One of the best memories from our trip! My family and I revisited this place last Saturday, and there were three of us. The restaurant was full, but the atmosphere was calm, modern, and very welcoming. We were looking for a good ramen spot and we happened to remember this great place and it turned out to be a fantastic decision once AGAIN!! The service was friendly and the food exceeded our expectations. The owner was very nice and attentive. I highly recommend the House Special Ramen. The tonkotsu broth was rich and flavorful, and the chashu pork was incredibly tender and delicious. We also tried the spicy tuna crispy rice, Coco ramen and Curry Ramen (Khao Soi), and everything was very satisfying. It was a cold rainy day and ramen sounded amazing so after searching on Yelp, we came across luv n eat ramen in Camarillo. Made the 15 drive over and this place defenitly did not disappoint! When we got there, we got seated right away by our friendly server. Service was very good and on point here which was greatly appreciated. The bento box was a good price but the gyoza was cold, and the teriyaki chicken was just boiled chicken with sauce on top. The ambiance was nice and welcoming but when a shift change occurred we were left without napkins or utensils to eat our bento boxes and ramen. read more

Stopped by Luv 'n Eat Ramen in Camarillo for dinner on our way home from Santa Barbara. We were greeted by a kind host who was busily running the front of the house. My kids love japanese ramen but also love tom yum soup, so I was happy to see there was an option for both. I was also pleased to see there was a kids meal option that came with a small tonkatsu ramen, edamame and fries. Perfect spot for our family of five with different taste and appetite. The broth lacked flavor and depth, not enjoyable at all. Ground chicken had no flavor, and it was just noodles and bean sprouts (I took my son's egg). My husband ordered the tonkotsu and was not a fan. My son enjoyed his kid's ramen, but he's 5 so he's basic. I decided to go with their regular miso ramen with chashu pork, no egg. I took it to go and I was impressed with their take out container. They had the soup at the bottom and everything else separated at the top. Everything was still nice and hot. The soup was good. However, the miso flavor wasn't strong. My experience here was alright; our server Alan definitely elevated our experience. Great service, funny guy. We came on a Saturday night and were seated pretty quickly. The restaurant was not busy at all. We ordered and were served our food in less than 5 minutes. We ordered takoyaki as an appetizer which came out with all our food. We also got a Curry with Karaage and House Special Ramen. The takoyaki met my expectations and tasted like what all takoyaki should taste like; good portion of octopus inside. I was craving curry so I got the curry. It was fine, nothing special but it didn't taste spectacular. It reminded me of the boxed Japanese curry you get from Asian grocery stores; it basically tasted exactly like it. Nice addition of potatoes and carrots. I was excited for the karaage but that fell below my expectations. It just did not taste hot. It was warm but wasn't crispy somehow. There was a lot of rice which is nice but not really enough curry for it. I tried some of the ramen. The chashu pork was great!! Very juicy but also very fatty. The soup though had some sort of weird taste that I can't figure out; it didn't taste bad but tasted different than normal ramen. It was also super salty. Our server Alan was a great guy and very attentative to us. He was the best part of our experience here and deserves a raise. He's keeping this place alive. The vibes of the restaurant were somewhat interesting... They were playing this dreamy/sleepy/euphoric music. I was hoping for something that wouldn't put me to sleep.
