's not happy hour yet and I said yes it is 1 o'clock and she looked at my boyfriends clock on his phone and apologized and brought the happy hour menu. I included the receipt so you can see that 4/5 rolls were happy hour pricing. The sushi chefs were 2 Hispanic men and the reason why I mention this was because I feel like most of my rolls had this "chili powder" that resembled Tajin on my rolls and that's what they called "spicy" half my rolls were supposed to be spicy tuna but the tuna itself was not spicy they just had this Tajin-like powder on top and to me it wasn't spicy at all and I also felt like it made those 2/3 rolls taste bland. My bf loves deep fried rolls so he opted to try the magic mtn and he loved it and I think I enjoyed the spider roll the most. Even the spicy tuna on the crispy rice was just regular tuna with no spice. We still thought it tasted good but we will maybe give it another try with different rolls next time. They have a punch card if you spend $50+ after I think 10 you get a free speciality roll. The chefs gave us a parting remark and we thanked them upon leaving for lunch. Our server was a little more cold but kudos to her for handling the whole restaurant by herself in an efficient manner as our food came out quick and we got water refills and she checked in on us while serving 5/6 other tables all by herself.

The Y2K roll is simply a CA roll topped with salmon, eel sauce, and spicy mayo, which might seem super simple, but the quality of the fish, paired with the two sauces, makes an absolutely amazing flavor bomb. All of the workers here are extremely welcoming. Our server, Toshi, was very attentive, refilling all of our drinks with no hesitation or wait. A Disappointing Experience at Masa Sushi -- Especially for Guests With Food Allergies…read more We have visited Masa Sushi frequently because, when our orders are prepared correctly, the food is genuinely delicious. Unfortunately, the service has become consistently disappointing, and after our most recent experience, I feel compelled to share a serious concern--particularly for anyone dining with food allergies. I have a serious gluten and dairy allergy, and every time I visit, I make a point of clearly communicating my allergies when ordering. Unfortunately, the server consistently seems unable or unwilling to acknowledge these concerns. He often simply stares at me without responding, and there appears to be a significant language barrier that makes communicating important dietary restrictions extremely difficult. His body language can also come across as visibly frustrated or irritated when I ask questions about my food. During my most recent visit, I ordered a Chirashi bowl and specifically requested no Kani (imitation crab) because Kani can contain wheat and therefore poses a serious risk for someone with a gluten allergy. I made this request specifically because previous Chirashi bowls at this restaurant have arrived with Kani despite my request to have it removed. When I explained that I could not have the Kani, the server told me, "There is none in it." I was confused because my previous Chirashi bowls had contained it. Unfortunately, when my food arrived, the Kani was there again. I immediately called the server over, pointed directly to the Kani, and told him, "I can't eat this." He took the plate back to the sushi bar. Instead of preparing a new dish or addressing the potential cross-contact issue, the Kani was simply removed from the existing dish, and the same plate was returned to me. I asked, "You didn't replace it with anything?" The server did not answer and quickly walked away. This was particularly concerning because when someone has a serious food allergy, simply removing the offending ingredient from a completed dish is not necessarily an adequate solution. The Kani had already been in contact with the other food on the plate. At a minimum, I would have expected the restaurant to take the allergy seriously, communicate with me about how the dish was being remade, and provide a safe replacement rather than simply picking the ingredient off and returning the same food. The service in general is also extremely slow and consistently feels disconnected. This doesn't seem to depend on how busy the restaurant is; even when there are only a few tables, the service often feels flustered, inattentive, and at times rude. It's unfortunate because the food itself really is good. We've returned many times because we genuinely enjoy it when everything is prepared correctly. However, delicious food isn't enough to justify repeatedly dealing with this level of service--especially when a customer's serious food allergy is involved. For anyone with a significant food allergy, I would strongly recommend exercising caution and making sure the restaurant can clearly understand and safely accommodate your dietary restrictions before ordering. In my case, after this experience, I no longer feel comfortable dining at Masa Sushi despite genuinely enjoying the food. Great food, but the service and handling of serious allergy concerns need significant improvement.

I believe that's why I'm giving this place an extra star. Currently waiting for my food. Let's see how long that takes. My order was placed at 18:27 and I got the combination pho. The ambiance is nice but personally I don't think a pho place should have a bar. I believe it distracts workers from enforcing the quality of the food. Again, that's my personal opinion; I'm not against drinking. (If you're a regular pho person; you know the quieter the pho place, the better!!) Anyways; I'll come back to this review after my order and service has been finalized. The waitress brought me a water with no ice and there's stuff floating in it. I didn't drink it. Update at 18:58. I left without a to-go. The broth was good but I added so much siracha (I love it super spicy) is blinded my taste buds briefly. Something was definitely off about the meat. Perhaps it was old and had been frozen for so long. I'm not sure what it was. The broth was good though! The way the prep they're bowl is aesthetically pleasing so I forgot to taste and when I did, I felt nauseous. I left without leaving a tip because of how long I waited before I was noticed. I usually go to Oceanside pho bar and grill but that's miles from here so I just needed something to alleviate my pho craving.
